Just had bloodwork, ultrasound and medication teaching with the nurse. Dimitri, the lab tech, has been kind from the start, he's a quiet older gentleman but very kind and patient. Today, Rima was my ultrasound tech, she had polite and respectful, and very thorough in her search for Antral follicles. Then I met with Christina, a young bright and cheery nurse with a fantastic bedside manner. She helped to explain the protocol, depending on whichever day my CD1 falls on, all the medications and syringes, Q-caps and vials and needles. There was A LOT of information to learn but she remained patient, enthusiastic and reassuring, repeated herself as needed and provided me with extra information to take home and encouraged me to email them immediately if I have any questions or need clarification. Literally amazing experience.

Tips: #1 EMAIL! They will respond right away, don't call or listen to bad reviews about them picking up their phone. Accept that this office works best through email, and they are prompt and there is a record so there is no misinformation between you and them. See it as a positive. #2 BE kind, polite, respectful and patient with them and they will treat you like gold.

May17th - in person preliminary diagnostics (labs and ultrasound)
June 7th- follow-up consult with Dr Del Valle
June 20th - sperm retrieval procedure (PESA/TESA/TESE) with Dr. Mak.
July 4th, IVF medication and education, bloodwork and ultrasound
July 9th-19th ish - 10 day follicle stimulation and follow up ultrasound STIMULATION day 5-6

Egg retrieval, and FET date to follow but it looks like if all goes well, we could be having a transfer before the end of the month.

This IS a very personal matter but I am sharing this review because some of us CAN'T WAIT and I want other women like myself with low AMH and clock's ticking to KNOW that they have options and that they will be in good hands with REPROMED.

After reading the reviews, we feel it's most fair to share our positive experience for any one new checking out these comments. I was shocked to read the negative reviews because our experience with them has been positive. We have 70 messages between us, all positive, and prompt responses! All IVF paperwork signed, meds sent to our pharmacy, got one retrieval procedure June 20th, and waiting on my cycle for the other.it is NO WAITLIST for their OHIP funded IVF but like a full moon only comes once per month so.they are waiting on my body ‍️

Good afternoon,
I meant to email sooner but got very busy in the classroom with my students.
We had a lovely first visit to your office. We felt welcomed and everyone was very kind and professional. I appreciate being allowed to give the urine sample immediately upon arrival after the 4 hour drive from Windsor.
To begin, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, kind and patient with us. They did their best to answer questions and guide us through the various steps of our visit as there were many assessments/labs to be done. Moreover, the lab tech (Dimitri/Dominico?) was also very kind and patient with both of us. Furthermore, Lana, the ultrasound technician, was absolutely amazing, she truly was from start to finish making me feel comfortable before, during and after the ultrasound. She had a warm and kind bedside manner as did Dr. Violetta, the OBGYN. Both very professional and thorough in their assessments and discoveries. They displayed excellent teamwork in ensuring every detail of my reproductive health was assessed. They asked many great questions in order to obtain the necessary details of our reproductive difficulties and past reproductive medical history. I am very grateful for how well we were treated, with kindness and respect. Repromed has a very caring team.
Your office has many great reviews online and unfortunately, a number of not so great reviews. I am happy to be one of your patients who can say they had a great first visit. As new patients, we hope that we were as pleasant to work with as you all were to us.

Let me start by saying we have a beautiful healthy little girl who is now a year old, however, our experience with Repromed was incredibly difficult. There is a lack of communication and organization between staff that I personally felt was taken out on patients, and a major lack of compassion and kindness by some nurses, not all, one RN Dianne was by far the most difficult to deal with, condescending, rude and made the experience more uncomfortable than it already is. I had spoken to Dr. Dal Valle on the phone one time and then saw him on egg retrieval day, he walked into the room, I was already in stirrups, he had a male resident, he did not introduce himself or the resident, this is just really poor and inappropriate practice in my mind. I did voice all my concerns to Dr. Dal Valle prior to being discharged from their care and back over to my OB. He was receptive and did apologize. I am thrilled with our outcome but would not use this clinic again. I waited quite some time to write this so it was not written out of anger and sadness. If you choose to use this clinic I would recommend doing all your homework to understand the process, it is both emotionally, financially and physically draining, find out what medications you can get at your own pharmacy and check out their prices vs Repromed prices, find out who can come to the appt a with you, when you will go back to the care of your OB, confirm appts, I showed up several times and while patient services knew of my appt nursing did not. Good luck out there.

