Lost my clothing. I told them to just return it to me unwashed, they refused. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the laundry. Horrible service and staff.

Family friendly hotel and very accommodating to our late check out request. Complimentary breakfast was perfect for young kids with yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Room and lobby bathrooms and pool were clean. Thanks for a great visit.

Had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, good space and comfortable beds. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest and I found that the cooling system wasn’t the greatest either.

Updated: The manager replied with a copy and paste, routine and insincere response. He only mentioned the fire in the hotel and he didn't address the problems. He didn't say or mention the bugs in the room, and my car got stolen in their parking lot due to their lacking of security camera. Safety of the guests aren't their concerns. Shameful!

My family and I have had the worst experience in a so called 4 stars hotel. First day, we noticed bugs crawling out of the sofa and other places. 2nd day, there was a fire in the hotel but no announcement to tell the hotel guests to leave. 3rd day, our car got stolen in the hotel parking lot. We told the hotel desk and they told us the hotel parking lot got no security camera. How can a hotel these days got no security camera? It's a joke that our lives don't matter. Isn't just about the cars and it is about the safety of human lives. That means there is no safety in the parking lot if anything happen to guests. We are extremely not happy with this hotel. The way they handled our stolen car situation in their parking lot. They acted like they don't care, and it isn't their problem. What they are saying that you parked it at your own risk and don't bother us. They did nothing to help us to get a rental car.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool!

One of the most pleasant experiences I've had staying in hotels in Canada. The room has a kitchen with pretty much everything (utensils, electric stove, microwave, fridge).

The sheet & blanket for the sofa bed is available in the room.

I was told the pool had a jacuzzi but didn't have the time to test it out.

Liam from the front desk never helped, had no insight as to questions about the rooms. Had to beg him for toiletries. Needed help with the TV and some internet appliances; his solution was to block the TV's HDMI ports. That aside; the gym, pool and cleaning service exceeded my expectations.
