I don't understand the negative reviews for this pharmacy, though I've never used the post office. Great service at the pharmacy. It's small so their inventory isn't always what you'd hope for and you might have to wait a day or two for more obscure meds. But the people are great. Ample parking though the lot can be awkward when it's busy.

When I asked if I could return the Vicks brand steam machine, which I bought for my son's cough, if it does not have the performance I want, they said of course.but when I wanted to return it, they said they wouldn't take it because the box was opened and they made me suffer.

I don't normally write a negative review unless it is really bad.
For a while, I hesitated writing a negative review on this Rexwell location.
My primary complaints the following two.
1. When customers are making a long line to pay at the counter, employees of this store need to cooperate each other. They can pause what they are doing (restocking etc) then should try to reduce line up.
I frequestly see empty counters while multiple employees were doing other tasks until one of customer complains.
2. Even though Rexwell is a pharmacy, it also has a general store as well.
Basically, Rexwell employees should provide some level of professionalism and also being kind to their customers.
Today, I did not experience that and actually faced a rude attitude.

This pharmacy already has a low score on reviews at the time of my new comments. I truly believe large chains have a greater responsibility to good customer service. With a much wider and professional reputation in the market, when they screw up, corporate needs to know about it.
It's the case with this location. Service has been terrible for the past year. They just don't care. In the last two times, my prescription have not been ready at the expected time. In fact today while I waited 50 minutes for my prescription, all other customer arrived after me, their prescriptions were not ready so I officially give them a TERRIBLE SERVICE STICKER
