Washrooms are closed, also when wanted to pay for my purchase, no one was there so I had to wait for the staff. They are rude.

Pharmacy staff member does not care about customer especially when they are dealing with patient.
They are in hurry to go home and send the customer back without medicine by saying that they don’t have enough time

Was told by one staff the washroom needed to be opened by a manager, was told by another that the washroom was out of service and the staff washroom right in front of it was not available to customers despite an emergency. Terrible customer service.

I called in for prescription and I accidentally pressed for the front staff. The person who picked up the call transferred the call but after 20 min she answered the call again and i asked the same question. She said she transferred my call to pharmacy but I said no one answered it and now you are answering the call. She said, I don’t know and hung up the call. Such a bad customer service and the person was so rude. Please teach your staff some interpersonal skills. Horrible service by the front staff.

I went to the Brampton store to use the washroom before buying an electric toothbrush. I went to the washroom to the very back but it was locked so I asked the pharmacy desk if I could use it. They advised me to go to the front desk to ask for the key. But the front desk told me the washroom is closed after 8 pm. I understood that stores have certain rules and as a customer, I know that I have to follow them. Moving on, I went to get the electric toothbrush that I wanted to buy. I took it and went up to the front desk again. She asked me if there was a tag but I told her this is how I found the item. She cashed me out and gave me the receipt. However, when I was leaving the store. The alarm came through. I gave her a look but then she shrugged her shoulders to me and then told me that I could just go. This store clearly does not care if the system alarmed or even tries to suggest taking the sticker out of the item.

Horrible service.
I had my prescription faxed in two weeks ago. I go in yesterday to pick it up and the lady tells me there is no prescription for me so now i have to wait until today to call my doctor and confirm a prescription was sent in which she confirms.i call in frustrated at this point asking to recheck & to there surprise there is a prescription sent over for me, the lady tells me they don't have what i am looking for even thought it was faxed in over two weeks ago and that she could have it to me by tomorrow, with no apologizes, no remorse considering if they did there job right yesterday the prescription would be in by now. I ask her to check if any other Rexall pharmacy can get it for me & she says i would have to check myself and hung up on me (the second time around). Rexall hire competent people you are a big pharmaceutical company this is a horrible look.

The scottish guy working at the post office has no respect, extremely rude. Horrendous customer service displayed by someone you think would be wiser.

What store closes doors for customers 5 minutes before closing. I had to buy the thermometer and the lady at the door said the they are closed.

Walked into Rexall store today went to the Canada Post section to return an Amazon item. My package was small but I didn't tape the return order didn't have any at the moment, I walked up to John and asked How Are You? I get replied with what do you want. I asked to return my package he said he can't take it because I need to buy tape and do it myself then started complaining about the store closes very soon even though their was 20 minutes of his shift remaining I said okay walked away purchased tape from this location taped it and waited in line by the post office again.

I noticed another customer in front of me did not tape her package either, when she got up to Cash with John, he offered her tape and scissors. Why did I have to purchase a tape and she didn't, I could tell by in the line he was angry and rude, seems like he hates his job

Libraries are closed due to COVID and few people have access to printers, do not go to this location with prepaid labels if you are unable to print them, I have been turned away several times

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BOUGHT TWO GIFT CARDS ON SATURDAY AUGUST 15. WENT ONLINE TO ENSURE THAT THE CARDS ARE LOADED PROPERLY. THE BALANCE WAS ZERO DOLLARS. WENT INTO THE STORE TO GET THIS SORTED OUT AND THE EMPLOYEES SAID THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES ARE THESE THEN THEY SAID TO CALL THE MANAGER OF THE STORE ‘KIMINI’ SHE SAID SHE IS SEEING MONEY ON THE CARD ON HER SIDE AND WE SHOULD CALL CHILDREN'S PLAY. I DID SO AND CHILDREN’S PLAY SAID THERE IS ZERO BALANCE. THEN THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THERE TECH TEAM THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MANAGEMENT

Very unprofessional. I bought my wax strips. When I opened the box at home, it was empty. I rushed back and told about the empty box. The lady on the cash register said nothing except sorry. Very rude.

Very bad customer service, cashier was flirting with the customer, keeping other customers waiting in line.
He has very Irresponsible behavior, he was speaking to that customer for hours in some freaking language.
Hope management will train their staff after reading all the feedback given here.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude staff plus the cashier. They do not know how to deal with customers. They force you to write a review because the staff there would not listen to you.

Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE.
My package arrived and there was only a Rexall worker at the counter, Linda, who was not giving my package at all. I was picking it up for a family member, and we have the same address, but she still wouldn't give me the package. She threatened to return it to the sender. After 30 mins, I didn't get anywhere with this so I went home and decided I would come back when someone else was working because she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I checked the tracking number when I got home, and she had the audacity to process the package as 'delivered'. WHAT? Is she trying to steal my package? I called Canada Post customer service and drove back to the Rexall that moment. I had customer service on speaker the whole time. I confronted her about processing the package as delivered, which she denied, and the customer service rep backed me up by stating she did indeed process it as delivered. She then finally brings out the package, and then starts to claim to the customer service rep 'You know there's pot in this package'? There wasn't. I ordered a Funko Pop from HBO. It literally said 'Toy Figurine' on the box. I don't know what she tried to achieve by saying that. The customer service rep told her it doesn't matter what is in the box, and that she must give the package. He also stated that she shouldn't even be handling the packages since she's a Rexall worker, and not Canada Post. She finally gave it to me, after 2 HOURS. This could have been resolved in 1 minute if she just gave my package to being with. The Rexall store manager was no help either. When I went to him with this, he just said 'I'm sorry it's just my fourth day, I don't know anything about the packages. ' Good job training your managers. Very unacceptable. I would give negative reviews if I could.

Bad customer service. Cashier did not know what she was doing. Made me wait 15 minutes because her system said I was entitled to a $10 gift card for my purchase and she did not know how to process it. Finally she processed the card but then realized "it was the wrong card". She called her manager who left to find "the right card" but couldn't find it. Told me to come back later. I told her she could keep the $10!
Don't know who was worse in customer service - the cashier or the manager. Never going back again!

Horrible customer service at the canada post desk. Don’t even know what customer service means. Really disappointed.
