I really like the clinic, it has very friendly people and I feel very good when I visit the clinic.

Daniela sets the bar in her specialization. She is knowledgeable and explains each step. Daniela is an expert and thoroughly reviews all aspects of safety and care for work being done during and in post care. Above all else she brings a positive attitude, great sense of humour, and is a strong advocate to help you reach your goals. Daniela shows passion in her work, in each and every visit.
The world needs more people like her.

Pros: Very nice staff, clean environment Cons: Staff has no experience (especially for facial cosmetic tattoos) - this is a chain. Very pricey. Clients purchase removal packages that should not take as many sessions as they do. Laser removal requires different wavelengths and techniques. Best place I have found is Laser Away Ink in Cambridge, ON.

Samantha removed lazered three of my tattoos! She was super professional and explained the process very throughly. She was super friendly and easy to talk to throughout the whole process.

As with any new experiences, I get extremely nervous. Mandy was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She was kind and patient with my anxieties. She was very professional and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable from the moment I stepped in, during the procedure, to the moment I left. It was very clean and smelled lovely as well!

Went in for a consultation, and was able to have the first treatment immediately. It has been a great experience, and my technician (Daniela) is amazing! Pleasant, professional, and answers any questions I have. Highly recommend this office/technician to anyone needing their services.

I was super nervous going into this (I have a super low pain tolerance) but everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming that all the conversations prior to the actual appointment just made me get my mind off of the anxiousness. The actual laser itself was not as bad as I expected plus they put ice in the area for a while so that helped a lot. It was super quick and I can’t wait for my next sessions. Super education as well! Overall a wonderful experience

I just went in for my first appointment yesterday & could not have been happier with my experience. I was super nervous heading into it but as soon as I went in everyone was extremely friendly and kind. The staff is passionate about what they do and make you feel genuinely cared about and safe. Everything is thoroughly explained and they make sure to check in with you on how you’re doing and if you have any questions every step of the way. The session itself was super quick and efficient & I can’t wait to continue my sessions here.
