So this review is for the front staff. Not pharmacy. Pharmacy is great, I've never had an issue with the pharmacy. The front staff on the other hand are rude and they are who I'm complaining about. I came in Sat Oct 14 with my husband. We picked up a bunch of random stuff including two packs of tooth brushes. I must have read the signage wrong, I though it was 3.99 ended up being 11.99. My mistake, when I told the woman Nancy who was cashing me out of my error she proceeded to make ignorant comments under her breath. "two pack of tooth brushes for 3.99 are you kidding me. What a joke. " maybe she though I couldn't hear her because of her mask. But seriously. Fire that woman. I apologized, and she ignored me. My husband apologized for the error. She ignored him. She refused to say another word to us until I said to have a nice day.and she quickly responded with a flippant "you to" An honest mistake on my part and I get ridiculed because she's to lazy to take two items off my bill? I work in customer service. I know the job is hard, but she shouldn't ever deal with customers if this is how she behaves. I intend to call into the location to speak to a manager Monday.

Rude, rude, rude people. Had to use them after the amazing Upper Sherman location closed. They never have things ready when you need them and are as slow as molasses. Switched pharmacies after having to pull an arm and a leg to get my meds. Do not go here!

Sure do miss the small location on upper Sherman! Never had a mistake or limited quantity ony brothers prescription!
This location is a joke! Just like the others, not enough medication being sent out or better yet the phone is never being answered, even after 30 rings.
If you can't keep up with the demand, here's an idea "hire" people. Gonna be switching my brothers stuff over to my place, M Line pharmacy (Concession medical pharmacy) on upper James, At least here there's tons of workers that never grew up and they're super friendly.

Avoid at all cost. Meds were transfered to this store and i have had nothing but problems. Stood in line for 20 min.for a refill only to be told i didnt have any. Had 4 refills on the label from previous rexall. Also i was the youngest senior in this line and nobody recieved any meds as none were ready. 1 gent had made 3 trips from west mountian in 2 days only to be told next day. Find a smaller store you happier.

The cashier was so mean to me and she also let people come in to the store not wearing a mask haha never going back there again

Specific review about the pharmacy.my partner and i switched to this pharmacy a few months ago and were proactive in giving them her insurance information prior to her doctor sending her prescription to this new location.multiple times i have waited for 30-45 minutes while they try and upcharge her prescriptions by $60 OR MORE as a result of their negligence.the woman nearly charged me $70 until i corrected her.upon the correction, not only did the pharmacist belittle me - his coworker took off her mask to giggle and say “why is she complaining” while she rolled her eyes.absolutely ridiculous - we will NEVER be back.

The lady that's normally works the post office is very unpleasant. Constantly giving customers attitude. Today I requested a stamp for a birthday card. I was sold oversized. I asked how small a letter has to be to have a regular stamp? She said it has to fit threw this slit. And it did, twice, and she still insisted I needed oversized, you could tell being wrong was killing her. She refused me service and called the manager to sell me a regular stamp. Lol. This defines poor customer service.

Debbie at checkout went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Thanks again you little angel!

Too much confusion, when you call. Bounced around on the phone like a basket ball. No notes taken, when something is returned. Waited for a delivery for about a week, only to find out they had it on hold, waiting for something I told them I didn't need that month. May call Case Worker to transfer my monthly medical supplies, somewhere else.

I just had such a fantastic experience with Cindy at Rexall Home Health Care. I had the very stressful task of finding bed sheet/furniture covers for my now incontinent elderly Aunt and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Specifically pharmacy.
Just got off the phone after talking to 2 different pharmacy workers who spoke to me with such rudeness. I know ppl in the medical field right not are having a rough time, but I shouldnt be spoken to like im a nuance when I just need my medication. I'm here in tears cause now I don't even want to call back or go back at all but im out of my medication and don't know what to do.

I realize the staff doesn't want to be in store during this pandemic, but customer service needn't reflect this. I as many others feel the stress of caring for others who are vulnerable, so when we come into the health care section looking for help with an unfamiliar product we don't enjoy being talked down to or being made to feel we are interrupting them. We are all going to have change our shopping habits, adapt to lack of products and show a little more understanding for others. This includes sales associates. The front cashiers were cheerful and helpful. Perhaps the ladies in the health care section feel stressed and need to take lessons from the front line staff.

I DIDNT THINK IT COULD GET ANY WORSE THEN WALMART PHARMACY! BUT IT DOES GET WORSE! THEY DO AND GIVE THE AMOUNTS THEY FEEL NOT WHAT YOUR DR PRESCRIBES? ! THEY QUESTION YOUR DRS ORDERS AND WILL LITERALLY FAX BACK AND FOURTH QUESTIONING HIM? !? ! IF YOU HAVE ANXIETY STAY AWAY FROM REXALL! MY PARTNER WAS LAUGHED AT OVER THE PHONE! AFTER 2 DAYS OF WAITING FOR ANXIETY MEDICATION THAT HAD! BEEN PRESCRIBED BY THE DR. THEY DID NOT RELEASE STILL! STILL NOT READY APPARENTLY. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THATS IT FOR REXALL OFF TO A MORE CARING SMALLEr pharmacy! Save yourself the trouble and humiliation!

Called in to see if my prescriptions were ready, as I have a sick newborn, it's cold and windy out and I do not have a vehicle. I was told BOTH were ready.

Packed up my newborn and walked there to find that one won't be ready till the afternoon.

When I called after leaving to see if someone would call me when it was ready rather than me call again I was transferred for no reason without even getting a chance to explain my request.

Service is lacking and horrible. I called in advance to save hassle, had they actually looked for the prescription and listened to what I was getting it would have saved my sick infant the trip there for no reason.

The other staff at the front are great just the pharmacy is lacking and needs better training.

Generally a nice and clean place, but pharmacy staff seems to be overwhelmed and disorganized at times. I switched doctors a few months back and I advised them about it, yet they keep sending faxes for refills to my previous doctor, despite the fact they have been advised of the change.

Excellent staff at the Canada Post counter, always helpful and friendly. Katherine and Debbie are the BEST! Thanks for always doing such a great job!

Very friendly staff, pharmacy manager really cares n takes time to explain, even when I call pharmacy to ask about anyting, id highly recommend them if anyone needs caring and professional service.

For faster service check out at the pharmacy.cashiers are usually busy chatting with the post office clerk

This is a nice place. Different departments including a post office, pharmacy and more. All the staff here is always nice and recognize everyone that comes into the store.

The Rexal Home Care has a good product line and quantity of supply. Unfortunately, the wait time to be serviced both in person and by phone is not good at all which makes this business not the best place to shop for medical home care supplies. Use it only if you can't find supplies elsewhere or if you have plenty of time to wait around.
