Highly recommend! Both Christina and Dawson were very welcoming, professional, they provided alot of essential information and continuously asked if I had any questions, which I really appreciate!
Went in for a consultation and landed up getting my first session done right after! Christina explained what she was going to do during the session and didn't rush me to continue on when I needed a break.

I went in for my first laser tattoo appointment after consultation. The staff was great. She was friendly and accommodating. She let me take as much time as I wanted and ice so the pain would be deceased and even let me go in early during her lunch break. I would highly recommend removary in Ottawa.

My first appointment was today and I was very impressed by the service. I was well taken care of and it was a very pleasant experience compared to other laser tattoo places I've been to. They have great tattoo removal packages with unlimted amount of appointments until all removable ink is gone! I for sure recommend!

Christina and Dawson made what should be a stressful appointment a positive experience from the moment I walked through the door. Recommend! I had been nervous about removing my tattoo for years. I thought it would be too painful and results wouldn’t be worth it. I completed an online form with Removery and within 3 hours I had my consultation set up. The team was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and answered every question I had. This put my mind at ease and off I went to my first session. The laser tech made sure I was comfortable, talked me through the process and it went so quickly.

I drove passed Removery and was interested right away, looked up their website, reviews and how their company works. I booked a consult right away, walked in a week later for my appointment and was treated with such kindness. I was provided with all the company information, what they are about and was given examples to help me with my decision. Staff are very professional, informative and listen to your needs. Very happy with my experience thus far. I have only had one treatment, but the removal expert was gentle, checked in with me, very attentive, made sure I was comfortable and was informative. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Removery if they were looking to remove a tattoo.

My first two sessions at Removery have been excellent. Christina is a pro, and is so fast at removing my medium size tattoo. She is very thorough in explaining the details of the process and aftercare. The office is clean and inviting. I feel very confident in Removery’s expertise and the larger team behind the scenes. Went in for a consultation this morning and the staff here are wonderful! Everything was laid out plain and simple about the tattoo removal process, steps and the pricing. They work out a payment plan to fit your finances. I have been to 2 other salons that were not able to remove my tattoo and/or the pricing was much higher. I like that they have an unlimited sessions option, this way you can ensure full tattoo removal for a decent price. I booked on the same day and did my first session. My tattoos are small that are being removed so the laser process was less than 2 minutes. Pain is minimal and they use a cooling fan to help at the same time. I had a really amazing session with Christina! Super fast, painless, very considerate and helpful. Compared to my first tattoo removal elsewhere, this was way less painful with the added icing and cool air application, and cheaper. My tattoo is tiny, but they have really neat options for bigger tattoos in the form of removal packages (they even offer payment options for it). Really great experience! 10/10 recommend
