I loved it. Was only there the one time. Had a chicken parm sandwich and a slice of pepperoni. Both of them were exactly what you would want them to be.

Their sandwiches were like an out of body experience. If you're in the area you are obligated to eat here. Thank me later! Hot veal sandwich is the way to go BTW

Unbelievably delicious! Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Food is delicious, prices are perfect, and staff are extremely polite and funny.

Best place to get Italian food, pizza, pasta and sandwiches are all amazing. My go to is the veal sandwich and lasagna but definitely get a pizza when I want left overs because their portions are huge! A little pricey but they definitely make up for it in quality and portions!

My wife and I had driven by Ricci's many times. Finally, we decided to try it. Ummm, soooooo good! Pasta is amazing (had ravioli and tortellini)! Definitely going back.

Food is great 10 out of 10 but the servers behind the cash really suck waited 40 min for a salad and sandwich which when i ordered it i never left the store.they never called my name while all along it was sitting behind the counter.they never even asked sorry sir are u waiting for something i was the only person in the restaurant some of the 40 min i waited.soooooo mad got home sandwhich was cold and salad was soggy. Thanks For the worst experience here.have been coming here for over 20 years.get some staff that care and not a bunch of kids that really dont care only there for a paycheck

Love, love, love this restaurant. My family and I have been coming here for what feels like forever. The pizza, pasta, veal, salads, wraps are ALL amazing! The food is always freshly made and hot to order.

Best panzos around! This is my favourite pizza place for takeout. Staff are usually pretty friendly, but the food is always amazing. I’ve been coming here for decades and never once been disappointed with the quality. Overall recommended for some of the best pizza around. Parking in front is a bit limited, but plenty off to the sides.

I ordered a pizza for pick up and added chicken as a topping, it was extremely dry and hard, the rest of pizza was fine. I called to hopefully get a credit and they only gave me a credit for the chicken only, disappointed with the customer service.

My go to place for pasta. They are quick and they have a great attitude even when they are busy. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you're given.

My family has enjoyed the pizza, pasta and panzos at Ricci’s for years but our recent visit completely changed our opinion of this establishment. We arrived at 7: 20 for dinner, excited for a family dinner out as we hadn’t had many due to Covid. We spoke to an employee who prompted myself and my 2 boys to find a table on the busy patio while my husband placed the order. The food finally arrived at 7: 40, all packaged in to go containers despite my husband telling them that we were going to eat on the patio. Both mine and my son’s panzos were combined in a pizza box. I requested a separate plate and utensils since I planned to pour my sauce over my panzo. The girl actually refused to give them to me since it was 20 minutes to close. I assured her that 20 minutes was plenty of time to finish my meal but she said they didn’t want any dishes to wash so close to close so my family did not get our dinner out and we had to take our food home to eat. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such shocking, ghetto behaviour at a restaurant before, refusing a customer a plate and utensils 20 minutes before close. The food was also just mediocre that night. You would think that in the midst of a pandemic would not be a good time to reduce the quality of your food and customer service. Ricci’s is rapidly going downhill. So sad.

Excellent food and great quality. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Pasta dishes are great too just a bit pricey and smaller portion, but yummy.

Very good affordable place. Fresh food food at affordable prices. Kind of crazy for servers bringing food out because they have no idea where anyone is sealed. Shouting names all over the restaurant until someone yells back the name. Need to consider a different system. Number the tables. Ask customers where they are sitting. Something! Having servers walking around calling out names isn't good especially when there many Nick's or Tony's etc in the dining area.

Hands down the best panzzos I've ever had. 1 could feed 2 people and have them stuffed. If you're a busy person you can call ahead and preorder instead of waiting in line.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I think I was pretty reasonable and received a poor resolution from the owner. I have brought in people to your restaurant from out of province, raved about your place to family, friends, etc.
Ordered a pizza, drove 45 mins home. Pizza is wrong. Resolution? Owner said $5 off the next pizza.
There is no question that Ricci’s is a little on the higher end in terms of price, but that’s okay because the food tastes great. You pay for quality product and service, and in exchange should receive those things. But when the pizza is so wrong that you have to add your own toppings at home to make it edible, it should be made right with a refund or credit on your next order. It’s not about being fair, it’s about correcting a wrong. Getting offered $5 off the next pizza from the OWNER is a slap in the face. Why would someone order again?

