This Rexall store opens until 12 am. The store size is pretty big. It has Penguin Pick Up located inside.

I visited this pharmacy for the first time on April 11 and I bought milk. For my surprise, I discovered that instead of 4 liters I got 3 liters. Yes, one liter is missing! That’s unbelievable.

The young Asian lady pharmacist at this Rexall is rude as hell.
Saw her being really rude to this older feeble looking lady who had come to pick up her medication.
The customer was struggling speaking in English, she looked Arab, but one could see she was trying her best to communicate and this pharmacist was just being down right rude almost racist in her tone. Horrible

The pharmacist is INCREDIBLY rude, insensitive and dismissive. They also promise that your prescription will be available at a certain time and when it isn't you're made to feel like you're the problem. If they got a new pharmacist I would return. I'm surprised they haven't already seeing as most of these negative reviews are about the pharmacy.

Their pharmacy team is AMAZING here. Very knowledgeable, great for dealing with insurance. Cannot recommend enough!

Quick service. At Front and Church, this is a high volume location mixed with locals and tourists.

Large selection of items including a food, cosmetics, and pharmacy sections.

Try to go during off-peak for less people and during the week.

As for pricing, Rexall appears to be more expensive for various items in comparison to other pharmacies and supermarkets.

This review is in regards only to the pharmacy. The lady working today at noon was awfully rude, unprofessional and grossly insensitive.
Please train your employees on the importance of human compassion and if that's not a priority in your business, then at the least they should be taught customer service. It's not hard to be a kind person, or even just respectful.

The pharmacist should not be stating my illness out loud in front of others. It was beyond embarrassing and dehumanizing. I already had enough anxiety going in to pick up my medication and the pharmacist truly made it a terrible experience.

Had to cancel my Uber eats order because they removed the majority of the items from my order and had to pay a cancellation fee because of their mistake. Don’t order from here

Terribly unsafe, for customers and employees. The security guy is giving products on the side to creepy people.

I recently went to Rexall on Sunday, March 1st at noon to get my groceries from Penguin Pick Up. When I had got there the Penguin Pick Up employee had just gone on a quick break so I decided to buy a few things while I waited. I saw that protein powder that I use was on sale so I took it to the cash and bought it and went back to the penguin Pick Up counter to get my groceries. On my way out of the store the manager accused me of stealing the protein powder. This really shook me and even after I showed him my receipt for it from a few minutes prior he still was doubtful and did not apologize at all for accusing me of stealing. Horrible experience to be falsely accused of stealing, and even worse that he didn't apologize.

Good Prices. Great convenience store. Nice to grab an energy drink. Why would you honestly go here when shoppers and 7-11 exists.the staff is awful and the prices are subpar.

Horrendous customer service at the pharmacy here. High dispense fees and they are often out of medication. Def a place to avoid if going for the pharmacy

TERRIBLE! I went to fill a prescription yesterday. The service was slow and rude, which I can deal with. However the pharmacy manager felt the need to repeatedly shout the name of the medication I was there to pick up. This seems to be a violation of PHIPA and if they had a pharmacist anywhere nearby I would have reported them. I decided to take my prescription filling elsewhere.

This place still sells expired sunscreen. Unfortunately I only realised this after I had left the country and got sunburnt on my first day in the sun

Bought a pack of band-aid (only item purchased) on Feb 25th. A few min later when I already got into subway I found on the receipt that I was double-charged. I was in a hurry but since I wasn't far away, I rushed back to store for correction. 2 cashiers including the lady who made mistake were at cash. I waited patiently until she started casually chatting with the customer who already finished checking out, completely ignoring me, who was next in line. Finally I got to the other cashier, to whom I explained the double charge, and he immediately issued correction. When the lady realized the mistake she made, she only said to a 3rd staff member who just came over: "I double charged the guy, I'm bad. " No sign of a slight bit of remorse, no apology. I do not agree with having people who demonstrated poor work ethic.or simply ethic like this working anywhere

Only a 1 star, first time at Raxall to pick up meds, will never come. Very poor service! Felt like I owe the lady $200 bucks the moment u spoke to her. Very rude and not welcoming at all. Should really learn how to talk to people with respect. Manner reflects the intelligence.

Yesterday I was posted as a security guard there. Really appreciable place and people who are working at counter are amazing and extremly polite and have lot of patience. I was nervous before go there. They made me enough comfortable during working.memberable place and want to go there again.

This location is open 24 hours. Nice big store. Clean and well stocked. Has some grocery items as well.