He was over an hour late for my egg retrieval, I had to wait 6 hours one day for him for my appointment, he brought medical students into my retrieval without my permission they were touching me, yelled at my husband during the egg retrieval asking if I took my trigger shot, I was the first patient of the day and he made everyone’s trigger shots late that day. Switched fertility doctors such a toxic clinic. I would give zero stars if I could.

I'm a mom bcz of Dr Del vell. If u follow diet and doctor advise you are a successful mom. Had pcos got pregnant on first cycle. First cycle was analyzing cycle and second treatment cycle which I got successful. Doctor and nurses are good. Receptionist was little rude and you have to wait for first appointment. Phone they wont attend but email has immediate response. Overall good little patience needed of course every where.

Don't wait your money. Doctor didn't give correct medical advise.they just run business and make money.

I would definitely recommend ReproMed to anyone struggling with infertility. Dr. Del Valle is one of the best in his field. Thanks to him we are pregnant with our first child.

I became a patient at Repromed in early 2020, and could not be happier with my decision to join Dr. Del Valle and his incredible team. I had previously been with another clinic for close to a year, and wish that I had found Repromed sooner. Dr. DV is an incredibly kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic man who you can tell truly cares about his patients. The nursing and administrative staff as well are awesome and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have! I highly recommend Repromed.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience at ReproMed. Communication, transparency, compassion and professionalism were lacking in a number of areas.
Some areas of concern include:
• Disorganization of the clinic with respect to scheduling appointments and follow-up after complications (they rescheduled the transfer date 4 times)
• Not given straight answers or evidence-based responses to make informed decisions on procedures, especially the ones requiring additional payments (for example, the importance and value of embryo genetic testing)
• Lack of transparency when overcharged on medications (do not buy from ReproMed, get a prescription and go to a pharmacy, it will be significantly less expensive)
• Mismanagement of care leading up to our oocyte extraction, resulting in high risk for Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome and 2-month delay in transfer (outdated practice or negligence in overstimulation?)
• Being outsourced to another facility after our miscarriage, and our follow-up questions being ignored after multiple communication attempts
• Lack of follow-up, counselling and compassion after being hospitalized due to complications with our miscarriage

We set the bar relatively low in regards to expectations leading into our first IVF procedure. We prepared ourselves for the possibility of miscarriage, which we’ve accepted and now moved on from. Despite losing OHIP funding, we’ve decided to transfer to another fertility clinic in preparation for our second implantation attempt.

10/10 would highly recommend Repromed!
A special shout out to Xio from Patient Services who is always SO helpful and replies promptly to our emails. Deliveries/vials were always made on time to our fertility clinic.

I started coming here this summer because the other clinic my family doctor referred me to have almost 2 years wait time while Repromed has zero for funded IVF. I was sceptical at first coming here but now I am 4 weeks pregnant thanks to Dr Valle. This is my first try. My previous clinic charged me if I wanted the drug prescription to take to my own pharmacy because they want me to get the drugs through them. Repromed was happy to fax prescription to my own designated pharmacy, gave me lab requisition and ultrasound requisition instead of forcing me to go them for all these. In addition the transfer was even better than pap test I didn't get any spotting after the procedure. My previous clinic's doctor had record in CPSO that he had patients go through too much OHIP bill tests. Dr Valle on the other hand require me just have about three test prior to retrieval and one test prior to my FET transfer. I like the nurses they give you reminders when to start your drugs and tests even when you don't see them till two months later. I work in healthcare so used to unfriendly ppl but best is to do your own research so you don't take so much of their time asking so much questions.

