Rexall Wellcare Heart Lake Pharmacy

On the same meds every month, yet they never order it on time even when they know the meds are needed every 30 days. It's crazy how bad the service is when you point out their mistakes.
The staff changes by the month and none of them know what they are doing. Go anywhere else.

Waste of time going to this place. After waiting for couple of minutes I had to go bigger store to find cough prescription!

This used to be the best pharmacy around until Rexall took over. When Angelo and Nimish were there is was like a little community that was so well cared for. The customer service exceeded all expectations and you always felt like you were well cared for. All of your questions and concerns were always addressed. Now customer service is terrible. You are just another transaction. When you call you are now answered by an automated system rather than a person. So sad that this is now just another "regular" pharmacy.

The service here lately has been terrible. Waiting times, overcharging, unknowledgeable staff etc. I have been coming here for over twenty years and now will be looking to send my business elsewhere. Thoroughly disappointed.

The pharmacist, Antonio, was very knowledgeable, professional. He went the extra mile and explained the how's and why's of what I needed. Client care at its finest.
