I’ve been resistant to go to a dentist until one of my friend recommended this place. I have been doing my fillings with Dr. Madison, she has been really nice, patient, and professional! She treats your questions and concerns seriously. And she taught me a lot on how to maintain dental health daily, and she checks your progress, I really appreciate her expertise and care.

Thank you Dr Sung and Amal took good care of my teeth. You guys are super nice and professional!

I can't believe I finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.

All my life, I hated the dentist. I don't have great teeth but also had really bad experiences with dental clinics prior so I've always dreaded the dentist and would avoid it with any excuse I could come up with.

My partner told me how great Richmond Green Dental Care was but of course I was skeptical. Until I had a dental emergency, I finally visited the clinic. Dr. Sung is so patient and is really good at his craft.

For once, a dentist is not aggressive in pushing their services on me and using scare tactics. I understand that my teeth is important but always felt a bit attacked and threatened, like they're only looking at how much they can claim on my insurance. Richmond Green Dental is NOT like this! They are so understanding and so kind.

I have a lot more work to do on my teeth.but because I feel confident in the clinic's abilities, I feel less anxious and motivated to fix all my problems.

I can't believe it took me this long to find a trusting dentist.

I used to go there with my daughter. Everything was going well until my last filling in 2018. My filling for 3 molar on top left side was never done right, after 3 tires to fix it and chipping away more of my natural teeth each time, I was left with disappointment and problem that I will deal with for next 3 years. I still have issues with it on regular bases, hence I can't forget about it because my teeth won't let me.

I honestly don't know if I've ever been to a happier and cheerful Dentist in my life. They're so happy and welcoming to a point I even asked them "Why's everyone here so happy" lol.

They are well-versed in latest dental technology and dedicated to providing professioanl care to their patients. I highly recommend Richmond Green Dental Care.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I have a low pain threshold (because I’m a weakling) and the doctor took his time with the anesthesia. It was probably the least amount of pain I’ve ever experienced in any dentist visit.

They take care of insurance billing too! I was impressed that reception knew to add my second insurance when I only spoke to my dentist and assistant about it. Their communication is top notch!

I went for my dental cleaning here for the first time last week and I had a great experience. The receptionist was very helpful to accommodate my request and was very quick to help me find an evening appointment. They are very efficient with the new patient process and emailed me the forms to fill out in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to complete a Covid19 screening form and had my temperature taken. I didn't even have to wait and was seen right away by the hygienist, Joyce, who was very gentle and detailed with the cleaning and explained everything step by step. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and was very professional and friendly. There are tv's in every room and I even got to watch a movie since they have DisneyPlus! The dentist, Dr. Fong did my check up at the end. She was very nice and informed and educated me regarding some areas of concern but was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this dental office. When I walked in. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist Rose and the manager Jason. Both were helpful. I’m a firm believer of first impressions.

Shortly after, a hygienist (Lisa) came over and introduced herself.she walked me through and explained her role. (I was thoroughly impressed on how detail she was). I’ve had many cleanings in the past but she took an extra step just to make sure I was comfortable.

After the cleaning, I was introduced to Dr Anna to quickly review over.she was happy with the cleaning.
She was Uber polite and professional.

The moment I stepped in I can tell this office they follow all the Covid protocol. Each work station gets sanitized and you hear the frequent use of the alcohol sprays. I was in and out in a timely manner and that means a lot to me.

I've always been nervous about going to the dentist until I went to Richmond Green Dental Care! Dr. Fong and her staff are extremely professional, kind and always make me feel comfortable. They are patient and answer all my questions. I am always given options and am informed so I can make the best decisions for my dental health. The office is always immaculately clean and modern looking. Easy parking right outside too. They also let you watch TV so you don't get bored during the longer procedures! I recommend this office to all of my friends and family and now they go regularly, I trust that I'm getting the care I need there. If you are looking for quality and professional dental care - this is the place!

My experiences at Richmond Green Dental have been great. My appointments are always on time and the team takes great pride in the quality care they give their patients. Jason on the front desk is exceptional. Dr. Natalie is a gem. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I have never been to a dental office which makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff there is super friendly, kind and helpful. I've had the opportunity to meet all the dentists and they are professional and thorough. I want to give a shout out to Joyce Li, the hygienist. She makes me feel super comfortable while getting my teeth cleaned. She tells me exactly what she will be doing and asking me in between if I am ok or if I need to take a break. She is very professional and does an awesome job. I'm so happy to have found this dental office. Definitely recommend!

Tried many dentist and by far Jenny (One of the Doctors) is the best I’ve had.

She’s very professional in her practice and attentive to make sure your comfortable with whatever procedure your having.

Receptionist is great as well and insurance reporting process is smooth.

This place changed my life. I had my reservations visiting the dentist, but Richmond Green Dental makes you feel right at home. I briefly met Dr. Anna and the acclaimations are very much true. Dr Anna is the best. My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Anna at Richmond Green Dental Office for a few years. We love this place. It is very clean and everyone there are always friendly. This dental office is also very kid friendly. Every child walks out with a smile on their face. Needless to say my daughter is always excited for her dental cleaning. Dr Anna is very knowledgeable and has all the patience in this world to explain everything for you. I highly recommend this dental office and especially Dr Anna.

We took our preschooler here because he fell down and hurt his teeth. From the beginning all the staff here were so professional. We interacted with both Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Nathalie, they both were just awesome people and went out of their way to make our child as happy and comfortable as possible. The staff here obviously love kids and we had a wonderful experience.

They took care of the insurance for us and they also took every measure to make sure our child was seen ASAP.

From the moment I walked in today for my wisdom teeth removal, I felt at ease. I was always scared of teeth extractions because of experiences in the past when I was little, but Dr. Anna Fong and her team has done a suberb job at making sure I was comfortable. She truly cares about her patients as she has checked up on me multiple times throughout the procedure to make sure I was still numb or if I needed an adjustment in the laughing gas. Dr. Fong’s expertise has definetely shown through her effective and painless extration. In addition, she is super clear with post-op care and has also made sure that I understood the instructions. So, thank you Dr. Fong and your wonderful team for making this stressful time, so pleasant!

Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Nathalie are amazing. The receptions are also very nice. My son fell down and hurt his two front teeth. I called the clinic and they squeezed me in for appointment. Everybody here were professional and caring, and made sure our experience was the best possible. I will come here again for all of our dental needs.

Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and find someone who has experience. The children who run this place are obviously incapable of anything but a basic cleaning.

I hate writing bad reviews but coincidence or not my teeth felt permanantly worse every time I left this place

I do not enjoy the dentist thanks to terrible experiences at the orthodontist as a teenager. However, Richmond Green Dental Care makes it more than tolerable! Everyone is very friendly, professional and caring. They direct-bill to my insurance company, which is fantastic. They also have flexible operating hours, which makes it easy to book appointments. Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend.
