Ignorant and rude staff! Was in a rush and someone was allegedly stealing at the same time, was told if I’m with that alleged thief as I’m rushing, upon confronting was asked if I’m having a bad day! Applaud the audacity of straight up accusing someone to be part of theft while I was paying at the cash counter.

Horrible service! They tell you your prescription is ready for pick up. Then when you go to pick it up, they refuse to give it to you and say they need original copy of RX. This would have been fine had they told me that in advance so I didn't spend 30 minutes in traffic getting there only for them to
Refuse to give me my prescription when I got there.so I have to go without prescriptions for at least the day if not more! At least take ownership of this mess you created for me, Rexall! Do not recommend!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Thank you for working throughout the pandemic. Store is neat & tidy. Sometimes have to wait for a cashier, but they are busy working on other projects.

I had a great experience at this location the lady that help me was extremely knowledgeable of the products and very friendly.

Being followed around, accused of stealing and watched like a commen crimminal
with a manager giving me attitude before i tried to leave because i was so uncomfortble can really turn someone off a location

All staff at this location are so helpful and friendly. I have switched from going to shoppers to rexall. I love the fact they are usually very well stocked on items compared to other stores.

The staff is truly friendly and assists you when you ask. The pharmacy staff is very helpful explains your prescriptions and provides you with information should you ask. We have shopped and got our prescriptions here for many years. Thank you staff.

Been using this pharmacy for years, I love it! Never had a single issue with my prescriptions and they always make sure to explain everything to me when it comes to my meds and my coverage. I'm always happy to come here and I trust the workers a lot.

I don't shop too often in the actual store, but I've bought snacks and makeup here as well and it was good.:)

Terrified experience, the white lady worked in cosmetics section was extremely rude for no reason and she was literally shouting, I could see that She doesn’t like her job, not going back for sure.

Horrible horrible staff, they don’t even understand your situation. They should learn how to talk and respond to the customers.

A staff name Madhu needs to take a chill pill. Very rude and not mannered. If care is not taken, this place might shot down like the other on Williams and Chinguacousy. At least, be nice and have courtesy on how to relate with the public. You don’t need to yell on people if they request to see multiple products to choose from even though the order just arrived in the store. More so, i don’t need to calculate tax in my head when paying for something. I don’t care if your job is tedious or what so ever. Don’t ruin the place for the owner. It’s been almost a week and I can’t stop thinking about your rudeness. Pls don’t ask me to call a 1-800 or email support office.

HORRIBLE STAFF NAMED ROXANNE. If you ever interact with her, just leave. I was shopping there with my mother and this rude lady yelled at me for opening a box even though I was BUYING IT. She went on complaining and when she saw my mother come around she tried to change her tone without attitude. She proceeded to slam boxed down after our interaction mumbling under her tone. I would like to get in contact with a manager ASAP. I am extremely unhappy with how I was treated here. I never write reviews but I'm so upset with how I was treated.

If I could give them 0, I would the worst pharmacy ever. I went there 3 mnths back for first time and have been regretting it since, the pharmacist messed up with my insulin and gave me the wrong one, and when I complained I was given a replacement with just 2 mnth validity even after knowing the my dosage is low and it will not be used up during this duration, and when i went to ask for a replacement they told me i will have to buy the whole pack of 5 when I just required 2 that were left to be exchanged and will be required to pay for it. And when asked for explanation why i was given the one with less validity there excuse was they only keep one pack of a particular medicine at a time, so whatever was available was given.but thats no excuse for such a big pharmacy

Pleasant and polite enough staff, but very difficult to do business with. Slow to answer phones, meet you at counter, etc. I was once on hold for so long that I was able to get to the store and talk to the same pharmacist that 'would be right with me' before they returned to my call. That's if they answer the phone in the first place.

Store is always clean and easy to find staff for help, always has good sales going on. Much easier to stop in quick for lotto or whatever rather than Walmart.

1 of the ladies at the prescription counter is very pleasant to deal with, she has blonde hair. The others, not so much.

Lovely clean store, friendly helpful staff - Manager very kind and went out of her way to save me some money - would highly recommend this location to anyone - I am new to the Brampton area and this is the closest store to my home, so I'm very pleased - this is not a fake review and I am a real person who is giving my honest experience visiting this location on the corner of Bovaird and Hurontario - thx

Extremely poor customer service. There was no one around when I wanted to asked a question. And when I finally did find someone it was the same all of this is not my section. Many of the items that I would do*expired or soon to be expired so be very careful. Many of the things are double the price I Walmart or Fortino‘s pharmacy section. Items such as sunscreen are triple the price. People look what they don’t want to work around that store where they hate their jobs. The parking lot is also very crazy and it’s hard to find a parking spot and it’s hard to get out of the parking lot

THEN WHEN I TOLD HER I DONT RECALL HER MENTIONING IT SHE CONTRONDICTS HERSELF AND SKILLS AND MANY YEARS OF TRAINING BY RESPONDING YOU DONT QUALIFY FOR AIR MILES. OBVIOUSLY SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE HER JOB AND SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COULD FELL THE TENSE IN THE AIR AS SOON AS I ENTERED [BEGING ALREADY PROMPTED BY A CO-WORK AABOUT THHEIR RUDE HIRES] THE REXALL AS THEY STRUGGLE TO MEET BUDGET AND LABOUR QUOTAS I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSY ELSEWHERE. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO COOPERATIONS THAT FUND LABOR FOR STUDENT THAT A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL AND ENTHUSASTIC ABOUT THE MONEY THEY EARN
