If Rexall wonders why this location has such a low rating maybe its because the loaded offers are not honored half the time in stores. Manager at this location has a very what can I do and I do not really care attitude towards solving any kind of transactional problem. No wonder Shoppers Drug Mart is making more money.

Sitting at the coffee shop for about 1/2 hr I must have seen about 50 people try to get in to rexall using the revolving door. Quite confusing for folks given the store is open. Put a sign up on that door and I'll take down this 1-star review. Otherwise great location. UPDATE: Another week went by, no sign, no response to this post, lots of confused people.

Poor customer service. The customer service representatives do not know how to talk customers and will often not pickup calls and might hang up on you.

Staff would rather chat with one another rather than helping a customer.
I asked about return policy and i was sent away with no answer.
2 ladies 1 black one Indian (ethnically). Happened 15 minutes ago

Well, I was there this past Saturday night going to the revolving door entrance. I didn't see their barricade they set up which was canceled by their door decal.

I hurt my wrist while attempting to open go through the entrance. It HURT! I called out in pain and the four kids who where hanging out in that area came over to me to help. I appreciate THEIR my.

BUT.

When I had to detour back inside the mall to the store, when I found someone to help show me where my item was I wanted. I said to her "Thank you. And BTW I hurt my wrist while trying to enter your store at the revolving door. I didn't see any signs or your brocade which is hidden behind your door decal.

If it hurts tomorrow or the next day, I'll be letting you know. "

The response I got with this woman who didn't even turn to look at me when I told her was a weak and passive "Oh sorry about that. ANYway. "

WELL, my wrist has been twinging on and off since Saturday night.

Not impressed with your Staffs lack of interest in what I had said to her.

Tried to order items via Uber and they listed all available inventory online but actually only half of them was actually available and delivered

There’s this racist Karen that works there she always starts problems with women of colour. She loves accusing POC women that they are stealing, I’ve witnessed her giving other POC women a hard time.

Employees are nice. The store has a lot of essential things and it also has a really good selection of gift cards. It is smaller then some other rexall locations. I would come again its a good store

I'm in my 70's and been shopping at Rexall for over 25 years. In those years I've never seen a sign or anyone offer seniors' discounts. When I learned that their major competitor offered discounts to seniors, I wrote to corporate and what their reply was that they do offer seniors discounts every Tuesday. However they provided me with a litany of items that are excluded from discounts which I understand. Such as cosmetics, prescriptions. But everything else that is excluded, Shoppers Drug Mart offers discounts such as Home Care products; canes crutches braces etc.diapers, milk, breads, butter eggs, baby formula and the list goes on. So since the age of 55 I've never been offered seniors' discount. When I voiced my concern, the lady who was quite professional informed me the she would bring my concern to the appropriate involved. Needless to say, I'm moving my prescriptions and business to S/D.

I called their phone line and the first message was they had no free rapid antigen tests. Exactly the information I needed. 5 stars experience.

The personel at the door looks at the customer like a thief. I am calling out to an authorized person from here, do what is necessary. I have lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. I am a respected person.train your staff. I will complain! Ministry of labour….

The shoppers up the street has better service, lower prices and more selection. Don’t waste your time here

Great experience shopping at this location. Store was clean and I was able to find everything I was looking for. The manager (Yeshi) was wonderful and very helpful.

I do not recommend the pharmacy at this location. Unfortunately, I am sick and every week I need to refill my medications. Yesterday (2021/02/23) my doctor sent a prescription for refill and pharmacy spent the whole day saying that they did not received the prescription. Today my doctor's assistant called me saying she received a fax from rexall saying they confirmed the receipt of the prescription. Due to this situation I was 24 hours without an extremely important medication and the pharmacist did not show any compassion. To make matters worse, today every time I called them I was immediately put on hold by an employee whose name starts with the letter "T". The whole experience was extremely horrible because of the importance of this medication to me.

A very good pharmacy for me. Always find what I need, always providing discounts on its items, like bread, canned food or even household.
But what makes me keep coming back is the pharmacist's good will. He's always available for questions, always very helpful and polite

Clean and well stocked Rexall location. My only issue is I come here often after seeing the Takis chips on-sale on the flyer. Every time I do they don’t have it available, so I then ask the staff and apparently they always say it’s sold out. One day I ask again apparently one of the staff told me they don’t sell it at this specific location. It’s not a problem but come on, I think all the staff should have a proper training with this kind of things. Management needs to improve in this Rexall location.

