Sue and the ladies at the front are absolutely lovely to deal with. You can tell they are all animal lovers and welcomed my dog and I with open arms. Dr Goran was great! Very informative, gentle and professional. Great experience at this clinic and definitely will recommend and come back. Thank you!

I was satisfied at first, with reasonable prices, and kindness of employees, but my cat got fixed, she came back returned with bumps in her skin (tumor like), rashes etc.these bumps felt weird she didnt leave our house with them, cat returned with bumps after being fixed by this vet clinic. Now, i have to go to another vet clinic, originally where i usually go, to have them check her out. They were too expensive, so i went to this clinic to get her fixed. It may not be direct fault of vet clinic, i cant be too sure, but i am going to say its possible that what u pay for u get. It is extremely suspicious, the condition my cat is in, returning from this clinic, she is now throwing up more, too. Be careful about them pushing stuff on ur cat that u dont need or want. Dont trust them telling u something is necessary when it isnt.

Waste of time dealing with them, outrageous prices, all about $. Wanting a fortune to put down a very sick animal.

Stopped coming here four years ago because they quoted a tooth extraction for my cat at $1600 and IVAH clinic was $800. Literally double the price.
It’s clear that all they want is your money and to prescribe things for your pet that they do not need. Even the receptionist just has a fake personality and they truly make you wait as long as they want and don’t care about your time. Last three times I was in that clinic for my appointment time I waited at least half an hour before even going into the room.

We've been bringing 3 cats and 2 dogs here over the years.
They are amazing with my senior dog, and have improved his quality of life immensely.

Our dog was serviced there just up until covid. We went to another vet as they were busy. Today we have to put our dog down and they are explaining they cannot accept her due to us switching vets. They hung up on me. Absolute horse shi t of a vet.

SO IF YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A HARD TIME AND NOT ABLE TO CLAIM INSURANCE, THIS IS THE CLINIC. We have been referred to by a Vet friend and going to this clinic for years with both of our dogs and Dr Terp is amazing. However the receptionist working here now is awful.

My dog Tupper had an emergency and incurred expenses at another emergency vet clinic 2 AM. I asked Renforth to give me the PDF of my dog's medical history so I can get reimbursed for my expenses at insurance. I have been emailing back and forth for two days, they said "no we don't do that, we can only email directly to insurance company". I explained to them that insurance needs me to send it directly with claim or otherwise I won't get reimbursed, unless they want to claim it for me. I even called them twice and still no solution. The receptionist won't talk to the doctor, won't talk to others to get what I need or even attempt to make it possible, hangs up the phone and now make me doing the run around "oh please call back Monday when manager is around, we the receptionists don't do that" as if you are not all part of the same clinic.

Regardless of the reasons, CVO states that medical information belongs to the patient, and in this digital age it should not be that difficult. What kind of dumb service is this? ! I am already tired because my dog is sick.now I have to dance around and jump through hoops? If next week I don't get what I need to claim insurance I am going to another clinic. What a waste of time this is for patients and their family.

This is by far one of the most disgusting, disrespectful, rude clinics I have ever been to. Firstly, they are constantly ripping people off and overcharging just because they can. They're also giving useless medications to my dog and when I went to another vet clinic they were confused as to why my dog was taking the medication. Putting that aside the staff are all miserable people who talk down to you, hang up the phone on you, or get upset when you try to question them. Also, every other vet clinic I've been to has started to allow one visitor for their pet however this one doesn't even allow you into the store, and this seems very sketchy. Please just try to look for other vet clinics even though it might be further away you'll be saving money in the long run.

We have been attending Renforth Vet Clinic for a number of years now and we cannot help but notice the steady decline in the quality of care and service we have received. Most recently we had our dog in around the end of Feb. 2022. We paid for a blood test and was told we would receive a call with the results in a couple of weeks at most. When no-one called I called them and was told that we were scheduled to receive a call back that day -but no phone call back. When I took this up with the support staff I was told that it was likely due to the doctor's work load- again not the customer's problem - seems to be a staffing issue. To top it off, they still do not allow the customer to come in with their pet- stating COVID concerns! Are you kidding me? I can go to any restaurant now and sit inside and have a meal and a couple drinks without my mask on.

My message to you Mr. Terp is to get over it and move on! On March 21 we will even be able to remove our masks. I have always liked to be with my pet so I can not only talk with her doctor, but also to actually see what is going on. You will need to do better or risk losing more loyal customers like us.

