I was there Friday bought some chips. They charged wrong price. When I found out they only want refund the difference, but should be free because the under $10 policy. I asked her but she said we are not part of that policy. I mean Canada law don’t apply to REXALL?

Come here to pickup online order, tells me their staff with the key is on break so made me wait 30 mins. Horrible horrible experience, dont do online pickup here.just awful

I was at the Pharmacy recently and dealt with Chris. Previously have dealt with Willa. All are thr staff are excellent.
There are other Drug Stores closer to me, but I go to this location as the service and care are excellent.

Worst amd mkst disrespectful pharmacy i have come across.i was ignored, barely acknowledged.when it was my turn for service one of the 3 ladies working tried ignoring me by taking literally a stack of papers and saying oh shes busy she has to input the information.when all i wanted to do was get information on vaccines and try to book an appointment.one lady completely ignored me, the pharmacist ignored me amd spoke under her breath the entire time.and the front desk cashier lady person, was just soo rude.they were all horrible.they did not leave me feeling good about taking the vaccine.this is not the first bad encounter here also.but it will be the LAST. Terrible location.terrible service and customer service.this terrible experience happened on thursday october 20th.early - mid afternoon.

Got my booster vaccination shot here. Quick service.
However they called me earlier saying there was a power outage and that they’d call me tomorrow.
In the end I called them the same day and could go that day. So they could’ve followed up sooner.
But in general good experience

The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional! I received an email to book my Pfizer booster shot and immediately clicked the link to find the next available appointment. There were no spots available for the rest of the week and the website said to call the pharmacy directly to book if that was the case. I called to explain the situation and the female pharmacy staff said there were plenty of appointments online and to try again but I tried multiple times with no luck. I asked politely if I could book over the phone per the instructions on the website and she hung up on me. This behaviour is unacceptable especially from a health care professional.

The Pharmacists and Staff go the extra distance to take care of you. I ALWAYS trust them for my prescription needs.

Rexall's marketing tricks! This is disappointing. They gave me a Pfizer appointment (see the photo from the email they have sent me) and tried to do Moderna. The pharmacist said "our team was not informed that your appointment is for Pfizer and we ran out of Pfizer". On the appointment booking page it was Pfizer, on the reminder email it was Pfizer, on the text messages it was Pfizer. Instead of flooding me with these wrong messages please inform your pharmacy team at least once. I'm not shopping from Rexall any more.

Twice, I have received invitations to book a COVID19 vaccine.

The first time, I was unable to access the Rexall booking site. I called; and was advised "Sorry the message went out in error. " Fine, it happens, and I moved on.

The second time - I was actually able to book an appointment for the next day. I booked, and received a call from Rexall advising THIS invite had also gone out in error, despite being able to book.

By this point, I was irritated - if it was a mistake, why did you let me book? - but the indifference I encountered on the other side of the line was irritating. No apology. No "Well, if we have leftover for your appointment time, we'll call you in. " Just a "We screwed up. "

Thank you Rexall. You have only succeeded in me choosing to go your competitor - Shoppers Drug Mart - for all ongoing health, cosmetic and incidental needs.

Horrible customer service, apparently you can’t make returns if your use there new “Be Well” rewards card, in addition, long line up at cash, cashiers refusing to issue refund, ended up waiting for manager, who also couldn’t assist me. Quite a lot of sale items, also out of stock. *wouldn’t recommend this Rexall Location

Total Chaos and system failure at this Rexall location for COVID-19 vaccination,
Registered on line for an appointment yesterday, today I got 2 emails and 2 text messages with the web link to book an appointment, It says if you have difficulty with the website contact the pharmacy,
Well, website crashed, tried calling this branch, it says the number is not available without even ringing once, there are 2 phone numbers for this branch, both not available, tried more than a dozen times both numbers, same result,
so I drove all the way to the pharmacy, I was told the website is crashed and there is nothing they can do, I asked why they don’t pickup the phone? No response, and the pharmacist just walked away,
Rude people no concept of customer service or care. Shame!

I had visited this post office at 3 different time slots. Everytime I had to wait. All time I see baord saying will be back at so and so time but no one was there at the mentioned time. No punctuality. Especially the young lady.she takes her own luxury time to come back to work, shows such bad attitude like she don't care about the time. Seems like she has her own rules about work timing. She dont even have manners how to talk to customers. First time I saw such rude person at this location.
I would rate 0 for their time management and they way they talk to people.

This review is solely for the pharmacy within this store. The pharmacist (Willa) is extremely rude and a liar. When we came in to pick up our prescriptions she would not give us the three refills like we always received. Instead she said our doctor personally called her and told her only to give one months worth at time. She told us to contact our doctor and take it up with her if we didn’t believe her. So we did, and our doctor did not have such conversation with Willa. We have email proof of the conversation. The frustration in this is that when all refills are not given at once, the cost of the medication is tripled. So instead of paying a one time fee for three months worth of medication, we need to pay each time we run out. This can be expensive to pay for, but Willa has no regard and makes up lies so she can get the pharmacy it’s dispensing fee and drug fee each time. Needless to say this isn’t the first time we have had problems with this pharmacy. We will be switching pharmacies! Very unprofessional to lie about conversations you had with medical professionals to get your way with a customer. For people working in the drug and medical field, you should be ashamed of yourself for such treatment. Please provide an honest and logical reason as to why you cannot provide all refills at once next time. Don’t make stuff up.

