The guy in the pharmacy was not responding to the customer for a while

One of the employees there are extremely rude. Everytime I've gone there, I'd often find her "stalking" me as if I were to steal something. Today, she kicked me out of the store saying that I stole products from there even though she has no proof whatsoever - I always pay for my items.

I have a feeling that she may be racially motivated considering I'm an asian male, and my friends of other races has been kicked out or stalked as well.

The pharmacist from this store grabbed something out of my friends hand that my friend purchased at another store, then kicked us out for stealing with no evidence because she either confused us with other poc or made it up. She has also followed us and stared at us every single time we've gone in there and it's common knowledge at the school that this women will follow around any asian or hispanic person that goes in. Not safe for people of colour and just rude to people overall. The other cashiers are often very sweet and kind but this women has been hostile and aggressive since day one.

Absolutely the best. Casting, understanding and helpful. The best pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Nothing wrong the store, but the staff over there is extremely rude for no reason, I wanted to return a gluco meter and buy another one. Because of this persons bad and mean behaviour I just had to leave the place.

It may be a chain, but the pharmacists are super nice. Glad they’re here

Everytime I order off Uber to have something delivered from a Rexall location they never have anything in stock. Especially things like ear drops, etc. Please update your uber menu as its ridiculous to even be on there when you literally rarely have anything stocked. Either that or limit it to only grocery stuff. Uber customers have to spend a certain amount to qualify for delivery and when the items are always out of stock it screws us over and makes it not worth it.
