I would not recommend this company. I had a kitchen counter and sink replaced and a bathtub removed and walk in shower installed. In my opinion, they charge top dollar but deliver sub standard work. Many mistakes and after I paid the bill they ha the plumber send me a bill for over $1,000. My experience is they do not own up to their word. Terrible experience.

I had baseboards done by this company after they installed my porcelain tiles that ended up breaking all over my house within 7 months. This review is based on the poor quality that they left me after when they were done (baseboards). They did not leave any extra materials and since the floor is now 3/4" higher, I needed my baseboards replaced. The only reason why I hired them to do the baseboards is because I didn't have a mitre saw at the time. After investing as much as I spent (on the job to pay them) for a saw. I was finally able to do my own work and make my baseboards actually look presentable. Mathew left my baseboards in a lot of caulking thinking it was going to hide all the flaws. All my guests that came over (at the time) could see nothing but the flaws.

If you like being lied to on the regular and have someone NOT stand behind their work. This is the place to call. We still want our money back from the porcelain tiles that STILL continue to break. Gunther will tell you that he is the only certified person in town AND that your house is the problem (That's usually a big indicator on who really is the problem here). Theres quite a few businesses in Stratford, Ontario that provide similar services like install flooring and renovations. Im pretty embarrassed that I actually got these people to do work for me. Quality and excuses are very poor. They will come up with any excuse to NOT fix anything. Reminds me of a commercialized scam.
I do not tolerate any kind of this foolishness; nobody should have to.especially when you're expected to pay premium prices only to get the opposite.

Yes you know who I am. I called your store and didn't get a response when trying to get you to fix your mistake. I called you back a couple weeks later and when you came over to look at the problem, you blamed my house for your mistakes and stormed off all upset when you know you do not want to redo my tile flooring properly this time.

We love the mantel that Guenther completed for us. He was on time and on budget. He had good attention to detail (notthing was square) and we really like the end product. He was also very patient as we deliberated on granite selection and other details. Id use him again in the future and recommend Guenther to others.
