From the wonderful quad fit class, to the care taken when measuring my husband’s feet for his skates to ensure they were a perfect fit, to the awesome skate nights in Galt and London, we appreciate all that Retro Rollers do for the skate community!

Retro Rollers has always had top notch customer service! With great communication, each package I receive is noticeably inspected and handled with care. They always have a great selection of Roller skates and accessories that it makes it an easy one stop shop! Complete 5 star! I’ve skated here for a while, and I must say, it’s the best place to roller skate I’ve been to! I mean they go on for so long, you can leave whenever you want, and it’s very cheap to roller skate! And the best part about them, is the skate shop! My roller skates were bought from here, and they’re amazing quality! There’s so much more I could say, but I try to keep my reviews short lol. Long story short, buy roller skates here if you want roller skates, and I recommend skating here.

I had a terrible experience buying skates through Retro Rollers. I went in to try on skates and as soon as I started trying on skates I was pressured in to what sizes I could try on. After they measured my feet they told me what size I was. After purchasing a pair I thought would fit me with the advice given from "expert" Elaine, I was sent the skates. After receiving the skates I immediately tried them on. After feeling my toes being squished together causing pain in my feet I then fully unlaced the skates to see how my toes would feel. They still had pain. After this I went to the Riedell website to find charts of the exact skate I purchased. These charts indicated I needed a bigger size skate then what I had purchased. Then after emailing them explaining my situation and that I would like to order a larger size and waited over a week for a reply, they insisted that I never even took the skates out of the box to try on so they had a "hard time" believing they did not fit. Even though one of the skates was still fully inlaced. (It's like they didn't even look at the skates or read my email) On top of that they insisted that they are experts and have sized thousands of skates with no issues and continued to act pretentiously saying they do not argue with customers. They eventually refunded my money minus %15 which is a lot of money considering the skates cost me $405. So now they will profit from selling the skates I returned at full price plus my %15. I will never shop here again.
