Our new windows from REP Windows and Doors have been installed for over 3 months now and we are extremely happy with them. Matthew was really great to work with, educating us about the product and helping us to order just what we needed. And when it came time for installation, Josh and his partner (so sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) were quick to recognize a mistake in the order and immediately arranged for replacements for us, temporarily installing the other windows until the new ones were delivered. We were very appreciative of that, their careful workmanship and the tidy way the cleaned everything up at the end. Thanks REP.