2 stars because other than this experience, the food has been good so far. I always try a place a few times before leaving a review, sadly this time things have fallen very short. What a shame because their food is good when they get it right.

The Panzerotti here is To Die For we've taken so many people here and it'd definitely been a popular favorite! (Tip: get the Meat Sauce with your panzo). Ooh and their wings are also amazinngggg! Their customer service is exceptional and they seem to have a good system going with their patio space. Great food, great people.what more can you ask for? I always recommend Riccis and am very happy they have survived the pandemic, as many great spots had to close down permanently. All the best and keep it up Riccis staff!

I ordered a chicken parm sandwich for pick up at 4: 45 to be ready for 5: 10 and when I arrived it wasn’t ready and said they were making it fresh. The reason I called ahead was to avoid waiting and that’s exactly what I had to do.

Waste of money! This place can never get an order right and the staff consists of a bunch of stuck up kids who move slower than a slug.

Great food. I went there today and ordered the veal sandwich and the chicken parm. I had the veal and my wife had the parm. Both sandwiches were great! I did not have any issues with the service and the wait was not too long. I would recommend this place to anyone

Great food. Would rate a 4 for the pizza and wings. I will say the panzerotti were a huge disappointment. Too much dough with the toppings in the middle but both sides had nothing but cheese. Would rate a 1 if I didn't order the pizza and wings.

This is one of the best pizza places I have ever tried! It was affordable pricing, and the place looking clean from the inside. The pizza crust was so nice and soft. They put so much cheese making it taste soo nice with the tomato sauce. We ordered 12" pie with mushrooms and Jalapeños and they put fresh ones on top making it taste even better. We also got the Fettuchini with rose sauce, spinach and mushrooms. It is not the best pasta I have tried as the sauce was a little runny. But the taste was good! It was our first time coming to this place and we loved it! This is going to be our new go to pizza place!

Ricci's is my go to place in Woodbridge. Hot Veal w/cheese, meat lover's pizza, the pasta. And the wings, r my favourite. Everything is delicious and everything is made just the way this big guy likes. Large portions. Can't go wrong at this 5 star joint.

Try as I might, I can't get wrap my head around paying $12+ for a greek salad kit.
Not only do you have to put it together, you've got to get rid of the food they rest the prefilled then refrigerated salad dressing containers on.

The pizzas are simply the best in the area. The workers are nice and polite and the place did a great job adapting to COVID regulations. Highly recommend.

Sometimes the food isn't packed well when you PU and the people who work there are enormous d-bags but what can I say, when you make panzos like theirs you can push my momma down the steps and I'd still come back

Oh my goodness the CHICKEN WINGS are out of this world! 10/10! Had a slice of pepperoni pizza and that was super delicious! I wish they had other locations! Great PLACE TO EAT!

Very nice setting and atmosphere. The restaurant itself is kept nice and clean. Staff and service was polite and kind. We got our food pretty quick. We ordered pizza and chicken fingers with side of fries. Everything on the menu is affordable. Food was good quality and was really good. The crust on the pizza was notable, the softest crust I have ever had on a pizza. Chicken fingers tasted pretty good too and you can get the sauces at the counter if you need more than one.

I always try to stop by when in town. Everything on the menu is excellent! Call ahead it's usually busy.

Not what it used to be. Slow service, meat sauce is just horrible and very acidic. Pizza is still good but now it's not worth the drive just for that.

The food is great. I have been eating Ricci's since they open there first location in Malton. They do a great job. I ate there as a kid now my kids eat here. Good work Ricci family.

Today my husband and I decided to try Riccis for the first time. We ordered our food and paid. While waiting we saw the waitress calling out names and handing each customer there orders. Finally it was our turn. She called our name. My husband raised his hands but instead of handing him the bag as she did for every other customer she looks at him and leaves it on the counter. I believe she only did that because we were African America. Needless to say I will never go back to Riccis again. The sandwiches which we bought were tasteless as Well.

