Rexall

This is my regular pharmacy. I have never been treated with anything but the utmost kindness and consideration, Very friendly and helpful, and to top it off they remember me by name unlike the big box across the street.

I got all my COVID vaccine there, well organized and professional staff, specially at pharmacy. Always received best service.

I’ll give it 0 star if I could. The pharmacist Jesse was too busy with putting her stuffs in place versus getting customer the proscription that it’s already ready for pick up. Also, my address is not correct on my receipt. I can’t image if anything get send to the wrong address what will happen. This place need better management.

Very convenient Rexall location. It’s situated in the Hullmark Centre and accessible from the street as well as the building. I’d say this is more of a medium size Rexall so don’t expect it to have everything you are looking for.

Went there shopping for a specific body wash and some other things. When I asked where the body wash was I accidently said 'shampoo' instead of wash and the cashiers were really rude about my slip up and brought it up. Overall good store, a bit pricy, but the staff definetly need more training.

Went there on Saturday, no mask, but new shipment will arrive on Monday
Went back on Monday, NOTHING!
WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!

This place is the worse, please & I highly recommend anyone to please go to shoppers, what a Sh*t Show.

The staff members have always been very friendly and kind to me and my family. The only thing I can’t find sometimes is milk as they run out of them quickly possibly due to the convenient location and low price.

Beware! The Assistant Manager is rude, unfriendly, and doesn't care about the customer. Just go to Dollarama or the other Rexalls at 5150 Yonge St.

The Manager of this store should be fired. Does not know how to deal with customer complaints and smirks each time there is a valid complaint.
