Rexall

Absolutely love this rexall and highly recommend it. The workers are extremely friendly and easy going. The pharmacist is also fantastic. I received my vaccination here and it was smooth sailing.

The pharmacy in Rexall @ 585 weber st. N Waterloo is absolutely amazing! All the pharmacists that work there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their customers. They are very efficient and I've never had to wait very long for anything. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Doesnt follow the Scanner Price Accuracy Code of Canada. Pretty cheap move for such a large company. However, it is there choice to implement it. Dont see myself shopping here again.

I have never had a problem with this Rexall the entire time I have lived in the neighbourhood. Yesterday, a customer left their basket on the ground by the counter and the cashier was extremely rude and made me pick up this other customers basket without gloves or any hand sanitizer afterwards. I was very disappointed to find that even in this extremely serious situation, their employees are not trained to respect the severity of said situation. Their actions have the capability of making someone sick. I will not be going back because if that is how they act when customers are there, who knows how the clean, stock, etc.when we're not. I worry for the health of their customers.

Went to get an item that was on sale through to today. Apparently their sale flips at 6pm, and they wouldn't honour the $9 difference. They are also getting rid of Air Miles, which is the nail in the coffin for me.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 11 years. Shane is the best pharmacist in town, easy to talk to and explains things well. All staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Store is clean and has a nice layout. Nice cooler/freezer section with a good variety!

Fantastic staff in the pharmacy. Knowledgeable, helpful, listen, explain, listen some more and solve problems a with warm professional kindness.

The staff is professional, personable, pleasant. Pharmacists have voluntarily gone out for their way to contact my insurance company on more then one occasion to confirm my insurance coverage when there seemed to be a discrepancy. My questions about the new medications were answered with clarity. Pharmacists have also willingly done cost comparisons to provide the most economical purchase. As time permitted, they took a few minutes for small talk. This type of service helped me to feel like a valued customer and has kept me coming back. I have no reservations in recommending this Rexall location in our community (Weber and Northfield Drive).

The Pharmacist @ Rexall (585 Weber Street) is always very good to our family. She mentioned the blister pack as a tool and then set it up within a day. I was very surprised and appreciative of this extra above and beyond service! Thank you.

I started coming here because I get deals through my student insurance, but I kept coming because the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Shane the pharmacist.
