I am extremely happy with their service and the way they treat and deal with clients. They were always on time.

I needed an emergency ultrasound so I called at 8am looking for an appointment the same day and I was given one for 11.20am. The receptionist was so polite and professional. The space was clean and inviting. I arrived 10 minutes early and barely sat down to wait when I was called. The whole appointment took about 20 mins. My technician was amazing, very reassuring and professional. One of the best experiences I've had from any clinic. I would highly recommend. Thank you to all your staff!

Have had at least 3 appointments for various pelvic imaging tests that I was quite anxious about. I had a different technician on each occasion. All including the physician on the most recent visit were kind, respectful, patient focused & professional.

I have always had great experience at this clinic. Staff and doctors are very professional and kind. They do their best to make procedures easy and comfortable.

I was very happy to receive a same day apt! The clinic was efficient, I did not have to wait long and Dr. Abrol and that ultrasound tech that performed my procedure were amazing! Very friendly and super supportive during the test. This was my third sono test and it was the least painful experience by far. I felt noticed and cared for as a patient during this test. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure tolerable.

Although the ultrasound room was small, the equipment was HD and the technician was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly.

I had a lovely expirisnce at true north imaging. Everyone was polite and well mammered. The doctor conducting the ultrasound was gentle and explained the whole process step by step. The reason I gave this place 4 star is because a patient showed up 30 min late to her appointment and they took her in anyway while i waited over 45min. Next time I will come 30 min late and only wait 15 min.

I was worried before my sonohysterogram appointment, but thanks to Dr. Cheng and Dale the procedure was very smooth and not scary at all. Dr. Cheng explained the procedure beforehand and my experience was everything that he told me about. I felt very comfortable during the whole procedure. It took only 5 min and it was painless. I also liked the lady at the reception, didn't catch her name but she was sitting in the middle and had blond hair. She was very nice and helpful. I also had a regular and pelvic sonogram the week before (on Friday) and found the sonographer very nice (unfortunately didn't catch her name either but she had short blond hair).

Having done so many ultrasounds in my life, I have to say I had the best ultrasound experience here at this clinic. Really nice, communicative, organized and diligent staff. Amazing technician who made me feel comfortable for a pain-free experience. Thank you for all your hard work.

Everyone is very professional out here but I am especially writing this review for Dale.
I am extremely happy that she was there to do my ultrasound. She made so comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend her for ultrasound procedures.

The sonographers are excellent. The front desk staff are inconsistent. Some are great and others seem frustrated having to answer questions.

The staffs there are friendly, especially Sara who helped answer my questions patiently. The technician is gentle and professional. The wait time is reasonale. The overall experience is very good. I appriciate the service they provided.

During covid your family cannot come together with you into the clinic. They also take your temperature and gave you a new mask.
