These guys are awesome. Went in for a pull cord repair on our generator and they did it within minutes and on the house! Will definitely back for more repairs and rentals.

Excellent customer service. It was my first time renting an excavator and Jacob was enormously helpful, comparing available machines and swapping out buckets.

They have a wide variety of tools and items for you to rent or buy, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and you can feel and see the way that they go above and beyond to respect you as a customer and make sure you're going on the right foot for that day! I have rented from rent source numerous times in the past and the experience has been amazing evrey time. I rented an MT 55 and sod cutter the other day. The amazing staff there helped me to find everything that I needed and made my renting experience easy and fast. They helped to load and offload the machines as well. Highly recommend rent source for all of your equipment renting needs!

My Fiancé and I own a local Landscape Company, and require rentals year round. We always have the pleasure of dealing with Jacob. Awesome customer service. I contacted them about renting a 45 foot articulating manlift, the sales rep was great and knowledgeable. Equipment was in great shape and they delivered to Sutton. Icing on the cake was their delivery fee from aroura to Sutton was significantly cheaper then the rentals 5 mins away from house. Highly recommend

Outstanding rental experience. Honestly, called 4 different tool rental shops around GTA, none compared to level of professionalism and knowledge about their products. Returning customer 100%.

I made a reservation on April 27th through the phone for rental of an aerator and dethatcher for the coming weekend. When I arrive at the discussed date & time, neither my reservation or any machines were available. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for myself and my neighbours as we were sharing.

UPDATE: Changed my rating as I had another rental through this company and this time there were no issues, as well the machine worked as I needed. Sometimes people make mistakes, and things happen; but their willingness to resolve the issue by going above and beyond showed their dedication to superb customer service.

I rented a stump removal tool, they did deliver to my door and did pick it up it was a great help and it saved me $1,000 I recommend this a store to anyone who is willing to rent good equipment at a fair price and great service experience.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brendan and Tyler at this location in Aurora. I needed an animal trap to catch my runaway cat and they found me one at a decent rate.

Although I ultimately didn't catch anything, I was still very happy with my experience with Rent Source. The entire process was smooth and easy. They even offered to only charge me one day when I returned, considering my lack of success.

Overall, if you ever need to rent something, I would recommend coming here, as they are sure to take good care of you!

Excellent customer service, been there twice already to rent equipment. Rented the Ditch Witch mini skid steer they dropped it off and picked it, delivery and pick up fee is more than reasonable price. Rented a Jack hammer and it worked great. Only place that returns emails. You guys are doing a great job. I can go to home depot which is 5mins from my house, but I will drive the 20mins and be treated like a pro. Thanks Guys for all your help.

Needed to rent a ladder quickly to get some painting done. They had what we needed and delivery was an option, we got it in well under an hour after phoning them! Friendly and courteous staff.
