They never keep up the appointment time. It is extremely painful waiting with full bladder for ultrasound. They should know the basic thing about punctuality!

Why do you give an appointment time. I came before my appointment time when I was supposed to go back to work. It's been 40 minutes and I'm still waiting.

The staff at TRS Richmond Gardens were amazing and very helpful. They were very accommodating and eager to explain and help with our ultrasound. I will 100% go back and recommend them to family and friends.

Very helpful & professional staff. In particular, Christine helped me get a copy of my x-rays to the hospital surgeon. She was patient & professional working with me to get it in the correct format & to the right number.

If you’re pregnant don’t go to this clinic. I came to this clinic for an anatomy ultrasound and the first time the tech took two hours and it was painful. They told me they did not complete the exam and I have to come back for a follow-up. I came back for a follow-up and they took 1 hour and half only to say it was incomplete again and they need more images…"I have to come back. ”I refused. A third time for the same ultrasound exam? ! That’s ridiculous. Additionally, the office assistant wrote on a sticky note the gender of the baby…not like a nice card like other ultrasound places. This place is a scam, unprofessional, and incompetent. No standards, no consideration for the pregnant woman, insensitive technicians and horrible place overall. The staff is treated horribly by their office manager. There is some much wrong with this place. I don’t understand how it has all these ‘good’ reviews let along be in business.

It was a great experience, receptionists were polite & helpful, they were very busy but I had an appointment & was admitted within 10 minutes of checking in. There are few seats for waiting comfortably, be aware if you have any mobility issues. Technicians were very professional and efficient. I was there at the end of the day and all the staff were very cordial and professional. It's a nice atmosphere despite the very small space and it's because of the great staff.

Go early and you don't have to wait very long. They were very accommodating to my son with ASD. I would give 5 stars, but there were poor people who had nowhere to sit, otherwise, I would definitely come back. The technician was quick and efficient and very understanding to my son who was very scared and obviously kept fidgeting. I still don't know how they managed to get a clear picture but apparently they did.thank you!