I called to ask a question Got tranfered twice & while waiting for 20mins for the pharmacist the phone disconnects. Seriously? You suck at your job
Shoppers Drug mart has waay better friendlier service.

We visited this rexall to pick up a few things and ran into the store manager who was just amazing.
What wonderful service we received as she helped us find everything we were looking for. We started talking about a few of the homebrand products they carry and we decided to try a few bags of the nosh & co chips and shortbread cookies after she told us about them. They were fantastic yeshi has great customer service and we will definelty be going back from now on!

Bought a couple of things like paper towel 2 chocolates and milk and somehow the cashier Reylita, couldn’t see the bright purple chocolate that she charged me for to pack it into the bag. Called the manager the next day and she was rude and obnoxious. I told her the cashier didn’t pack my 2 chocolates in the bag that I’ve paid for and she says “yes there’s a note here stating there was 2 chocolates left behind”. I said no, the cashier just didn’t pack it for whatever cryptic reason. She goes thats okay, just come pick it up. I said so what if I lived in Mississauga And then I’ll be wasting my time and gas money. She goes ma’am I’ve already apologized to you 3 times. I said okay so what is that going to do? I’ll never come back here in my life, very useless.

Frequent visitor of this location as I have my prescriptions at the pharmacy here.
The store is very clean and the the staff are extremely friendly. Never have I had any issues with my prescriptions and when ever there is a line up at the cashier, there is always someone with positive attitude waiting to accept the next person in line! Highly recommend this rexal Vs the competitor!

Great hours/ selection, open until midnight on a Friday night. Close to Eglinton Subway, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Complete and utter highway robbery. They make Shoppers Drug Mart look like saints. Take the time to find somewhere else and save yourself the money.

Customer service is really lacking here. Convenient since it's right near Metro, can easily stop at both locations at once, but best of luck to you if you need any help.

It has its ups and downs with me. It actually has to do with the clerks and my bill. The clerks are okay over all. It's my bill that needs to be fixed and how it comes out of the till. Seniors Discounts verses Store Discounts
I'm not sure how it's set up but hopefully this will change. At least I havent been treated badly by a clerk.

Not very customer friendly policies - hard to do returns/exchanges and redeem offers. Staff at counters are patient, but the manager (Annie) didn't even have the patience to listen!

In consumer business, listening can solve half the problems. In their case, I guess they are doing too well in sales, so losing customers doesn't matter.

Switching to Amazon/Walmart for non-prescription items has been so much better experience for me! For everything else, there is Shoppers I guess.

Great service at pharmacy, way better than Shoppers. I had a prescription that is generally out of stock everywhere due to a shortage and they sourced an available order from another location and had it sent in without even asking. Thank you!

Brought a PenDrive Maxell of 16GB which has actually 14.44 gb of capacity, once I came back to the store asking for refund (the manager) refuse to give me a refund saying that Rexall is not responsible for this kind of request and that I should ask it for the Maxell (this is ridiculous!) $24.85 robbed from my pocket by Rexall & Maxell!

Absolute worst customer service. They had me running around for 6 weeks for a price match for my formula. They lost my raincheck and only gave it back due to me calling head office. I am quite surprised how head office dealt with my complaint. They did absolutely nothing other than to ensure I got my rain check back which the manager corrie took and never gave back the day prior. I went to keele and Wilson rexall and they honoured the price match and actually ordered other formula for me which honoured the price match. This location is the closest to my home yet unfortunately don’t feel comfortable going here It’s never busy and the pharmacy staff are the worst! I asked how much a filling fee was and she shouted over the counter 12.99 more expensive than shoppers! I was like whoa I tried filling vyvanse and the pharmacist didn’t even know what that medication is. Save your time and don’t shop at this rexall nothing but problems

Still the same.especially the cosmetic people who act as if they do not have to make an effort to earn or keep a customer. Their cosmetic people are cold, unhelpful and talk down to customers, even to older customers. They cannot act snooty rude and expect customers to come back. Try thinking before speaking. Their cosmetic section is cramped and signage is lacking or confusing.

They clearly do not need customers.

I'm not sure why the bad reviews and outrageous feedback. My Frank opinion, I never faced any issue when I visited this store on several occasions. Infact I clearly remember an incident at this store where my 4yr old was acting up at the billing counter, but the attendant was really patient. Given the size of other Rexall outlets that I have been to, this one is similar if not a bit bigger. The items are easy to find on the shelves and there is always someone around to ask if you are searching for an item. The nice part of the store is that it is right at the subway station and has multiple entrances.
