It was really wonderful experience working with Resolve Recruit. Vanessa is so calm and supportive with getting work done regarding job letters and pay-stubs etc.
I, highly recommend this agency for full time workers.

The staff is not really helping and I was waiting for almost half an hour for 2-3 times continuously. They're not ready to answer the call. I am little disheartened.

So, I never thought it would come a day where I will be in a position to write this review, but sadly after reading a couple of fellow "Resolvians" negative reviews, I find as a civil responsibility to put out the truth for all potentials recruits (In-house and external) to read. I worked at Resolve Recruit for quite a few years. My entire time with them, all I saw was professional grade coaching, lots off opportunities to learn and time over time advancements in my career. The owner is far from Humiliating anyone. She genuinely cares for her employees and ensures that they are set for success because as a leader, she would hate to see an employee fail under her leadership because if someone fails, the leader fails as well. So to the ones that are crying a river of the owner being humiliating and what not, please know that you have to have a solid thick skin in sales and recruitment just how majority of the doctors have to develop in order to succeed! Resolve has been in business for over 20 years and not because they have a humiliating Manager/owner.

If you play your cards right, you can go places with this company

Other agencies pay you more but these guys are just doing their business I worked 2 days with them and they paid me only for day It’s we all aware government and people about these types of agencies for any initiative steps.

I am not pleased with one of your recruiters. Her name is Rachelle Boodram, something like that. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to. The way she speaks to people is wrong, as if she is above everyone and people must bow down to kiss her feet I will not be accepting job positions from this company simply because she is not respectful. Maybe if she dropped the attitude and was more welcoming, I would feel comfortable. I'm not sure which man is gassing her up, but she seriously needs a reality check. She needs to be audited

Hi, I just started new job at a new recruitment firm.but felt the need I should post a message about this business. The owner of this company Resolve Recruit is a very harsh and cold woman, my time spent at this firm was not a good experience it was more of a humiliating experience. Please warning you, if you are starting out in sales or want to gain experience in recruitment this is not the place she treats you and yells at you like an animal and micro management all day over your shoulder. You aren’t able to learn or make mistakes. No amount of money is worth your your value or humanity.

As a newcomer to Canada, the staff of this agency was very helpful in accommodating my needs. I am happy be part of an agency that cares about their employees. In addition, information was communicated in an efficient manner. I am happy to be with the company the agency sent to. Great agency!

Waste of time.

I was told to come in and register as there were many openings available. I was told they would get back to me within the week. I never heard anything. They did not even reach out AT ALL. I also followed up CONSTANTLY just to be shown disrespect. Terrible recruiting. Also, Rachelle B.needs to fix her attitude. She is extremely unprofessional and distasteful. Save your time and your gas and go with MANPOWER.

Worst service.firstly they called me for interview.when i visited there then they told me to have wait for 2 weeks after that on email they told me that i’ll call on tuesday as they have meeting with company and they provide me work but when i called them then they said we don’t get any confirmation yet. I mean why did u call to people and waste their time on interview if u don’t have work.never recommend to anyone

Really felt embarrassed after visiting this office. One of my friend got interview and she asked them that my friend is looking for job, so can she come with me and they said yes. After going their one lady gave me application and just started to fill it and then she came and said how much weight can you lift. I said not much. She replied that our company has requirement to carry 50lbs and you are not eligible for that and she took away the form from me. I told them that you didn’t mention this thing before but they registered my friend for the job, even she can’t lift much weight. I came a long way from brampton in a bus in this much hot weather and it took one and half hour to reach their and also I was having appointment with the lawyer. I cancelled that and went Mississauga in a hope that I will get a job their. It was really insulting and disrespectful. If they didn’t want to register me then why they said before that you can bring your friend.
Honestly I didn’t post any review for anything before but this thing forced me to do so.

Went out of my way to go for an in person "interview" which was just me spending an hour filling out a handout. Employee (Asia) said she would get back to me to confirm day shifts several times but never did. Then saw the exact shift I was looking for up on indeed in a new posting. I applied again only to be contacted by the same employee who gave me the same answer. Total waste of time.

I would rate zero star if I could. Wasted my time with them. I went to their eglinton location, asked to speak with a recruiter who can help me finding a suitable job according to my work experience.
A rude and unprofessional lady came and asked me to give my resume (hard copy) and thank you bye and Went back in.
2 weeks later I called to follow up, nobody has any clue about my resume.
And when I pushed them, then they said oh it must be in the files and we will contact you if we have the job.

My experience with resolve Recruit isn’t that great as I gave them what would work for me and it has been a week and a bit and still haven’t heard back from the person that I was working with and left multiple messages with them. Along with my husband as well. We have two year old we are trying to work around along with one car so we both need days and we need something that can work with the day care as well. They haven’t called us at all to let us know if they have anything for our situation.
