Just purchased my second vehicle from Revell Ford and it won't be the last. Had the pleasure of dealing with Brad Revell for both vehicles and he was amazing! Zero pressure, quick to respond to all of my questions and an all around good guy!
Dealt with Terry Gibson for all the financial stuff and he was great as well. Took the time to answer any question I had, even when I dropped in without an appointment. Between Brad and Terry they made the buying process easy and stress-free, I can't recommend them enough!
I had a very small issue with an accessory that was put on after I bought the vehicle. Took it in and talked to Terry Holder. It was fixed within 15 minutes. He went above and beyond what he had to do to fix the issue.

I can't recommend Revell Ford enough! There is a reason that they have such an excellent reputation. They look after their customers.

Recently I had to take my 2017 Ford Edge in for an oil change. I considered taking it to a quick lube location but decided to take it to the dealership. What a smart move that was. I took it to Revell and while doing the oil change they found an issue that was covered under my extended warranty. They arranged to do the work, gave me a courtesy car, and did the repairs which cost over $1,100, all free of charge. Great lesson to always take your vehicle to the dealership, especially when you have a warranty. I was impressed that during the oil change they identified the issue and immediately covered it under the warranty even though I didn't even know there was a problem.

In 2021 I bought and pre-owned F150 from Revell Ford. It was altogether a great experience and I am still very happy with this vehicle and the staff at Revell. Will buy again!

Happy with the communication and service when buying my new car. This was the only dealer that listened when I told them what I was looking for. Appreciated that I didn't feel the intense pressure like other places I looked, which was nice.

I have been using Revell for 14 years - their friendly & knowledgeable staff deliver outstanding customer service, be it service or sales department. Would not dream of going to a different dealer.

Went for warranty work and said the issue I had wasn't a problem and charged a service fee for looking at the issue. Went to another dealer the next week and they fixed the problem under warranty. Terrible dealership, will never buy a vehicle here and advise others not to.

I have dealt with Revell’s for 35 years. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. However, Revell’s have a very poor service policy. They want you to make an appointment but they do not honour the time if you do not sit in their waiting area for the work to be done. They will put your vehicle at the end of the line and take walk ins first. I believe this to be an unfair policy to treat regular customers in this way.

Absolutely amazing start to finish. One thing that always amazed me is they keep good track of their time slots which most dealers do not. I never find myself sitting in the waiting room waiting 1hr fro my truck to be brought in. It's always brought in momentarily after I arrive by the mechanic, which is the exception to the rule. Great job!

I can't say enough good things about Revell Ford. Everyone at the dealership whether it be sales, service or reception are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Revell both new and used and I have never had any issue with any of the vehicles other than what related to the Ford Motor Company for recall. I have never experienced any effort to be upsold on any item either by sales or service at any time. I have really enjoyed my purchasing experiences with the No. 1 salesperson in my book Nate Revell. I have also experienced help and vehicle repair from Fix Auto at Revells and as is the case with the service department have had nothing but excellent service and repairs in a timely fashion. Whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle, require service for a vehicle or need auto body repairs to a vehicle you will not be disappointed with Revell Ford.

Revell Ford is a place where they really know how to take care of the customer. Over the years, I've gotten four cars there, along with body work, and service. I've always received good prices and great customer service. Once they even picked me up at the train station in Kingston so I could go pick up my new car. Highly recommended

I have taken my Ford Escape to Revell's for years, and always get top notch service. They make things as convenient as possible for their customers, and their mechanics do good work. It is worth a nice drive in the country twice a year for me to go their for oil changes etc.

What a FANTASTIC purchasing experience.

Never, ever! Have I experienced such genuine care and interest in a purchase as I received from the staff at Revell Ford. (FYI. I’ve been buying, driving, trading-in and buying new personal vehicles for over 30 years and close to 20+ vehicles).

It all started through a brief connection I made with a kind retired gentleman named Clare (apparently retired Revell sales manger). He listened to my thoughts on a new vehicle and that I was seeking a strong trade value for my current vehicle. Well, Clare then offered to make a call to Revell Ford and coordinated an in-person contact for me. This is when I later met another exceptional gentleman named Dan Gibb. Well, Dan immediately came out upon my arrival and welcomed me to Revell. He chatted with me, listened to my thoughts/concerns and proceeded to show me various options of the truck I was seeking. Dan was very professional, friendly and extremely personal. He also then arranged to have my trade vehicle evaluated while I test drove a new truck, on my own.absolutely no sales pressure or heavy pitches.

(While this may sound like the usual new vehicle buying experience I must say it is not. It was the character, honesty and genuine openness and obvious caring by all of the staff at Revell that solidified my decision to purchase from them and generated this review. These are genuine people that care and treat you like family. I also have 2 Ford dealerships within 5 minutes of my home but chose to drive 30 minutes out of town to Revell.what a great decision)

Well, Dan and the folks at Revell stayed beyond closing to assist me in my purchase. I picked up my truck a day later and Dan then introduced me to the rest of the Revell team/staff and the various Dealership departments. Everyone, (and I mean everyone) I met was smiling, personable and appeared genuinely happy and eager to welcome me and displayed a genuine interest and commit to their position in the dealership and to providing exceptional service. Wow wow wow. I can’t say enough good things about Revell Ford. Being 22 years old, this was my very first BIG purchase. I did a lot of shopping around but when I came across Brad and the team, I was confident I was making the right decision. Both Brad and Terry were very accommodating and professional. They made me feel comfortable, as if I was buying from family. Eventually when the time comes for a new car, I know exactly where I will be going.

Been buying my cars and SUV here since 1994 would not buy from anywhere else, their service is second to none, always friendly best by a country mile!

Took my Escape for an oil change. Fast, efficient and less expensive then the previous dealership I had been using. The waiting are is clean and inviting. I will definitely continue to go here.
