Renu Massage Therapy and Spa

I went with my husband to get the Indian head massage and the relax massage. Elena took care of my husband while Nikki took care of me.
From what I heard from my husband, Elena did a great job with the relax massage and the head massage was not bad.
Nikki did a great job with the head massage. She really took the time to make me feel relaxed with the head massage. BUT the relax body massage was not good at all. It was very quick and my body did not feel any difference afterwards. Simply applied oil with light pressure for a minute or two, followed with hot towel and thats it. Did not touch my lower back at all. My shoulders were really tensed and they were not taken care of. I did not get the relaxation that I was expecting. Thankfully the head massage was great. My husband said that Elena asked him where he wanted her to focus the massage on the body. I wasn’t asked, so I assumed she knew what she had to do. I am a little sad that my experience was good but not great

I just had my first relaxation massage at the 1432 Wellington location. The experience was great from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and nicely decorated. The massage is customized to your wants and needs. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through. I will return and try other services as well!

Renu Spa has been my go -to clinic for aesthetic services for several years. Excellent, quality services for pedicures, facials, massage etc. Reasonable rates.
Not cheap but not crazy expensive either. Friendly Staff, Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Always leave Renu Spa looking and feeling amazing! My skin, feet and muscles are like brand new again. Like a newborn!

They were so patient, kind and helpful in helping my sister with mobility needs get access to treatment. They added extra time just to accommodate her getting in and out of the wheelchair and had another employee help. They treated her with dignity and kindness. My Sis felt so welcomed! She loves coming here as well! Renu Spa treats us so well, able bodied or not…

If you are looking for quality aesthetic services, pls do not hesitate to give Renu Spa a try! If I can rate 10 stars, I would!

Always my go to place. Great staff. Comfy chairs. Calm atmosphere. I typically do the pedi and have never been disappointed. Lots of colours to choose from. The massage part is great, and if you do the paraffin treatment, it’s lovely!
I can also say the facial is great. The skin analysis is a nice feature also. I’ve gotten my eye brows done and they have always looked good - and even! You also can’t go wrong with a massage. Cozy beds, warmed if you’d like.

Been wanting to try Renu Massage for some time now, I made an appointment about two weeks in advance. They cancelled the appointment less than 5 hours before because the therapist is not feeling well. Kind of funny how there is a penalty for a customer to pay if they cancel last minute and no penalty for the business if they cancel on you last minute. In addition, there was no effort made for rescheduling as they were fully booked.

I love going to Renu! Front desk staff are great and you feel instantly relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. The massage therapists and estheticians are fantastic, I always have a great treatment.

I had an amazing first spa experience here! Everyone was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The environment was relaxing and welcoming, I was told exactly what would be happening and felt my concerns were listened to. I had a relaxation massage and facial done by Fatima and she was wonderful, I highly recommend her. My mani and pedi were done by Elizabeth who I also recommend, she was very friendly and great at what she does.

It was my first time seeing Maria today for a hydrating Collagen Facial. I have to say it was probably the best facial I have ever had! I will be back for sure. Thank you Maria for making me feel so wonderful. My skin looks hydrated and plumped up just as you said it would:)

I’ve been in couple of places for pregnancy massage during my first and second pregnancy and so far this is my best experience! Kristin is very professional and friendly! The massage exceeds my expectations! I have a history of back pain and feel very relaxed after massage.

Surrey, the receptionist was kind and courteous.she noticed that I was heavily pregnant and thus offered to help take off my boots and all, I kindly turned down the offer but her thoughtfulness is really appreciated.

I had Anna doing my brazillian sugaring and she did awesome, on top of that I was expecting to pay for brazillian upon check out but was pleasantly surprised as Surrey told me that I would only be charged for bikini as Anna determined that I 'did not have that much' to remove, her generosity surely won't go unnoticed.

I went to Renu for a laser hair removal consult. Katie was very honest and informed me that I wouldn't be the best candidate for certain body parts but still did a test patch anyway free of charge to verify. Throughout the process, Katie was attentive, honest, and communicated the information clearly and did not try to upsell me at any point (she almost did the opposite!) It is clear Katie takes pride in her work and does not want to give false hope or promises. The laser she used also barely hurt when doing the test patch. I was so pleased with the experience I booked my next appointment for the area that was a good candidate for laser. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had the most amazing facials with Angela, Marie and Laura at this spa! Every single experience felt very luxurious, leaving my skin glowing and my body so relaxed I could fall asleep. These ladies are absolute perfection at their craft. Would recommend to anyone needing relaxation, expert skin care or some extra ‘self-love’.

I have been to Renu Spa on Wellington three times now, each time for a massage (once with Susan & twice with Alysha). Both massage therapists were very attentive to my needs and focused on my problem areas, while still doing a full comprehensive massage. All staff I've interacted with have been kind and professional. The spa is very relaxing and peaceful, despite the busy area it's in.

I've been going to Renu and having massages with Alysha for almost a year and every single experience has been 10/10.

These guys were the only ones who were able to schedule a badly-needed massage therapy session for me when my usual guy moved away before the pandemic. They had the staff, capacity, and the safety/pandemic preparation necessary to make me feel at ease. The place was more spa-like than I anticipated, but the the essential service I needed was professionally conducted and I felt a lot better. The location is conveniently located near the LRT.

We were extremely pleased with everything from booking the appointments to receiving the services purchased. Everyone was super pleasant and we had a very relaxing afternoon. Very happy with our manicures and pedicures.

I tried cupping for the first time and for the first time I had instant relief after a massage. I highly recommend this spa for not only their massage services but for all their other services they provide

Unfortunately, Renu cancelled on me an hour before my booked massage which I drove into town for and arranged a babysitter for. I wasn’t offered an explanation just an option for rebooking. Not impressed. I had previously had a great experience here but this didn’t feel very professional. Won’t be booking here again.

Amazing service! I went with the 50-minute massage for relaxation and had Anne, it was very relaxing. I work as Ultrasound Technologist and I'm standing all day, this full body massage was much needed! I've had professional RMT massages before, and Renu is all booked up until January due to the high demand. But, in my opinion Anne did just as great of a job and was very kind! My favourite part was the shoulder/neck and head massage. After the massage, I felt very loose and destressed. I slept like a baby after getting home.:) Thanks again, I'll be back!

Had a massage with Logan at the wellington location. He does an amazing job if you like a strong massage you will love his work especially when he starts using his elbows. 10/10

I must say, this is by far the best place in Ottawa to receive a massage. The facility is quite clean and they have a very relaxing environment in which their clients can wait and feel comfortable for their massage appointment. Bathrooms were very tidy and even added complimentary disinfectant wipes which I found to be a bonus too. If you have an opportunity to go for a visit or even considering going for a massage, then I reccomended you ask for Cindy. Very professional and I guarantee you will feel soo relaxed by the end!:)

Have encountered few issues but it was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. It did not affect the great service as always.

My first experience at Renu Massage was superb. A colleague recommended seeing Logan and my first session couldn't have gone better. He is very knowledgable about the body and was able to find issues I didn't even know I had. I am not an easy case to treat - with scoliosis, tremors and myoclonic issues from a concussion.
He also gave me information and recommendations to point me in the right direction for getting further help that is out of the massage realm. Seems like he is very invested in his clients and very well equipped to treat them by going above and beyond.
I will continue going to Renu and seeing Logan.
