Went to this rexal sept 12th 2023 i had lots of my stuff (mine) my daughter wanted hair clips i put with my stuff i noticed on bill they didnt give me the discount for the hair clips i asked why? They said was for ur daughter u cant get it (SENIORS) THIS SHOULD NOT MATTER WHO THEY ARE FOR) I PAID THIS IS NOT RIGHT) THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER

Really, really great service from Carol in the Pharmacy! Not only did she volunteer to contact another pharmacy that performs specific compounding that Rexall did not offer, she followed up to make sure.

Will never go to THIS store again i bought lipstick and my daughter wanted lipstick so i told cashier my daughter is buying lipstick i showed her my card for discount she said i couldn't get her a seniors) so i took my daughter's money and paid for it) cashier said cant (i see no signs where i cant do that) if i hand her the money i can get the discount i said) never go back i go all the time) too

Takes 1.5 hours to pick up your meds, on a slow Saturday and only 2 people were before me, service is way below average. Won't have prescriptions sent here again.

The doctor was very unprofessional, didnt help and yelled at me. I do not recommend when i told the receptionist she responded as is its nothing new to her and others have clearly said the same.

I had a panic attack on the phone and was told that I was "clearly unwell" and should "go to the ER" (by one of the pharmacists) before being hung up on.absolutely zero compassion.

I experienced very poor service and rude staff at the pharmacy. I never interacted with the actual pharmacist.

Disgusting attitude, glare and snarky “do you need help” while standing right in front of the register. This was from the blonde female manager. Horrible experience on Tuesday October 5th at 9: 44pm.

Lady at the pharmacy counter needs training on customer service skills/how to attend to customers

Energizer batteries are double the price.
I paid $25 for 6 AAA batteries where other stores sell it for $11. Took $14 extra from me but lost a customer. Sticking to Amazon, but I was in a hurry and needed the batteries.

This location has a walk-in clinic and pharmacy. Convenient when we can’t get into our family doctor. Also has a small frozen food section with m&m products and basic staple foods like bread, eggs and milk

Location is in plaza with Tom hortons, m&m, metro and other small restaurants

The place itself is clean and tidy. Went here for my prescription but was surprised that I had to pay something. I have insurance but they insisted that there payment was required. I won't be going here again for my prescription anymore. I am sticking with Costco from now on.

Best part of this store, It is clean, But is pricey, and I called and checked for a product but when I went there it was not available, I drove a long way from Bristol and Kennedy, definitely not going there again. No matter what, Bad service why would you say you have it on the phone to find out not available.

This is the closest drug store to me, so I come here all the time. The selection is really good, especially now that they have added more food products. I like the ambience, and it's very clean.
Sometimes I have to wait at the registers for a staff to come back; they are frequently in the shelves stocking.
The new plexiglass barriers at the registers are okay, but the customer has to hold up each of their items to be scanned through the barrier. It seems a little inefficient.
