I reached out to Removery (formely Fade Away) to have a tattoo removed.   I was initially very hesitant to visit due to the location.   When I went for my first consultation, Lauren greeted me and was friendly, professional and made me feel very welcome.  All my concerns were addressed and relieved by her knowledge base.  I was soon at ease and decided to do a laser session that visit!   She was very open and honest about how she thought the treatments would go, as the overall process is a lot lengthier than getting a tattoo! The individual sessions, however, have been brief for me.  If she didn’t know the answer, she was very upfront about it.  Lauren is exceptional with a high emotional intelligence.   She “gets” the client and honestly, she should be managing the place.

The equipment and place itself is clean, tidy and modern and all the staff are friendly and helpful.   Even with a steady flow of clients, wait times are minimal, if at all.   You can often find parking spots right in front for a dollar or two (coin only).

They take photos prior to each treatment to track the progress.   I’m on my 7th or 8th session and very pleased with the results.

It’s well worth the money to get your (plug in your embarrassing tattoo here) removed.   I’m glad that it’s at an option to reverse my choices from times past and that they get the job done right.

My first experience with the team at Removery was great. They shared a lot about their process and equipment—distilling the more complex details into easy to understand information. They were open to questions, and considerate when talking matters of finance.

When it came to the procedure, Lauren was careful and professional—preparing me for what was to come, and checking in often during. Very friendly. Afterward, she took the necessary time to talk me through post-care and maintenance.

Every single detail made for such a great experience! The ladies, Alyssa and Lauren, were the nicest and SO knowledgeable about the business/industry that they are in. The atmosphere of the whole studio was so clean and welcoming, very calming and inviting. Ryley has been my technician and has made the entire experience calming. She’s super considerate with pain tolerance and my experience here was actually way less painful than previous place. Alyssa & Ryley both hold a high standard when classifying what type of laser technology should be used for tattoo removal. I’ve been a few times now and will continue to return. I highly recommend the removery, I’ve been removing three of my tattoos with them, my first one being more than a year ago now! Lauren is so knowledgeable and always explains in detail the processes and aftercare! I’m so thankful to have her not only remove the tattoos but also be an available resource if I have any questions when I am at home! I have been coming to removery for the past 7 months to get my face tattoos removed because I'm living a different lifestyle today. The level of comfort and dignity I feel is amazing and the staff assured me that I'm in a safe place, it's nice knowing that people care, thank you removery for making this transition easier for me. I would recommend removery to anybody that wants to either fade or get rid of their tattoos.

I was told today at my third session that the laser tech who did my first two sessions gave clients misinformation about what one can expect with tattoo removal. Also was told me first two sessions were not done with more voltage than it could have been done with.
I'm very upset, I wouldnt trust the service unless they begin to vet who they employ. Yes the person who spoke to me today was very genuine and ethical and clearly a professional.
However, that doesn't really help my situation. I am looking for a refund now but unsure if this will happen.
