Remedy'sRx Riverside Court

I wish we have option of not giving any stars but unfortunately it’s not possible.

I needed to pick up my medication last month. However, they had only one out of three boxes at the begining of October. So I paid all three and was told they would have other in few days. Since I have not heard from them I stopped on November 1st to see if they received it to find out they had medication dated October 7th, 2023 and nobody thought of letting me know.

This is not the first time. It is definitely time to seek other pleases where customers are more respected.

Great staff, they always take the time to counsel patients and make sure they know physicians plans to better assist overall care.

I had my doctor sending prescription and waiting for pharmacy to call me and as they did not call went to pick up to find out they were closed.
This is not first time they did not call even though they have updated phone info.
Thanks to them I have to wait till tomorrow to start pills.
If I can give no starts that would be my rating for them. Definitely have to move somewhere else.

This is an amazing pharmacy where the staff know their customers by name and go out of their way to provide great service. The pharmacists and staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. As a pharmacy they are exactly what I want and appreciate. I am always greeted by name and treated as an important customer. If I want OTC extras I can go to an impersonal "drug mart" and take a number to be served eventually.

Excellent service and excellent and carrying stuff. The girl (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) gave me few advices how to use a steroid cream my doctor prescribed, she was concerned about the facial use of it and even contacted my doctor and called me in a few days to let me know that I can use it but need to dilute it first. It’s so nice of her. I really appreciate the consideration. When you receive such an excellent service you will definitely come back to that place.

I read their online flyer and drove there for a great sale on Acetomenaphine. The pharmacist stated that they don't participate in the sales that are in THEIR flyer. Very small store with very limited selection. I'll stick with Shopper's from now on; they have the decency of honouring their sale specials.