I've been taking my pets to Renforth Veterinary Clinic for years. The doctors and staff are amazing. The care they provide is top notch.

Electra is in excellent hands here. I recommend to anyone who is looking for skilled and very friendly, understanding vet care.

Here's a little backstory. I feed my dog a raw diet you can agree to disagree. I do not like how the reception is telling me Oh the Vets an here won't accept or does not like the raw diet and I told her that's their opinion this is my own opinion and also I understand they're going to push their dog food cuz they make a commission out of those Brands she's arguing with me telling me no and I'm like yes they do. I have a brother that works in the field I know exactly what they do so no I won't be going to this veterinarian. I do not like how the reception is back talking me and telling me otherwise how I should feed my dog food. The market is a billion dollar industry if you look at the ingredients that's in the dog food it is horrible my husband works for a dog food company he sees what goes in and what is made in the dog food.

Dr. Terp and the team have looked after our furry family members for over 20 years. Honest, compassionate and caring.

The staff can be a little rude at times, but I guess everyone has bad days and they are normally busy. Dr. Terp is very knowledgeable, but hard to book with (due to availability between 2 seperate vet clinics he owns). There is one vet there, Dr. Pamela White, whom we refuse to let see our dog or cat any longer as I found her extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant as a person.but the prices are cheaper than most. I always recommend others to try a place and see if they like it.but I caution all about Dr. White. I just personally didn't find her to be very good as a vet was all, but there are different personality types for everyone there as they have a few vets working out of the office there. They do fine you for missed appointments, and yet have no problem expecting you to wait a very long time to see the vet when you have an appt booked (I usually wait for at least 20 - 45 mins after my appt time to see the vet). So all in all, you usually get what you pay for.

Took my puppy here for the first time as it was referred to me by a friend. Everyone was super helpful and nice. The doctors were incredible.

I was a disappointed to be charged well over the price I was quoted on the phone (quoted $122+ tax, charged over $300). Make sure to ask for a complete comprehensive breakdown of the costing prior to giving the green light for any treatments or services.

Otherwise, staff was lovely and helpful!

Highly recommend Renforth Vet Clinic. We recently brought our 6-month old French Bulldog to Renforth Vet for neutering. We had not used the vet previously but we were so impressed with the overall service, professionalism and their competitive pricing.

They kept us up to date on everything and were genuinely interested in the well being of our puppy.

Everything went perfectly and we are hoping that they will be able to take both of our dogs on a regular basis.

The philosophy of the clinic has always been animals first - and they take the extra time to explain things. Also, they are much cheaper than other vets in the area.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND them both for the care they give to the animals and the very competitive pricing.

We have been going to Renforth for over 32 years with our 2 Lakeland Terriers. They have always been very professional and caring. From the first visit they have one greeted us and the dogs on a first name basis. We recently had to say good bye to our second Lakie and Dr. White and Sue were highly professional but very caring throughout the procedure. They ensured Sydney was treated in a very dignified manner and made comfortable. We were allowed the time to say our good byes even though the clinic was very busy. Sue provided the emotional support to both Sydney and ourselves throughout the procedure and immediate aftermath.

I have been taking my pets to Renforth Veterinary Clinic for 26 years and I have not once left this clinic disappointed, never felt ripped off or uninformed. The veterinarians in this office care about their precious furry patients and always do their best to do what is best for both the pet and the pet parents. I just got a new puppy and even though I live pretty far from the Clinic, I feel their amazing care is worth the drive for my new little fur baby. My previous dog lived to be almost 18 and I believe the great care he got at this clinic was one of the main reasons he lived to such an impressive age. We had many beautiful years together. Thank you Renforth Veterinary Clinic for loving my pets and taking such great care of their health.

Love our vet here. She has helped us manage our dog's ailment with attention and rigor but as well as with care. Everything you can ask for. Would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.

Reasonably priced. Was very happy with the care and service they provided in looking after my cat Millie in her final years.

All of the staff are knowledgeable and caring. Pricing is fair but most importantly they treat our furry family members as such, like family! I wouldn't bring my pet anywhere else.

Friendly and polite. When I'm talking to anyone they talk to both me and my cat like it's two people in the appointment or like I'm bringing my small child in for a checkup. I also like that they make sure my cat is really well taken care of suggesting follow-ups if my fur baby isn't doing well with the recommend treatment.
