Treated dismissively and spoken to condescendingly. Apparently they don't need walk in customers like me, and probably you either. Stay away and have a nice (r) day!

Renato and his staff are the best barbers and hairdressers in town. Very friendly and accommodating. Richard is long retired and left the business in excellent hands.

Don't talk to your Barber about personal matters, especially during a Cut. Decades of Life experience with many barbers across Canada for His emotions from the customer's words will distract him from his work and make the project, the Hair Cut amateur looking yet the Barber is competent. Most Barbers do not want to hear problems when cutting hair, from my experience. I received a good hair cut on Visit 1 with no, little talking. I received an amateur-looking, an uneven hair cut on Visit 2. I was the last client for his day. The customer before me however had literally a perfect hair cut by the barber who cut my hair. They were talking, having a good, discreet conversation, then both barbers and client were looking at one's mobile phone in pleasure. Head barber, Renato,
does not want to share his knowledge on shaving with his new client, which is me.

I am one of those men. I went to the wrong Barber for Shave Instruction, Counsel.
He just doesn't care. Typical Canadian Barber. His trousers hanging low, looking like a Homeboy from the street, from Secondary School. Inappropriate attire for a professional Barber with a business in a central location. Renato, pull your pants to your waist, tuck in your shirt, optional.
You are not at home. You do not have a business operating from home, in a village or in a small town isolated from social environments. Clothing sends messages, good or bad ones. Impressions.

First haircut here and it was fantastic. Been searching for a place to come for 2 years now and finally found it. Thanks guys.

Was not asked what haircut i wanted, weither it was before or during the cutting process. Everything was done in a rush and the haircut is very neglected (uneven sides, bad lines, i would have done a better job myself.) The lady that works here do not seem to care about the people at all. When i told her what i wanted, she still did a completly different hairstyle of what i requested. She ignored completly what i was saying until i complained about it afterwards.

After the bad experience, i went back inside the salon (after i looked at the cut for 10 minutes while still in the parking lot) and Richard fixed the bad haircut and he has great skills and was meticulous all along the cutting process (weither he was cutting my hair or other people's) I might return to the salon for him since i was really satisfied of his cut. But i will never let the lady touch my hair again.
