An injector (Monica) gave me the best treatment, she is very professional, knowledgeable and co operative.
This was a best session as compare to last 2 sessions I had in Stoney Creek location

I have been to Renovo Etobicoke before and have to admit they offer great service at an affordable price. I decided to check it again on a whim yesterday, and I'm grateful that I trusted my instincts. When I walked in, I waited 3 minutes before being directed to a clean, available room.

I went here for a while and it was okay at the beginning, but then eventually the doctor stopped coming in. I was always seen by a new nurse for injections as the turnover at this business is VERY high— especially the front desk receptionist. I saw the laser lady many times and she wasn’t able to remove one tiny broken blood vessel over several treatments for which I paid several hundred dollars. I was also injected with “expired Botox” or at least this is how they explained it to me. I’ve also had appointments cancelled bc whichever receptionist is there on any given visit never seems to know which practitioners are available to do what. It’s pretty disorganized and I don’t think they’re using the proper amount of Botox to get the results you want. Also, the prices are very inflated.

Very friendly staff and well maintained premises. I had to reschedule an appointment two times, which they did without any fuss or issues. So far I'm having a very good experience, and I'm sure it'll continue that way.

Today I went to Renovo again and had a great experience as usual. I did a facial extraction and saw results immediately. My beautician treated my face gently, explaining that I have sensitive skin, knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff are very pleasant and attentive. This place is 5/5 stars.

This was absolutely amazing. I've been seeing them little over a year now, and have been very happy. When Botox stopped working for me, they were able to come up with a solution that worked for me! Love how they die lips too. The perfect pout, never overdone or duck-looking!

Hello everyone, has anyone ever gotten a receipt of the breakdown of their payment? Im a fool and should have asked. I received 60 units of Botox which was not all used on me but was charged almost $700.00. I have no Idea what they charged me per unit. I tried calling and nobody would give me an answer. Can someone please help. Thank you.

I did a cool sculptural double chin removal here. Everything went smoothly, though the procedure was initially unpleasant and tingly. To be honest, I slept a little the rest of the time. The end result is fantastic.

The entire Renovo Skin Care Clinic experience was fantastic; DR.is extremely knowledgeable, capable, and has a pleasant and friendly personality. As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by friendly, smiling staff. Which of them has a role and is necessary in the process of providing a successful service? The care provided during and after surgery is excellent. They genuinely care about your experience there and the outcome of your surgery.

CoolSculpting was performed at Renovo Skin Care Clinic. To put it simply, fat freezing. There was a slight tingling at first, but I relaxed and everything was fine. We devised an individual optimal plan, and now I'm a handsome man, not a frozen fat man, but a man in his prime.

Dr. Michael is truly exceptional. I've had lip filler done twice by him using different techniques, and both times the results have been flawless! I've also had some skin treatments with her that have gone very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Also, the staff here is extremely friendly! Always so friendly!

The receptionists were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The doctor was excellent. He seemed to want to find the best solution for my problem and provided me with numerous options. Some of them were also reasonably priced, which was nice because I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything.

I did a treatment of 12 sessions in here, I realized the girl (who was usually the same) rush doing the treatment, instead of having an hour session, mine usually last 10-15 min. So she didn’t laser all areas properly, the end result was hair was still growing in 50% of the areas, I called a couple of times regarding this issue and they never get back to me.

Renovo skin care clinic is a great place to go if you need micro needling in the Toronto area. Hala is friendly while remaining professional, and she works quickly and thoroughly.

This skin clinic is fantastic! Not only is the interior lovely and relaxing, but the owner and her staff are fantastic! I am always wary of allowing anyone to touch my skin, but I have never been happier with the results of my visit here. I had acne since I was a teenager and tried numerous medications and skin clinics, but it was only at Renovo that my problem was resolved; they finally found the right treatment for me.

I had a very nice experience with Renovo. The place is so clean. All the staff especially Hala the owner are welcoming and professional. They are not pushy for sales. I did laser skin tightening there and was great.

What an unprofessional place! Red flag was the lady who was assessing me wanted money so quickly and up front right away, waving with debit machine literally in front of my eyes. Upon questioning her why do I have to pay upfront her answer was “ because people don’t show up” … like I was being responsible for other people. First of all beauty/ medical procedures should NEVER be paid before the service. A professional place FIRST should satisfy the client, perform a procedure and then have client to do the payment. What if something is wrong? Then of course they don’t care because you have already paid them! It should not be the norm. Such a disappointing experience. After failing to accommodate my appointment as per verbal confirmation (I was told if I wait on the spot an hour or so, the nurse could take me for a procedure same day) Half an hour later they tell me it’s not possible, yet they took my full amount of money! As a result I requested refund! Thank God. I do NOT recommend this place. If you guys have problem people not showing up perhaps you need go change your approach to customers?

I can't rave about Toronto's Renovo skin and body care clinic enough! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the providers genuinely want to help people. Dr. Michael and her nurse assistant both performed fantastic botox on my sister and me! I am extremely grateful to them.

Not really happy with their results at all, as they are promised me will get it in 6 session. I went Renovo around 8 to 9 sessions even to Hamilton which it’s long distance, as they had recommended will get the best result there more than Etobicoke clinic, but unfortunately not.

They are excellent at treating skin issues and have a genuine commitment to using natural, clean products. They don't sell any products with questionable ingredients, so I know I can rely on whatever products or services I get from them. A true gem in the skin care clinic.
