Dr Demetrichuk is our family doctor, she is really good and knowledgeable. I have chosen one star because of extremely rude behaviour of receptionist. The one who picked up she does not know how to behave with patients.

Front staff are rude and take forever to answer the phone and they leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up… the doctors are professional and thorough and I have no complaints on that end

The front desk staff are extremely rude and need an attitude check. They seriously need some training on how to appropriate speak to clients. Especially considering that this is a doctors office, clients are often needing empathy and support — Not attitude. The doctors, however, are good.

This clinic has very good doctors and nurses. However the front staff are rude and extremely unorganized. My appointment was canceled and I wasn’t notified by anyone in the office and somehow they made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t know. The only reason I continue going is because they now have an online booking system so I rarely have to speak to the front staff but when I do there is always some issue.

The worst clinic I have had an issue prolonging for a whole month before I could see my family doctor, I had to schedule appointment after appointment and because I missed my phone call appointment by 10 minutes they said I had to make another one. Do not come here go somewhere else.

Doctors are great but the clerical staff is a disaster. They don't have customer service manners ; I was put on hold today for more than half an hour for a question and had to explain the reason of my call to four different people, the last one even told me I don't have the patience! And in between someone who wanted to transfer the call to the person who initially answered, hang up on me. And I usually and luckily do not need to go to my doctor's office. I am an Exec Assistant myself and I can't picture myself performing such a bad job or having others accept that type of performance

Patient status got moved to inactive with out any form of contacting my self - I no longer have a family doctor and I was complete unaware until I was in need of a doctor.

I'll take some responsibility as I never saw Dr. Shore for aprox 10 years, but removing my patient status with out informing the patient seems very wrong and now that I need a doctor I do not have one.

Dr. Mak and his team are wonderful! Always smiling, friendly and attentive. Dr. Mak is very mindful, great listener and overall a great GP. The best decision I made by switching GPs years ago.

Rexdale Medical Centre is a well managed location, and the staff and doctors there are excellent. Dr. Caplan is a truly fantastic doctor, and he sometimes have residents with him who are friendly as well. Dr. Mak and Dr. Cheung are great as well, as I have had to speak to them at times. The receptionists are very helpful, and I especially like Amber. She is very friendly, and has helped me on so many occasions. The nurses are all very friendly, and they do a fine job making the patients feel comfortable. The lab they have there is small, but the nurse drawing the blood is friendly, and gentle when picking me with a needle. If they are accepting new patients, please apply here, and you won’t be disappointed. I’m glad to be a patient here.

I've been going here for over 10 years. Wouldn't change for the world, Dr Ashley is a fair and compassionate person, and his staff are a great addition.

While the doctors in this clinic may be good - and I'm not sure because I went with a foot problem incurred in the gym, and instead of x-rays, she immediately recommended an (expensive) shoe insert, but the office staff are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. While I was there, I witnessed a man in his 80s being denied a seat while he was examined. What? I will be looking elsewhere in order to be treated like more than just a piece of meat.

This one star is only given because of the secretary. I was trying to become a new patient because the doctors there were recommended by many, but i couldn't get the chance to meet any of them because the secretary was very rude and unwelcoming. I had to physically hang up the phone on her and find a new doctor elsewhere.

I have been with Dr. Caplan for 20 yrs and he is honestly one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. He takes his time with you, doesnt rush you to get you out of the office like some doctors do and he genuinely cares for his patients. The staff is pretty friendly as well and are very quick when it comes to doing bloodwork. (They have a lab on site as well which is great). And right next door there is a shoppers drug mart for any med pick ups.
