Amazing food to try. First time I am here and really impressed. A must try out location. Steamed rice is amazing to eat.

Very small portions.cost to much for such small portions.i orderded chicken and mushrooms 5 pcs chicken with onions and carrots few pcs of mushrooms.
I Ordered shrimp wantons, got fried wanton skins with no shrimp. Dissatisfied.

We were lied to about the wait time (either deliberately or not, doesn't matter) told wait was 10 to 15 min, had to wait 40 min! If I had been told 40 min wait I would not have ordered, so I do feel very taken advantage of. I also had my baby with me and obviously because we had to wait so long he started crying. No apology.
Only good thing about this place is the food was fresh. There were miniscule amounts of sauce on the general tao and Cantonese chow mein. So everything was very bland and just tasted like plain Ramen noodles and plain rice. I'm a local who went for the first time and am not going back. Don't lie to your customers to get their business.

I ordered pad Thai honestly I never do reviews but the the pad Thai was literally soaked in peanut sauce I thought I was eating soup. Didn’t even finish it. This is going to be my last time I will order from this place.

Fantastic. Usually very quick. Friendly and polite staff. Good portions. General Tso is amazing. If they are crazy busy, sometimes the meat will be a bit dry or lacking sauce but still better tasting than most. Highly recommended. If you don't enjoy it, you're the problem.

Really nice and clean place. Service was amazing food was really good. Definetly recommend a visit when in the area.

Since covid prices have climbed, portions have declined. Scarcity of ingredients of dishes, reflect increase of prices by people supplying them. The bottom line seems more important now. Enjoyment has left the industry for common folk.

This is my go to place for Mango Chicken and fried rice which is very delicious I haven’t tried anything else on the menu so I don’t know but I really love love love the Mango Chicken dish yummy yum yum been eating their Mango Chicken from 2021 they gotta keep up the good work on this dish lol I ordered it so much that Uber eats asked me to write a review why I loved it so much oh well I’m the Mango Chicken lady ha ha ha

Ordered lunch from here the general tso chicken is like chewing on rocks feels like there is no meat.

The rice was the only edible thing in the meal. This place use to be good maybe I’ll try something else next time.

Rice2Go is that Chinese food place that you pass knowledge of through the generations. It's bomb!

Very good Chinese food not too much salt. It was enjoyable not to get a headache from eating dinner.

We’ve ordered from Rice to Go in the past and we’ve never had any issues. Tonight we ordered chicken wings, chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and Shanghai noodles. Everything was drenched in oil. We’ve noticed a decline in their food.

Had some food from here it was ok for your American Chinese food, general Tao was a miss for me chicken balls were ok rice and noodles were ok at best and no way to change/swap the chop suey when ordering I guess. Nobody really ate that dish as it didn’t taste great, the chicken tasted fake in that dish. Chicken wings weren’t anything special. Haven’t found the king of American Chinese food in Durham.yet. Maybe I didn’t order right here and need to give them another shot I feel like it was just ok nothing left me wanting to go back anytime soon. 3.5/5

For a place called rice to go you’d think they’d have good rice. We got the special chicken fried rice and it was bland, bland bland. Very disappointing.

This place never disappoints. The food is always very good. The portions are good. Did I mention the food is always good! Great tasting Asian food. Great staff. Friendly and helpful.

First time ordering from here and it's now my favourite Chinese food restaurant in Whitby. The food was delicious and generous!
