It was always fine, but i went yesterday and immediately got hounded at the door to join their program - had to stop the poor lady from giving her spheel because i don't care, let me shop in peace.right after, i got blatantly followed around and stared at as i shopped for shampoo and feminine hygeine products.this location has gone downhill, extremely disappointed.

Post office has the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered. Always makes me pay extra to ship items! I’ve walked out a couple times and went somewhere else and got cheaper prices. Don’t know what this guys problem is but he’s a real pain!

I recently loaded an in-store offer on my cellphone, where if you spend over $60, you would receive 37,000 BeWell bonus points (a $15 value). When I got home, I checked my receipt and noticed that these points had not been added to my account, so I returned the next day to inquire about it. The clerk called over the store manager to sort it out, and upon investigation, it turned out that I had two BeWell accounts. The offer I'd loaded for the bonus points was under one account number, but at checkout, my other account number was applied to the purchase instead, so I didn't end up receiving the extra points. This was a mere technical error, but nonetheless, the store manager refused to give me the bonus points! It was a real letdown - not only because am I a long-time regular customer, but because I spent a lot of money that day in the store ($140!). Yet I was still refused the extra points. This is really bad public relations on Rexall's part - it's obvious they don't believe in a gesture of goodwill towards it customers, whatever the reason. It's their bottom line that matters most. To be blunt, Rexall is a stingy store and puts itself first, not its customers. After this disappointing experience, I'll be switching over to Shoppers Drug Mart, even though Rexall is closer to my home. Besides, Shoppers' points program is much better than Rexall's anyway. Hello, Shoppers!

If i could give this place zero stars, I would. I called this location today (October 11 at 2: 30pm). The reason I called was for the pharmacy to contact my doctor asking for a prescription.the prescription was a pimple cream, and all she had to do was ask for the doctors fax number and the request would have been completed. I know this because Shoppers Drug Mart does it all the time! However, the lady working in pharmacy today at 2: 30pm spoke to me terribly and had an awful attitude and told me this request could not be completed. Please, Rexall, do not allow your workers to speak to customers in this awful manner. Please train your employees to complete simple requests that other Drug store's do.

When ever I’m trying to get a prescription, it’s either the wrong dose, wrong brand, or they say my prescription isn’t there, but then suddenly I’ll get a notification that my meds are ready, but then it turns out they took it upon themselves to fill an old Rx from an old doctor, and then speak badly of me behind the counter because “I should know how things work”. Still don’t know what that means when the pharmacist is the one that messed up and is now speaking poorly of me in the pharmacy. For $12 each medication I shouldn’t be getting abused by “professionals” that constantly make more mistakes than a child learning to spell.

I will never return to a Rexall, and I will tell everyone I can to stay away!

Call them for anything, you'll be put on hold and they have answer to all your questions abd the answer is: No, we don't have in stock.
They're in business of not doing any business. Use their BP machine and ask the pharmacy for a record keeping card, the answer is no we don't have it. Any question, as many questions, they havecthe ready answer: No. Waste of time, always.

Stopped in today looking for some things my surgeon wanted me to get. Pharmacist was knowledgeable and helpful, and they had everything I needed.

It's very big store with good selection but. I'd say it's a bit understaffed and prices are very high compare to their main competitors at the area. Shoppers is couple of bucks cheaper on most health products, nofrills pharmacy even better but don't have good variety, so 4 stars to Rexall. At least you guys provide nice selection.

Went here recently to have a package shipped to the UK. Clerk was very helpful and ensured the shipping method was correct unlike the last time which was a Canada Post outlet at a SDM nearby. My package ended up on a boat for over a month!

No one around to help and it looks like the ceiling in the makeup area is ready to come down soon!

I have been a customer of theirs for 4 years + and used to appreciate their customer service as well as their promptness and the way they accurately handled my prescription but for the past 3-4 months it has been a total disaster. Not only they double charge their dispensing fees by dispensing meds in small portions at a time so they can double dip their $12.99 dispensing fees but they charge your insurance companies for medication you don't end up using and unless you check your insurance portfolio constantly to ensure they don't over charge your insurance benefits. The new personnel is under-trained and doesn't possess the required knowledge to ensure proper customer service. There are only 2 employees at that pharmacy that do their job properly and excel in customer service. It's David the pharmacist and Sabrina the pharmacist assistant. Don't go there unless you're getting serviced by either David or Sabrina.