ReproMed team is absolutely amazing. This is a state of the art institute for reproductive medicine with a wide range of services provided. Dr. Del Valle is one of the most professional, caring, knowledgeable medical doctors I ever met. He takes time to listen patiently and understand your situation and needs and provides the best care. I felt that my wishes as a patient were always prioritized and respected. All the right testing was done and results explained in a detailed and approachable manner. During the tests I felt cared for and was made very comfortable, which made even the more invasive tests pain free and stress free as the team was always there to support, make you smile and go out of their way to assist throughout the process. The team always replies to any concerns, questions and requests in an exceptionally timely and helpful manner. I especially want to thank Mia and Xio from PatientServices for their outstanding help and support through my journey as well as the ultrasound technicians team. I'm looking forward to continue my journey with the wonderful team and director of ReproMed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do. It is really a godsend to have found you. I've been going there for a couple months and it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Del Valle and ALL the staff nurses and receptionist's were always very welcoming and helpful always answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyway looking it takes time but the result in the end is well worth it. Thank you Repromed!

I am in Repromeds home insemination program and what I like is:
*The samples always arrive on time
*The system seems very organized
* The co-ordinator always gets back to me promptly
What I dont like:
*The co-ordinator Mia is rude. She doesnt always make instructions clear and then she expects you to somehow read her mind and then if you dont she tells you off and even hung up on me once when I was apologizing for not understanding the instructions. Shes just over all lacks customer service skills and her poor attitude to clients ruins the experience.
* They contantly change which donors are available and some donors that you think are available actually arent so it leaves you with a limited choice

This is a smaller clinic and much less institutional than other clinics I've been to. This is a plus. Dr. Del Valle provided me with the right advice exactly when I needed it. He didn't push anything on me. I followed his advice and so far so good. I've been to other clinics (one in particular) where the doctor spent 10 minutes with my husband and I. On a number of occasions, Dr. Del Valle spent over 75 minutes with us, explaining the processes in DETAIL. He never once looked at the clock and did not seem rushed.

It makes me sad to see some of the bad reviews and I hope it's not because of the outcome. It's also saddening to see individuals being pointed out by name. This is uncalled for. I've had a few hiccups and misunderstandings but nothing that would warrant a public bad review. These things can be dealt with internally.

My criterion is not super friendliness, it's about the service and level of knowledge for a very critical and difficult process. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Del Valle, the ultrasound technician, the nurses and the embryologist, Dr. Tao.

The worst ever. Future parents looking for donor sperm; save yourself the stress that this clinic is going to put on you. It’s much better to pay extra and use an organization with better customer service. For example, Cryos international is much much better. The nurses are extremely rude. No bed-side manner at all. The home insemination program has the very worst customer services coordinator. It’s like she purposefully wants the clinic to lose all it’s clients and fall. I ignored the reviews and came to regret it entirely. More than anything else, they want your money. That’s all! After you pay, they are done with you. They will pass over your call without listnesing, argue with you, use ride language. They are very very rude and will cause you enough stress in the process that it could hurt your fertility. Save yourself, it’s not worth it!

This review is mostly based on the nurses at this clinic. I found the front desk and back OR nurse really nice and helpful but it's the team of nurses they use in the front end that I was really bothered with. The nurse manager is Julie who wears a high horse ponytail (litteraly) and has a snotty attitude. Of course all of her young nurses follow suit with their attitudes. My girlfriend and I did out IUI here sadly it did not work out. We were going to try again but I didn't want to bother dealing with those nurses who never call me back when I leave a voicemail or give attitude when too many questions are asked. I also didn't like the fact that things were not properly explained during the process because I had to deal with this snotty nurses. It's almost like they are deciding what to do with you and running the show for your future and if you're paying lots of money it's not worth leaving it in their hands. I hope they change nurse management it might make a big difference in how customers are treated. The doctor was helpful but shouldn't let these nurses run the show.

