UPDATE: yesterday I had someone reply to my review from two years ago. My opinion on this company has since changed. Although my overall experience at the Toronto branch was good my tattoo has not faded to what I had been sold.

My bigger issue has been with the company itself. At the beginning of 2022 I purchased an online gift card for $1000 because of a seemingly good promotional offer that they had. Four months later I was informed that they had a system error and I could not use my gift card because it was refunded, but not the entire amount was given back to me. There was a service charge taken off that remained charged to my card. I tried countless times to get this money back as it was their mistake that this error happened but it never came through. I emailed multiple times over months and was told it would be refunded, but it never was. It’s not the amount of money I care about, but it feels like a scam. I have still never received my full money back and can’t honestly stand behind this company. Beware

Removing red ink tattoo which is the hardest to remove … and already see results. Like the service and workers

Recently moved to this location from hamilton and had my first session today, absolutely loved the entire experience! Didn’t catch the name of the girl working front but she was an absolute sweetheart! So was my tech who i found out was actually the head tech/specialist! Put up with my swearing and made it such a comfortable experience, so excited for my next session:)

First of all, I really felt welcomed, the atmosphere was very friendly and professional, everything was clearly explained on the consultation with specialist. And i truly liked the relaxed and fun communication, looking forward to the next visits.

My experience was wonderful. Samantha was super professional and honest and provided me with a lot of useful advice and information. I would definitely recommend Removery!

Update: ive just had my third session, my tattoo is definitely fading and I have no scaring or redness. It definitely hurts while the laser is going, but it's temporary. By the time you get home it kind of just feels like a sunburn.

Best place ever! I went in for my consult and got my first session that day, I was in and out in 45 mins. The team there is honest, patient and knowledgeable. They do a great job of numbing the pain, cleaning the area and informing you before the laser starts.

Pain is subjective but if you can handle getting the tattoo you can handle getting it off.

Highly recommend Removery! It’s a bit cheaper than other places I’ve contacted but you definitely aren’t sacrificing professionalism. Everyone was very kind and the process was quick and easy

Just had my first session today and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience! Marina was wonderful and tolerated my moments of weakness in a very professional manner. The reception staff was fabulous, they were thorough and answered all of my questions with a warm smile.

I felt completely at ease so much so that I actually had my first session today and they took me in right away, no waiting!

I don't understand all the other lower reviews about how their tattoo removals weren't completely gone as they thoroughly explained to me that some colours are more difficult to fade than others!? As far as pricing goes.they are UBER reasonable as I inquired about removing my tattoos approximately 20yrs ago and was quoted around the same price for only one removal!

Overall I'm very excited for the outcome and looking forward to my next session!

I've just finished my second treatment at this location so my tattoo is still there so I can't comment on the removal itself quite yet but otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Considering the size of my tattoo I felt the rate was reasonable (with the option of breaking up payments), the staff are all super friendly, the place is clean and professional looking and they take the time to discuss any possible concerns.

I’ve been to two locations. One in the US and this one in Toronto. I don’t know the difference but I heal so much easier with the way they do the work in Toronto. And the women working there are so friendly. It feels like they’re your friends. They’re always on time and the space is always clean and inviting. Plus the process is working, I have a huge piece I’m removing and it’s amazing how much it fades after each visit.

As someone who works in the industry I can confidently recommend Removery. Pollianna, normally in Hamilton, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and technique was great! Allowed me to get through the entire back piece in one sitting (with my low pain tolerance). All the staff were so friendly and allowed me to make the investment in confidence. Using the latest tech, which was a requirement for me and reasonably priced considering other places I’ve been quoted in Toronto. After my first session I am left feeling confident in the decision. I always have such a good experience here. The staff are friendly, attentive, qualified and courteous. The environment is clean and welcoming. I just finished my fourth laser tattoo removal session and although the laser does hurt, the results show! They provide you with an aftercare package after each removal session.

When looking into laser tattoo removal Removery was the most highly rated. I now know that it’s because they are experts in what they do! I also love the fact that they quote specifically for each persons tattoo. No two tattoo removals will be priced the same. I enjoy the flexible payment plans, and that they offer a variety of payment plans. It’s great that they have a Toronto location, and also have many locations in the USA.

