Suneet is very unprofessional and greedy. He is extremely difficult to work with. I’ve reached out to him to order cabinets and his prices were not as advertised. He charged me many additional fees and did not even assemble the cabinets as advertised. Very cheap person.

Amazing work and very quick turnaround time. The counter top was lovely and having a good quality.

I messaged them through their fb ad to get a quotation for kitchen cabinets and countertops even though I had sent in my builder floorplan and kitchen pics. They told me to come in. I confirmed if I can come a certain time. When I got there, the gentleman was helping another customer, which was fine. I waited.

When he finally was able to help me. He was so dismissive. Wasn’t ready to give me a quote. While I was asking questions he kept calling calls and without even an “excuse me” took calls and I was sitting there waiting. When I asked to look at the different qualities of cabinets, he rolled his eyes and told me to open the three drawers.

Eventually I left when he had another call and in the middle of our conversation answered the call without any regard for my presence as if I he wasn’t even talking to me.

Uber unprofessional. Go there if you want to be insulted and disrespected.

Two stars for him for his honesty for telling me if I book anything new for a May install, they might not have that stone in stock at that time.

I must add that I generally do not write negative reviews when I have bad experience as I don’t want to hurt anyone’s future business. But this left such a bad taste, because it was about general human respect that you expect from anyone let alone a sales person.

SUNNY and his wife are amazing took the time to talk and show us everything. So fast. The crew that came was amazing they made everything fit perfectly. I'm handy but those guys are pros in what they do.

Sameet, the owner of the business is great to deal with, quick response time, the best price in the GTA, and next-day professional clean installation. Overall very satisfied with the quality of service and the product. I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking into a kitchen remodel.

Sunny at Renov was super professional in helping us choose a quartz countertop and sink. I visited the showroom in Mississauga, and a worker came out the same evening to take measurements. The countertop was installed the very next day, all within 24 hours! Would definitely recommend them!

Minor scheduling issues, this was expected with such a quick lead time. Clean installation. Purchased on Saturday installed Monday. Would recommend. Minor issues with language barrier with installers but was able to address my needs properly with some drawings.

I am writing this review with an intent that it helps people. So I will list down most aspects individually. I did a kitchen with them and so all my feedback is around a kitchen from Renov.

Initial Interaction: Sunny was very pleasant and respectful. He was not pushy at all and very professional. Sunny is a very smart person who will understand the customer needs. We are an Indian family and Sunny was able to relate to our needs and provide multiple options. I did not find this with other vendors I interacted.

Kitchen Design - Sunny was able to provide practical inputs to several issues and infact the end product was a more beautiful kitchen we imagined.

Speed of work and punctuality: The best thing about them is the speed of their work and co-ordination of things. They do the work on time and do not drag things. If they commit a date, they will stick to it. We went with them as Sunny was the only person who confidently told us of a completion date (the other one being AGM, but they are a huge company and you will be paying more).
I am happy with my decision since every timeline was met and they went out of their way to ensure work was not stuck.

Quality of Cabinets - The cabinet quality is decent. They use general quality solid wood cabinets. If you want premium quality, pay more for premium cabinets and they can arrange for you. End of the day you get what you pay for.

Quality of installation - My cabinet installer was very good. Very professional and I was very happy with his work, punctuality and cleanliness. Sunny works with a number of installers, so talk to him about your expectations. The counter top installers were also good and exceeded expectations.

Cost - They are not cheap and somewhere in between budget kitchen and premium renovators. You are paying for a job that will be done on time with minimum delays. Also Sunny is a very trustworthy person and high recommended in the community. That is a big advantage in a world where some contractors take the money and leave the job half done or harass you. Payment schedule was properly communicated and Sunny was never pushy and always attended to reasonable requests. I liked that aspect very much. You may get slightly cheaper options outside if you search hard and negotiate during a non- busy time, but this person is trust worthy.

Attention to very minute details - If you have very unique needs like a specialty fixture or expect super minute attention to details, you may have to do your own research or explain it to them or do it yourself. They may or may not do it. There is no brochure or a big website where you can go and choose a variety of designs and colors and fixtures. They are not going to suggest you unique or bespoke things and will basically keep it 'basic'. As I said, they are in between a budget kitchen builder and full service specialty renovator like AGM. But I can say with surety that they have the right intentions and will help you to the best of their knowledge. If money is no matter to you, go with a luxury bespoke company who will show you those kinds of special (but also costly) products.

Full Service Renovator: Please understand that they are more of a kitchen cabinet specialist than a traditional full service company. If you need full hands off service with a dedicated project manager and warranty and a dedicated helpdesk number etc, you can go with premium chains that will also cost 30 - 40% more.

Overall Value: Overall i am happy with the value they added.the final product was good. I would rate them 5 stars for their speed, project co-ordination, understanding the customer needs and overall value for your money.

Sunny was very professional to deal with from the time we met for a quote til the countertop installation.
All his dates were on time and our original quote did not change.
The countertop installers were very professional and clean.
The reason I could not give a 5 was because of installers, after they left there was some issues that I had to fix myself such as, island was left not mounted to the floor, toe kick piece was not installed on the island, some door handles were Installed crooked and all doors were written on with pencil and not cleaned and a few pieces of trim left for us to install but those were I guess somewhat minor items but they did a good job installing the cabinets, the language was a bit of an issue as they did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate issues with them but overall we are very pleased with everything