Lovely all around from the start.
We had an IUI done with donor sperm from their sperm bank.
They made it an easy and positive experience that helped us have our son.

It seems I'm not the only one that wouldn't trust a place like this. Did not pay out and charged me for tests they said were free multiple times. Doctor that did my physical kept me waiting for a long time. Be mindful of whom you do business with.

Mine and my wife experience with this Clinic is NIGHTMARE!
In just short breakdown to many thing's to list here.
After 2 unsuccessful IUI and 1 IVF lack of knowledge and professionalism no explanation, wrong dosages and my wife over stimulation, pain, wrong prescriptions and suffering, Countless $$$
I never had a good filling about this Clinic and Specially about this Doctor.
I even saw on TV how poor this Clinic preform.
After talking to him and seeing in his eyes FIRST & LOST TIME Dollar signs $$$
Doesn't have sympathy or empathy for his patients.
My wife choose it on her Doctor recommendation and honestly I regret it that i didn't do research about this Clinic before putting our lives in other people hands.
For other people out there just be Aware and Prepare!
It's not result that we didn't get on the end is God Willing but lack of what every Doctor shoud care is that "Hippocratic Oath" and that is "Patient" and not THE MONEY "DOCTOR"

A warning to all women/couples looking for a sperm donor, do not pay for ReproMed Sperm bank site. I was on their website looking for a donor and was immediately prompted to pay to access full donor profiles even though competitors offer a trial use of their sites. So I caved and paid for access only to discover their site is significantly inferior regarding selection and the pictures of the donors are blurred or are close ups pictures of just their eyes/nose/hair/etc (very hard to tell what the donor looks like). I contacted ReproMed today by email and they refused to issue me a refund. They said they would apply the $60 access fee towards my donor costs. Of course that’s not a solution because I have zero intentions of using their sperm bank. Please note I signed up Saturday evening and emailed them Monday morning. Save your money! The other sorry banks are way better. There is a reason why they offer a free trial and this company doesn’t.

I don't usually write these, but the presence of some 1 star reviews has me riled up. I don't mean to discredit those that wrote them, but I feel that those who level criticism at this clinic must be having a hard time processing their very personal disappointment. Failing that, I can only imagine they went to a different clinic by mistake.

I want to start by saying that as of today, my wife and I have not yet had the joyful outcome of a successful pregnancy. We are currently in the midst of our second cycle, both with Dr. Del Valle. We came to this clinic after circumstances curtailed an attempt at a different clinic in the city. And I can say that we are SO glad they did.

Upon meeting with Dr. Del Valle back in May 2017, we were both immediately struck by what a genuinely caring and thoughtful man he is. Compassionate, and willing to take the time to explain things in language that we could understand, we found his demeanor very engaging. Even more unusual for a doctor, he comes across as humble in the face of what are often uncontrollable circumstances. This feeling has persisted and grown, as he has taken great personal interest in us. This has extended to, in this second attempt, him conducting several of the ultrasounds for my wife personally, despite being a clearly busy practitioner. He is warm and welcoming, never too busy to take the time to explain something.

The other staff, particularly the nursing and clinical staff, are universally kind, skilled, and attentive. We have some particular favourites on the team, but they are all clearly very well trained. A special shoutout goes to the chap in the blood lab, who has to be the most talented phlebotomist in the city - that man can draw blood before you even know it!

As I said, we are waiting for news on our second cycle, but regardless of the outcome, we would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. The fact that we were unsuccessful first time, only provided an opportunity for Dr. Del Valle to demonstrate his willingness to learn, change approach, and adapt to circumstances.

I cannot emphasize enough how much it means to feel comfortable with your doctor and medical team for something as stressful, emotionally training, and costly as this process can be, and we feel truly fortunate to be working with this clinic.