I will not remove my comment because that's exactly what I believe you did. When my husband name was called he acknowledged right away because we were right in the front and you put the bag on the table. Not coming from behind the counter and handing his order to him as you did for everyone else. You may not be a racist but me not knowing you and observing how you interacted with your other customers and when you approached us was very different. That's why I wrote this review and I stand by my observation.

Amazing place always busy better to order ahead, it can be a little expensive but it's worth every penny, they have the best panzerotti's & pizza all there food is good, a very good portion size. I travel from Etobicoke to go here don't mind the drive for great food.

Very bright corner location on a plaza in Woodbridge. Saturday afternoon is a very busy time to go but waited in a line up for5 minutes b4 greeted by a friendly counter person. Pay at the counter then find a seat. The server calls out your name when ready. Ordered a standard veal sandwich medium spicy. No sides just regular bun with veal with fixings. Pretty good tomato based sauce with regular veal. Bun is a bit disappointing. I like the Italian bun with more texture. They use very soft type. Expectation was high with all the good reviews. Nothing special. If you are in a neighbourhood then try but def not a destination eatery.

The food is ok 6/10 the best thing on there menu is the lasagna however this is my 5 th time here in the last 10 months and every single time they are sold out of the lasagna for an Italian place it's pretty ridiculous. Just avoid the disappointment

So I came here with a couple friends. It's a little out of the way but since we were in the area we figured we'd give it a try. I got the veal sandwich with onions, mushrooms and cheese, I would not recommend it. The veal was tough, and there wasn't much flavour. My friend that got a panzarotto really enjoyed it and it did look great. My other friend got the chicken parmesan sandwich which he said he'd definitely go back for, it looked incredible. If I was eating alone I would have given this place only 3 star but since my friends really enjoyed their meals I had to give the extra star.

So disappointing. First they forgot my son's pizza slice. Then, when they brought out my Panzarotti, my daughter's Panzarotti, and my wife's veal sandwich we looked at each other and wondered, 'where's the sauce'. There were trace amounts when you got right into the middle, but a ridiculously small amount. Not even close to how they usually make it, and I've been here at least 20 times. When my wife went to ask for more sauce they wanted proof that the food didn't have enough sauce in it. Extremely shoddy. I used to love this place but I seriously need to consider if I'm going to bother coming back.

$115 dollars for 2 large pizzas and no indication of pricing at time of ordering.if you have a huge bank roll eat here.not for the average income person.

Looks like a diner but Italian. They have a rich menu including Pizza, Sandwitch, Pasta, Lasagna, Salad and so many more with really really good pricing!
They bring food to your table & clean it but they do not charge for tip!
Bread was very fresh & I bet they make it there.
The order was ready in less than 5minutes. Pasta was tasty & Chicken Sandwich looks like home made food.
Recommend it 100%!

When you're craving Italian this is the joint. No matter what you're craving they have it. Pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads. All delicious and very generous portions. Last visit I ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich spicy! And a Greek salad. The Greek salad is enough for two to share.

Fantastic food. The panzerottis are huge and delicious. The veal sandwiches are fantastic. Menu is reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere.

Fantastic selection of traditional Italian meals and some non Italian meals as well. A variety of pastas and a huge variety of different sauces to top your pasta with. All made fresh in house along with fabulous pizza and amazing panzerotti. The veal parm is killer and the lasagna is plentiful and extremely tasty as well. Fantastic family spot for a quick fresh bite to eat. Amazing service with a smile and the ladies always bring your food to your table for you. Great value for the money and you will not regret stopping in for either lunch or dinner.

Riccis has never let me down yet. The pizza is great, always covered well in toppings. The veal sandwich is phenomenal, one of the best I've had and always has plenty of veal. I highly recommend Riccis!

Food and service are good quality and consistent but the price is a little unreasonable for pizzas. Toppings should not cost so much for a basic topping like olives or mushrooms.
