Residence & Conference Centre - Niagara-on-the-Lake

The bed was small. We had room that face highway. It was so noisy all night.
We Couldn't sleep.

I was staying here overnight with my friend. They have plenty of parking and are near a lot of attractions. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Be aware that they have a very late check-in, which is 4 o'clock.

The rooms were neat, and the connecting dining area was nice. That way you be near your roomie but not be actually in your area.

However, there was a slight smell of cigarettes, which we both noticed.

Overall, if you are on a budget. This place provides good bang for your buck.

Location was very convenient - short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, price was reasonable, customer service were very friendly and competent. Once the road construction is complete, it will be even easier to access the highway. Our only complaint was poor lighting in the rooms, especially the bathroom having no light above the mirror. And complimentary coffee in the morning would be a nice addition!

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is the basic nature of the facilty is very simple.seems a former college dormitory. Staff was excellent, rooms comfortable as long as you don't mind not having a queen or king bed (we didn't). AC worked well. Price was great. Higly recommended if price matters to you more than luxury.

I liked the privacy there is by having two separate bedrooms in one suite. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (especially after leaving something in my room after checkout). The price was reasonable too.

Loved it! This is such a great idea to rent out college dorms as hotel rooms in the off season. Staff were great, everything was clean and comfortable, the location was great.

This is not a 3+ star hotel, but is an excellent, clean place to sleep while visiting the area: every suite has 2 clean, spacious rooms with a shared kitchen and bath. A large snack room and laundry room are on the first floor. Jessica and others at the front desk are kind and helpful.

This is by far the best value place to stay in Niagara on the lake. If you're not looking to spend 300+ a night come here. Rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but you'll get full kitchenette and they are clean. The staff here went above and beyond in being friendly and welcoming. On our way inside a house keeper even wished us a nice stay. Front desk attendant tracked us down to gave us some coupons for a local brewery. Great experience and recommend for budget travelling.

Honestly as much as it's a 2-star hotel I've stayed here twice once for my grade 8 graduation and once recently for the price the place is an excellent choice friendly staff, nice rooms, trails nearby plus it's like 5 minutes from the outlet mall definitely would stay here again me and my friend enjoyed our stay

Very satisfied, this is for people looking for a less expensive place to stay in Niagara Falls region. The suite was clean, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave and sink. The only drawback is that they do not provide plates with utensils in the suite, but after asking, they gave us a few ones (one-time use items). If you plan to stay for a few days, you should bring your own. For more kitchen equipment, they have a common kitchen with oven, toaster and so on that you can access on demand. Everything else is provided (bed sheets, towels and so on). No TV in the suite, but wifi is provided and was working very well for us. They have a laundromat with many washers and dryers, no need for coins, they provide a card that you can load with a self-service machine using credit card, it is about 2 dollars for a single washing or drying cycle. The parking is free and the place is about 15 minutes driving from Niagara Falls and 10 minutes from Niagara-On-The-Lake old downtown. It is also very close to nice outlets. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very clean.perfect for our lacrosse tournament as we used the BBQ area.canteen was much needed and easy service to use.and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Honestly we were nervous at first when we booked but after staying there it will probably be our go to when we head back out that way for family functions! These are basic dorm rooms but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, check in process is the exact same as a hotel. Genuinely no complaints, especially considering it is a significantly cheaper option. The best part is 2 bed suite doesn't just mean 2 beds, it means 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, desk and TV and space to hang clothes if need be. (Very functional and ideal option if travelling with couples!) Will definitely recommend it to everyone.
