Revera Harold & Grace Baker Centre

Both my parents have been at Baker Center for 3 years now. Their needs are very different (one in a wheelchair with dementia, one blind) but their individual care has been exemplary. The staff is attentive to their individual needs, the doctor and nurses are always on top of any new ailments, etc my parents may be experiencing. I looked at several homes before choosing Baker Center. Baker was by far the best in terms of attentiveness, quality of care and service, food accomodations for my parents and extra curricular activities suited to their abilities. Would not have moved them to any other home. It is 5-star in every way.

The frontline staff truly have the residents best interest at heart and are always willing to go above and beyond for their residents. The management are very friendly and are always welcoming in the best way that you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. So glad my family is here and wouldn't want to have them anywhere else.

Great home with very attentive staff. Management was a pleasure to work with in getting my mom the care she needs. Very informative and very quick to act, they made me feel confident my mom was getting the best possible care.

Unfortunately there's some good but more bad about this place. I have met staff that were attentive and pleasant. But I hear stories that frighten me, they need to work on alot here including the meals. Not as clean as it should be, there are holes in the walls, I've witnessed mice roaming the halls and seen a worker chasing one. That was funny but come on update the building. Anyways in the process of having my family member moved to another location.

If you would like your loved one to be subjected to neglect by abusive and indifferent management and staff, this is the place for you. This place needs to close it doors as quality of care is non-existent. The fact that people live entire lives only to spend their last days in a facility where they are treated as less than human is the greatest injustice.

I called 9 times and FINALLY someone picked up the phone. That's the type of care you're going to get there! BEWARE!