Excellent experience! Kind, caring staff, professional super clean modern clinic. After several attempts at tattoo removal around the city, this one was like hitting the jackpot! Their laser equipment really does what they promise - one week after my first treatment there, I have seen more fading and removal of my old ugly tattoos than I have in all the previous sessions and places altogether! I can't wait to finish my complete removal treatment package and really make my old tattoos a thing of the past! Highly, highly recommend. I have started my tattoo removal journey with Removery around a week ago at their downtown King Street location and have had a great experience! Their space was very clean and comfortable, and the staff and technician were all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. It was good to see that they had diligent control & prevention measures in place amidst the pandemic as well. I had several tattoos on my left arm that I wanted to remove and have opted for the by session pricing option with quite reasonable prices. They do offer package deals and have promotional offers too as I recall. All in all, If you are looking for a solid tattoo removal clinic and a comfortable and professional removal experience, I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been a client before the rebrand and I’ll always come back. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been a victim of fraud and the price I have to pay is the deformity on my face that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. In January 2021 I called and asked if they can remove permanent makeup from my lips. Kerry, at the front desk replied "that's what we do". I had my first session following a discussion which covered the detail that the lips will turn blue before the colour ultimately fades. It may take several sessions but the blue will eventually disappear. I asked if they will commit to seeing me through to the end, and they said "of course". Well guess what? After the first two sessions, my lips began showing a positive result.tattoo slowly coming off. After the third session (August 2021), the tattoo has now turned dark blue. Not only that but Eugenie, the technician asked me to open my lips, then zapped. This resulted in a broker tooth, and now a dental bill. Blue lips-No problem, I thought. They did promise to see me to the end. Well, guess what again? They now want to quit seeing me. Turns out they don't want to do lips anymore. How convenient. Save yourself! DO NOT START WITH THIS COMPANY! They obviously do not keep their word and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. If you don't want to have to live with a deformity, either go somewhere else or keep your tattoo.

I have had a number of tattoo removal treatments at the Toronto location, and I have to say that the customer service is fantastic. Kerry is a hard working, genuinely kind-hearted person, who has proven through my interactions with her to be a major asset to the Removery team. Highly recommend this place!

This was my first time at Removery.
Kerry was the one who consulted me, she is very honest & knowledgeable. She told me because of my skin type I will have to wait at least
3 to 4 more months to have my skin properly heal so they can start proper treatment. I had my tattoo previously removed at another clinic & I started getting hypo pigmentation & I had no idea until my consultation with Kerry. I will definitely be back within 3 to 4 months and I cannot wait to start my journey on this tattoo removal.

I’ve been in the process of removing a large tattoo on one of my arms at the King Street west Toronto location. Having a tattoo removed is painful and can be a lengthy process but the staff here have always made things pleasant, comfortable and easy when I arrive for my appointments. Even during such a global pandemic I have always felt safe going in for my appointments, the staff are doing everything right in regards to maintaining proper safety protocols. Thanks so much you guys!

Seems a bit overpriced. They didn't measure my tattoo to give the quote even though they said it was based off of square inches. So where'd they get the price quote from? The technicians should be more knowledgeable on the effects on the lymphatic system. They say it's not dangerous unless you have an underlying condition, therefore I would feel safer having a RN or dermatologist perform the sessions. Otherwise, friendly staff and clean environment.

The staff that I met were judgemental and would not provide before and after pictures of removals they have performed. Red flag for me and the reason for me to begin removal elsewhere.

For tattoo laser removal looking into a dermatolgist who specializes in removal with nursing staff is ideal vs a esthetician (which they are here) since they have the knowledge and experience with skin and the healing process from what is essentially a second- third degree burn given from the laser.

Completely disappointed with this establishment, especially after reading great reviews. I received the most unprofessional treatment. I arrived on time for an 11: 30 appointment with my boyfriend, and the door was locked, we had to wait outside in the cold and were not acknowledged by ANYONE (even though they could see us waiting) until we called the main office, and 10 mins later someone came outside. I was told that only ONE person was allowed in the office at a time and I would have to come back in 15 minutes. It was already 11: 45 at this point. We waited 15 minutes and they still were not ready! They finally called back saying to come inside but my boyfriend would have to wait outside? I reluctantly said okay as we were already there and had waited for so long at this point. As I was entering the office another person arrived for their appointment and was taken in at the same time, and allowed inside while I was there, however I had to wait outside for 30minutes because only one person was allowed? They said this was due to “covid regulations”. I found this completely unprofessional and biased. If it was “covid regulations” all patrons should have to go through the same procedures. I barely got an “I’m sorry”. In fact she looked more annoyed than anything. Horrible service, especially since I’m trusting them to LASER my body. I obviously did not continue with the appointment and would not recommend this establishment.

I’m starting remove one tattoo in a sensitivity area, but I didn't feel any pain, the doctor was very friendly and carefully with me! Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Removery (formally Precision Laser) since 2016. My initial visits were for tattoo removal but after the consistent level of service and professionalism I received from Kerry and Eugenie, they are now the only place I got to for facials and skin treatments.

High levels of sanitation even before COVID so I certainly wasn’t afraid to arrive at my Sept appointment where I wasn’t even allowed to open any doors.quite the red carpet treatment amidst COVID.

The employees are certainly what makes the experience. I’ll admit I was certainly excited to see them and chat. I think it’s safe to say part of my commitment to treatment is a direct result of the employees.

Earlier this year they obtained a new laser AND WOW. After enduring the evolution of laser technology for a few years (this is by choice as life doesn’t permit regular 8 week visits), I am shocked at how painless my treatments are. The ladies at Removery can attest to my extremely low pain tolerance, the neighbours may also know.

I would highly recommend the team at Removery if you’re looking for tattoo removal treatments because just being in Kerry & Marina’s company can change your day. But.some of the other important highlights; they are really good at their jobs and very knowledgeable in the treatments they are giving and always current with new techniques and equipment, and the place shines with cleanliness. I have had no skin damage, painless healing process, and significant results with each treatment.
