Repairtech Rx: Sudbury Cell Phone Tablet and Computer Repair

I wish I could could give a 0/5 stars, I had went there to have my cracked phone backing replaced (recommend from Best Buy) and had a terrible experience. First issue, when I got my phone back my flash wouldn’t work and and my camera wasn’t focusing, when I went to speak to them about this to have it fixed they admitted to probably leaving a “smudge” on the camera lens inside and that that’s probably why it’s not taking a clear photo, they also admitted to maybe severing or not reconnecting my flash, when I confronted them and asked them to repair their obvious mistakes they stated they could try and repair but if they cracked the back when fixing it I would have to pay the 300 dollars AGAIN for the new back…. (So they wreck my phone I I have to pay 300 again to fix their mistake? I think not) And then 2 days later the back cracked again anyway falling from my couch to the hard wood (clearly cheap materials) how this business thinks this is REMOTELY okay…. Just a money hungry company, my first red flag should have been when I dropped it off initially and then man infront of me was explaining to the guy working the front desk that the left side of his key bored wasn’t working… thankfully Cory at Jamie’s phone repair on pairs street fixed it all up for me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I came in with a half dead screen and they were able to fix it very quickly for a very decent price I highly recommend them as they also don't try and sell you something else while you get you phone fixed there very nice people trusted

My son locked himself out of his tablet. They didn’t charge me to reset everything because it was a child that didn’t know any better

When I contacted them regarding a phone screen repair, the individual who answered my call demonstrated exceptional knowledge and politeness. They made every effort to assist me by extensively searching for alternative sources that could provide the required part at a lower cost. Unfortunately, they couldn't find any viable options. Although the repair turned out to be costly due to the specific type of my phone, I appreciated the pleasant conversation and would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

This tech team was very nice and helpful. The technician took the time to assess my iPhone 13 (that was not rebooting) and had it working in a few minutes and did not charge me for his time!
