In my opinion they underdose. Right now I am at the 2 months mark and all my lines are showing.
And the customer is not always right.they are always right. Any time there is bad weather appointments are canceled. If any of the staff are sick your appointment is canceled as they do not have anyone who can cover they shut down over the Christmas holidays alnost two weeks and they don't work on weekends and they used to take Fridays off in the summer times. If they do have to cancel an appointment they don't go out of their way to find an accommodating time like they don't open on the weekend if they have to cancel during the week etc But if you cancel on them they charge you.
I went there for years out of convenience due to the proximity of my home and due to loyalty but my loyalty did not pay off.

We are aware that client schedules can change to meet the needs of work, family and personal circumstances and that sometimes, these changes occur with little notice.

When you schedule an appointment, multiple resources are reserved for your treatment or consultation to ensure that you enjoy an exceptional experience during your preferred time. These reserved resources include one or more highly trained Skin Specialists, a room and multiple technologies house within that room, all of which are made unavailable for other clients to enjoy once reserved.

Please consider the costs of the multiple resources reserved for our valued patients’ appointments and the resulting need to strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our policy as detailed below.

Although we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late for your appointment may result in your appointment time being reduced or you may be required to rebook for another day. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival or missed appointment, your account will be charged the corresponding cancellation fee:

Cancelled and re-scheduled appointments

Proper notice during regular business hours must be provided. Sundays are not considered business days and are not eligible to be included in the proper notice periods. A cancellation notification email and voicemail will not be considered as received unless a confirmation of cancellation is received from ReNew staff.

· Appointments booked for 1 hour or less: Proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling is a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $25.00 plus HST will apply to those appointments cancelled without proper notice.

· Appointments booked for more than 1 hour: Proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling is a minimum of 24 hours. A cancellation fee of $50.00 plus HST will apply to those appointments cancelled without proper notice.

IMPORTANT: All cancellation fees need to be paid prior to rebooking. "
this was sent out to me over and over.to the point that i went in and was in extreme dental pain.
When you did cancel right before Christmas I was only given one choice of a new appointment time this was dec 22 and the clinic did not open back up until Jan 3rd. That is closed for 12 days.
I was also cancelled on the day prior because you don't like to do filler before xmas because you are closed when follow up could be needed. SO why did you book my appointment for that date?
By the way yes I was not happy but I did not yell or swear. I just stated facts.

I have been to ReNew every month since July and have been happy with every single visit. I've had treatments with Trisha, Trish and Ula. Each one of the ladies is very knowledgeable and really take their time assessing YOUR needs and goals. I've been working with Ula the past couple of months trying to determine the best course of action for my skin and she is amazing. Most places won't dedicate the time that these ladies do to go through the internal and external factors that maybe be affecting your skin and well being. I think that is something that definitely differentiates ReNew from the others, they don't just provide you with a service and send you on your way. They will tailor treatments to your needs/concerns and ensure you have a game plan for your daily home routine and a plan for the future (because some skin issues cannot be solved with just one treatment, unfortunately: (). It took me a year and a half to decide on which clinic in Cambridge to go with and clearly I made the best choice.

I love ReNew! The ladies are so wonderful and professional. I have seen Trisha and Ula (I hope I'm spelling their names correctly!) and they were both so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I have never been someone who enjoys facials but I have loved every facial I've received at ReNew. I saw significant results and the ladies really care about your well-being, not just your business like some places. The ladies here make insightful recommendations in terms of products and services for further help if needed and it is wonderful! I will absolutely be returning as well as recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a go-to facial, be it medicated or just a relaxing experience. Thank you ReNew!

I love everything about this place…I went for a consultation for Fraxel laser treatment. I felt very comfortable and the staff was great! Angelica walked me through the process. I booked the appt and the experience was great one! The results were better than I expected and for the first time in about 20 yrs I didn’t where foundation in public! I wanted to add to my review. I have been seeingTrish for several years now for botox treatment for my migraines. She has been nothing but loving and supportive through all these years. I truly love how she cares about her clients and thats really hard to find these days. Shes genuine and supportive. I just adore her. Thanks Trish for all you do!

I have been to ReNew a bunch of times and am always very happy with the services. I have enjoyed microdermabrasion, facials, botox and spot removal and look forward to going back to experience more of what they offer. The ladies of ReNew are always sure to listen to exactly what you need to take the time to consult before suggesting a service. I have found that other Medi Spas in the area just rush and push services on you because all they want is your money, ReNew is not like that at all! I always recommend ReNew to all of my friends and family and will continue to go back time and time again.

I get my lashes done by Trish & she is amazing! It is a super cozy set up & she makes it go by super quick. Trish cares about keeping your lashes healthy & she is honest about what will help to do that. She is such a sweet girl & sooo talented. If you want a fabulous set of lashes, shes your girl! 10/10 ill never let anyone else touch my lashes!

Very irresponsible! Not responsive to calls or emails! Trish did a terrible job on the eye fillers she injector for me. I have lumps around both eyes and two wrinkle lines now that I didn’t have. I don’t trust the reviews here.

I love how friendly Janice the receptionist is and I absolutely Love Trisha for my lashes and mani and pedi's she is so clean and professional and does a terrific job! I am always happy when I leave. I also have seen Andrea and she is gentle and really has tons of knowledge in skin care and all the treatments.

I wondered if the high rating reviews here were done by friends and family as I wasn't sure why the reviews were so high. I had awful experience at this place. I had some simple injection done and it went so wrong. I knew it happens when comes to cosmetic procedure. However, the nurse didn't know how to fix it and couldn't give advice or referral to a doctor. I had to go to a doctor to get the problem fixed.

It is so refreshing to have such a welcoming and friendly place to visit! The staff are all so amazing. They provide detailed explanations on treatments and options without being overwhelming. I've been thrilled with the outcome of my treatments. I'd highly recommend ReNew to anyone! Their flexible opening hours and comfy waiting area are definitely great added bonuses.
