I'm located in Switzerland and I ordered a Black La Ropa NY Hat the 10.01.22, the hat arrived a whole month later, the package was damaged and they had the audacity to send me the green one when I paid 130$ for this hat. Worst after sales service I ever came across, they didn't even respond to one of my numerous mails and act like it's the safest place to cop clothes. Definitely avoiding Rerun - Vintage & Streetwear in the future, get you clothes elsewhere and avoid a big disappointement. Peace

I actually called this place and asked confirming if they bought shoes because I came from my country with new sneakers without the box, they confirmed that they do buy shoes and when I asked them how they estimate the price they ONLY TOLD ME TO BRING THE SNEAKERS, nothing was mentioned to me over the phone to bring them with the box.

I still went not thinking about the box because as I mentioned, it wasn’t mentioned as the terms and conditions to sell the sneakers in the first place, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone in the first place and wasted my time, should’ve looked elsewhere.

For the owners… I did call (I have records) and I did went to the store personally (there should be video footage on the cameras if you have any) only to barely pull out the shoe to show and tell, only to be told about the box and I just put the shoe away and left

Trash customer service. Wouldn’t even respond to my email regarding an exchange I wanted to make after spending $200 plus dollars at their shop

I found you guys on tiktok you’re hilarious was surprised how many people in the comments took you seriously but great store! I came by Kensington market the other day and the guy working helped me find some gifts. Will definitely be returning!

Your a clown posting tiktok videos claiming your a new business trying to bait people to buy your junk. Get real you goof as theres actually new businesses out there that actually need help. Your dishonesty will come back to bite you.

Proper customer service and dope selection! These guys are doing it right, shipping speed to Vancouver was only a week!

Longtime customer! Awesome experience from the moment you step in to when you tap your card down on your newest piece! Owners genuine and down to earth individuals that have a passion for top tier customer service. The selection will definitely blow you away to say the least, if not for the exclusive and highly sought out items spanning the last decade then it’ll be the absurd low prices they’re being let go for! Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend to any and everyone new to or well versed in streetwear!

Small store with big promise that falls flat due to staff and quality of merchandise. Second hand clothing full of stains, dirt and body odor.
Staff needs to stop gathering and should help customers make purchases.
Bottom line, would not be my first choice leave it to last and check better stores first.

Bought a mystery box from them and the value they say your item is worth is not accurate at all. Spent a lot of money and I received clothing pieces that were listed as brand new but covered in somebody else’s dog hairs and no tags on the “brand new” items. First mystery box and probably my last. I would’ve been a lot happier if I didn’t receive clothes covered in dog hairs. Guess that was the “mystery” LOL

Sales representatives are uneducated when it comes to retail. Multiple times, they have made mistakes by putting incorrect price tags on the wrong items, which leads to false advertising and a misunderstanding between both parties that never is resolved. On top of that they don’t put price tags on a a majority of their items, so that they can make a price up on the spot depending on who the customer is. I recommend if you’re going shopping for designer or hype, go to Hotbox, Kenshi, and out of this world.

One of the best sneaker spots in Toronto with great customer service and great people 10/10 would highly recommended to check them out

Awesome store with great deals, went here to buy a supreme bag and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendly customer service. They also have a sneaker restoration service for a great value, would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase high end fashion for steal prices! Definitely my go to store for the latest trends in fashion in the city! Will be returning soon and will spread the word to my family and friends to shop here.

Although I have bought authentic items from here. I will say that the recent Off White Jordan 5s i purchased through your online store were replicas. Some things might slip through and i appreciate the refund.

Im glad I checked them out before anything. A kid would have just assumed they were real, took off the tags and started wearing them without a doubt. Then later once he got them authenticated would probably be denied any refund.

I didnt want to write this review but I felt i had too.

Anyways like I said I appreciate the refund but i wont be shopping here again.

EDIT: I understand you dont want to admit to the authenticity. We can agree to dissagree. I had sources authenticate the specific pair I got from you. Professional Authenticators, ones ive used to check out all my gear, I paid 20 usd to get them checked. I could pay 60 and get the certificate of authenticity aswell. These guys know more than any average joe that thinks they can authenticate and that was enough for me to want the refund. Like i said again I appreciate the refund but I hope to never see those shoes listed again.

Jumpmans legs and fingers were off on the tongue, thats just a few examples.

Another Edit. I see they are listed back up again. Jordan 5 Offwhites in a 7.5. Ive already shown local consignment shops photos and they have concluded that it slipped by and it happens. But when you are trying to cover it up and claim they are authentic when they are not. Then thats a problem. Take those shoes off the site. They are UA.

It's so hard to find womens hype clothing/shoes in Toronto (especially for affordable prices), THIS IS THE SPOT! My whole closet is from here, I love it!

Amazing place with exceptional customer service. Quick responses for online orders and great accommodation. When I had issues with shipping, and exchanges they responded ASAP and quickly helped and resolved problems. Would definitely recommend.

Also it looks like this company buys fake reviews as when they get a 1 star review they respond to the person by saying there review is fake will be contacting the better business bureau to investigate this matter.

One of the best consignment stores in Toronto they accommodate to your needs and the staff is completely awesome along with their service I totally recommend this store for anyone that needs “drip”

Very friendly shop owners. I went in looking for a cool bape shirt but instead found a bunch of og bape sweaters from 2006! Best spot for people who love the streetwear and hiphop culture. Good selection of brand such as supreme, bape, offwhite and jordan. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

This is a great place to go for brand new shoes and stuff few on electronics fixed there's a good Electronics place on the second floor there he can fix anything or tell you where to go

The staff here are very knowledgeable about anything to do with street wear/ fashion. Very responsibly priced items. High key recommend.

I have visited this store a few times and the staff members who run this place are so friendly and helpful. Don’t be fooled by it’s small size they have a great amount of heat. Their Instagram is also very cool. Highly recommend visiting this place.

Been here multiple times, always posting steals on IG, always has a good stock, and dollar keymaster sometimes. Would recommend it to anyone who is interested in streetwear.

Great store run by a cool kid. Only downside is inconsistent hours. It says 1-7pm and they don't always post on their instagram when they are closing early. Always message him and wait for a response if you are coming from far like me to find out its closed early once you get there

I was originally gonna buy my boyfriend some unoriginal valentine’s day gift like cologne or something but I was passing buy and went to browse. Awesome prices, nice staff. Found the perfect gift for him! Would 100% revisit
