Rexall

I've been to many different Rexhall's and Shoppers Drug's in the city for decades, and I'm telling you- the woman at the make-up counter is the best you'll find in the GTA.

Post office workers extremely rude and not helpful. Very dismissive.if you can go to another location please do. You will get better service and not be disrespected.

At least they help to order medicine if it’s not available rather saying please go to other shoppers drugmart

I believe the women is a tall east asian, who works there is kind of rude ngl. My mom and I felt a little uncomfortable trying to shop at Rexall in makeup aisle. I get its just her job but no need to make side jokes at the cashier place because she thinks I opened the lipstick bottle which I absolutely did not btw. I heard you the first time when you told me that and I didn't know at that time. I came out of there fast as I could because it was embarrassing. It doesn't kill you to be nice to people and speak in a good tone. I don't write bad reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had at Rexall.

Today I picked up my package from the post office here. It's not so busy on a Sunday, only 2 people ahead of me. The wait was short because the lady organized the lineup and provided an efficient service.

When it was my turn, she greeted me with a friendly smile, took my tracking ticket and brought me the pack.

I have been using this pharmacy for just over six months and the one thing that has impressed me over this time is the pharmacy staff, rather than considering it a privilege to attend to a customer, seem to treat it as a burden. I will take my business elsewhere.

Cashier in the front, he is not ready to help. He doesn’t care about the sale.