Don't go to this rexall pharmacy. Terrible customer service! I'd rather wait for my infection to get worse then pick up medication here. Sounds intense but I checked OHIP website to see if my medicine was covered and it states that it is covered but the pharmacists will still try to squeeze as much money and hidden fees out of you. The staff was incredibly rude, impatient and condescending: (

Very quick in and out, excellent service!
Went to the Post Office, was no customer at all in the store close to 9pm, the customer service rep appeared from somewhere immediately to cash me out. Just the way I like it!

No customer service. Only one stuff at checkout and sooo slow. No training. Let 5 people waiting and go with one customer to introduce a product price for 5 minutes after come back still talking about how to spend enough money to fit the miles credit.

This store does not honour “scanning code of practice”, which is disappointing for large chain in Canada. Terribly disorganized management and staff - and so slow to check out. Their return process at the cash for doing a quick price adjustment that involves managers: three transactions on my credit card just to get a one dollar credit. I would definitely not return to the store

If I could give zero star I will do so! I came to visit this location on Tuesday July 23,2019 around 9: 30pm. I wanted to purchase a loreal eyeliner which was priced at $6.99 with the savings of $7.99. I brought it to the cashier and it was scanned for $11.99. I asked the lady named Beverly if she could double check the aisle and price but the lady beside her, named Julie said whatever is the price on the register is the actual price from the head office.while Beverly is on the aisle confirming the price tag (which was confirmed with no barcode) I keep saying to JULIE that they priced it wrong but JULIE keep on saying they cannot do anything about it! I was annoyed and said “Don't worry about it” and she shouted “Its okay Beverly, shes good! ”while laughing as if she really wanted me to leave.
I was annoyed because they were chit-chatting and giggling, and when I asked for help there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!

I love deals and it’s usually the time I shop Rexall is when Air Miles gives big points for a minimum spending trip; get 100 Air Miles when I spend $50 or more did the trick!

This Rexall is located at the corner of Birchmount Rd and Sheppard Ave E. It is a very busy parking lot with lots of people and vehicles moving about.

This store is brightly lit with small shopping carts (that you can’t leave the store with because of the metal pole hits the top of the entrance/exit). Anyhow, there’s room to move amongst the aisles.

A Canada Post outlet is located at the rear of the store.

Check your purchases & prices on the cash register screen as they are scanned so you pay what you’re supposed to pay. I sometimes find the sale prices or marked down items may not have been entered into their sales system properly OR the Sale shelf label was not for the product you put into your shopping cart.

Again, don't forget to show your Air Miles Reward card.

Staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. Checkout was quick.

I am giving this a one star solely on the horrible snow and water in their parking lot on Feb 15th. I realize they are a tenant but they should be concerned about their customers and staff.
They should be complaining to the landlord to get after their snow service.
You could not even park in the disabled spot today as there was too much snow. With the milder weather some snow had melted and there had to be 6 inches of water in that spot.
This pkg lot is always full due to one particular tenant. It should not be allowed that they monopolize the lot.
I am a long time regular customer and not happy about this and will call Head Office to complain.
Updated March 29 - went to mail a parcel at 1pm and closed for lunch. Cosmetician fills in only to buy stamps. I had to mail it that day so waited sitting on my walker. A long line up started. She tried to help somebody pick up a registered pkg but did not know the system. Why have people cover if they are not trained. Most people take lunch 12-2 pm and do their errands so why close then? While I waited I had to use the 1 washroom. There used to be 2 incl a disabled one. I was told it was broken.
The floor was all muddy and paper all over and the garbage overflowing. I spoke to a staff and was told it would not be cleaned til the next day. If I was going straight home I would not have used it. Went to the pharmacy to ask to talk to a mgr. The same staffer came and said the store mgr was at lunch - how convenient. I told her it was disgusting. She said they try to clean it too but that is not their job. This should be looked after by the store mgr to get their cleaning service in. She said she would tell the mgr. Back to the post office and the staffer never even apologized. I have written to Head Office to complain.

This location is so bad esp the post office. Every time I have to pick up a package, they are either on break (for a long time) or nobody is there at all. There was a time I had to go back 3 times just to pick up a package because nobody was there. Unfortunately I have another package that I have to pick up, and I’m trying to call them (I want to make sure somebody is there before I go), but nobody is picking up the phone calls (front shop and postal office). This is really unacceptable. If I could give a zero rating, I really would.

Modern, clean and spacious with good customer service especially staffs at the post office are very nice and helpful. The only down side is most of the products are generally over priced!

Always a pleasant experience. No wait lines and always items on sale. The pharmacy is great with their inventory, timelines, and service.
