Highly recommended Salon! Angela is an absolute genius and a gifted stylist who understands colour and cut. Not only is she a wonderful soul but she is incredibly accomplished and a master of her craft. After a very disappointing experience with my regular stylist, I came to Angela to get help in fixing the colour in my hair. She was so kind and made the entire experience comfortable and fun. Needless to say my hair turned out better than I had imagined! I will only be coming to this salon from now on!

Had an amazing experience here! Was gonna settle into going to the mediocre salons around me to get my hair coloured. Glad I took a chance in somewhere new. I never really had a great experience with other salons as my hair is pretty tough to get colour through (or as I thought). Went to Ricci & Capricci and they environment and family vibes were great. Felt very welcomed and loved the music.

Now for the service, I specifically waited a couple of weeks to see how my hair handled the products. Its still going strong and the colour is amazing. Exactly wanted I wanted from the help of my hair stylist. They were also super helpful with calling to check in about the appointment and saying the directions to the salon. Loved the experience and would totally recommend especially if you have curly hair.

Angela, thank you so much the amazing hair style you created for me for my daughter’s engagement party and my cousin’s 80th birthday party. I received so many compliments both times and couldn’t have been more happier. I recommend Ricci and Capricci for all your hair needs. When you walk in you are welcomed by Elena (Angela’s mom) and Mariella (Angela’s sister) who make you feel like part of the family. I really can’t say enough about this place and the people who work there. I have been going here for a couple of years now and they are always great! The environment is friendly and relaxing, the hair stylists and knowledgeable and helpful and the manicurist is amazing and patient with me. They all take their time and make sure you are comfortable and know what you want before they do anything, but also offer suggestions. I have had various colours done, hair trims and cuts and styles, make-up applied and nails done and I have never been disappointed.

I have always loved this salon even before they moved. Such a beautiful family that makes me feel welcome every time. Never trusted anyone else with my hair. Every event I have been to them and loved it. Thank you for everything.

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience yesterday with my hair stylist, Maria, who did my balayage hair. The setting was quite pleasant, orderly, unwinding, and serene. There are pleasant people everywhere, which I like. Maria was really amiable and compassionate. She worked with me to completely transform my hair, especially with the balayage. I love how my hair looks! 5 star! This salon comes highly recommended.

Amazing service! I come to do a blow dry every few weeks and both Angela and Mariella always do an impeccable job. My hair is very long and thick but they make it seem so easy. I do beach waves and they even last me 2 weeks later. Highly recommend!

This was the most amazing salon. I'm a mom to two young girls. Not a unique situation, but I never have time for myself and have a tendency to let myself go, lol.

Coming here, my care here made me feel like more than just a mom, but a cared for, appreciated person. Someone who is pretty and can be beautiful.

I was pampered and they stayed late to make sure I got the optimal care.

Not only that but I came in with the ambiguous request for funky purple streaks. I literally just walked in with that request. They assessed me then and there, made me feel heard and we set an appointment for the following week.

The stylist took the time over the next week to come up with an amazing, fun look. They thought about me and were ready for me when my appointment came. I felt heard, and listened too!

I highly highly recommend! Especially if you want to try something fun, or some funky colours like me.

Ive been coming to this salon for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed. The ladies here are super sweet and personable. Angela always squeezes me in and does an amazing job on my hair everytime. She is very professional and gets me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place

Mary did my hair sooo amazing! I was doing a different colour on my hair for the first time and she made it look soo good! If you’re thinking about trying something new, you have nothing to worry about if you go to her. She is so kind, fun to talk to and overall an amazing person. The entire staff was really kind and caring. Definitely recommend getting your done from her.

It was Canada day and every hairsolon was closed and I need to attend the wedding and this was the obly place open however they were were accommodating and helpful. They have done a great job.

I genuinely advise anyone who looks at reviews to not come to this salon for color treatments, I dyed my hair and my inspo was bright blonde/white blonde and I literally GOT ORANGE BLONDE. I calmly got up and paid and I will NEVER COME BACK and I advise you to also not go if your going for a coloring. I don’t know about her other services but do not trust your hair or your bank account with both sisters to do. I said what I said.

I went to Ricci and Capricci to get my hair done for convocation after seeing the reviews online and it was honestly the best decision ever!

I called in 2 days before my event and was able to book a consultation with Angela. Within 10 mins of the consultation, Angela knew exactly what I wanted and I booked my appointment for the evening before my event. The day of my appointment, I had an emergency and I couldn’t make it on time to my 5: 30 appointment with Angela. I was not even sure I could get my hair done at that point, but when I called Angela, she did not even hesitate and was willing to wait for me. By the time I sorted things out and made it to the salon it was 7: 30 pm - a 2 hour delay from my initial appointment time, and an hour past closing. Even so, Angela and her team were so sweet and understanding about my situation. With everything that happened that day, I wasn’t even sure I could get my hair done before grad but Angela saw to it that I got my hair styled - that too, exactly how I had imagined it the day of our consultation. I totally forgot about everything that had happened prior to the appointment when I walked out of their salon - the team was that warm and welcoming. My hair looked amazing and I felt great during convocation thanks to Angela and her team.

I’ll definitely be going back to Ricci and Capricci for all of my/my family’s hair needs! The team is supremely talented, skilled, extremely professional and so warm and welcoming. I’m so glad I found them!

Where to begin? ! The service was exceptionally! I could have not been happier with my experience! I went in on my birthday just to get a cut and blow out and ended up leaving with a whole new hair do! Thanks to Mary, my hair went through a whole 360 transformation and couldn’t have been happier! They even got me a birthday donut & drink as a birthday treat, felt so appreciated!
