The pharmacy staff are pathetic, my goodness not at all kind, very rude and unprofessional people. I really wonder how these guys got into health services without having minimum courtesy and kindness, unbelievably terrible service. To my unfortunate I choose this pharmacy to be on my medical file because it is closer to my home. My doctor prescribed my medication on Monday and faxed it, I called on Tuesday they told medication is not packed yet. So called them on Wednesday morning, a lady with the rudest way possible told me they’re not ready. “You doctor is no one to tell you when you’re medicine will be ready, it’s us will tell you based upon the busy when can we get them ready”. My doctor told me to pick up them right away on Monday because of severity in necessity of medication. So asked her this is the answer I got and I’m totally fine with it and asked when can I pick them up, she told they will be ready by afternoon. So went around 6pm, still not packed yet and send us back. And I’m really in need of those medications this is the experience I faced. Taking out this pharmacy from my file can give me some peace and comfort I guess which I’m going to do right away.

Pharmacy staff not the best. Went in with a question about a minor condition and theybdidnt bother to show me where the medicine was. Blew it off like no big deal whereas other pharmacies will come in the flo though or and show you options. Too bust talking about customers who reported them for rudeness which was amusing. Cashier was very nice

The post office was not in service because the guy was on break for half hour when I got there, with a sign that said “back at 7: 40”. It was 7: 15 when I got there. I asked the other staff who said I had to wait. Why even have your post office open if it’s literally not functional for employees breaks? Poor service. Not blaming this employee because they deserve a break but maybe the manager or corporate policy could put something in place so people aren’t inconvenienced half hour just to pick up a package. I came in the evening on purpose so the wait would be minimal….

Jason, the pharmacist was really really nice and he made sure I didn't pay for anything nd used my student card. Great service and knowledgable.

I am new in the neighborhood and have switched drugstores! I would say Rexall is good. Friendly staff and always cleaning! Always stocked up with items I need when shopping!

Consistently out of the flu shot this season. Was even told by a pharmacy worker they only have 10-20 flu shots a week, that’s only enough to service roughly 120-240 flu shots over one season. Completely bogus that they even advertise that they give the flu shot at this location.

Gina, Helena, Kim, are so attentive and exceptional in their personable approach as they made a special effort to greet me when I walked by the pharmacy area with a smile and hello. The cosmetician Marlene went above and beyond to help with my purchases. Thank you to all the workers at this pharmacy who made my shopping experience an enjoyable one despite the stresses and demands of their every day work duties.

Very nice location. Lots of parking. Store is generally very clean & well stocked. (Would like to see more organic products carried though). Cashiers have always been friendly. Easily one of the best Rexall locations I’ve visited. I can’t comment on the pharmacy as I have a ma & pa pharmacy that’s very good across the street. I wish this location was open a bit later though.

Kevin at the post office counter demonstrates outstanding cortious customer service. Best I have experienced at any Rexall!

The staff - especially at the pharmacy - are top notch. Trust these folks with all my medical needs.
