Hey Dr Boozary and his Staff are all easy to talk to and are willing to put you on brief hold to transfer you to the right care professional. A little patience goes long way. Been our family Physician for very long time. We appreciate everyone at Richmond Hill clinic located convenient off Yonge/16th and local pharmacy. Hope this helps you on being healthier you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asefi for 14 years. She is extremely professional, caring, considerate, and most of all a good family GP. She is very intelligent and treats patients with respect and dignity. I believe she is ethical and takes her work seriously. In many instances she saved my life by providing precise diagnosis and appropriate referrals to specialists who would be able to help you further. I would highly recommend her as a family doctor if the clinic is accepting new patients. This review is not biased and based on a 14 year trial. If you are on a waiting list and in need of a family doctor and have a options, I would recommend Dr. Asefi.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asefi for 18 years, and consider her a very knowledgable, caring and responsible doctor. I feel very blessed that have the privilege of being her patient. Her diagnoses have always been accurate. Whenever she had referred me to a specialist the specialist has approved her diagnosis as well. I wish her to stay healthy and happy since she saves many lives!

Professional, supportive and caring. Dr. Boozary has been our family primary care doctor for the past 25 years and before that he was our grand parents family doctor. We highly recommend him and thankful for having him as our care provider.

Oh Omg, I just called the Dr. Boozary office to book an appointment but his new receptionist was really rude and careless and she doesn't know how to speak with the patient. I don't know if the Dr.aware of that, I have been talking with few people they are saying the same thing, Receptionist should be more caring and nice not rude, they should be educated and show the way how to fix the issue. They are not working for free, they get paid and ill complain about this to different organizations.

The most unprofessional centre I’ve dealt with. I have been going to this clinic since a young age and they’re okay for yearly check ups. But as soon as you face a problem they don’t care to properly diagnose you nor do they care to follow up with their patients. At this point I’ve done more for myself than my dr has. Almost all the receptionist here have the worst customer service and lack manners. Will definitely be changing my family dr after today. I recommend the doctors to really take a look at their receptionists work and reevaluate who they want working in and representing their clinic as they are driving patients away.

I am so thankful for my family Doctor, who is dr, Boozary, he is always there for people helps mentaly and physically. I have been his patient for 29 years and I appreciate him for helping me for saving my life. The reciptionist asked me get out of the office when I went there to ask them something. She said I shouldn't go there because I am no longer their patient. So rude.

My husband is currently his patiend but his receptionist is so rude. I think dr. Boozary should make some changes.

The doctor is an amazing doctor, my mom was his patient years ago until they moved their office to Richmond Hill and then it was too far for her to to. So. My mom is moving close to the clinic and she was happy to go back, only when we called we had the rudest encounter with the receptionist. At first she said they weren’t expecting patients which we understand and respect, but when my mom asked a question the lady raised her voice and she was so rude! My mom and I were shocked that we made her so upset by asking a question.
Although Dr Boozary himself is an amazing physician, unfortunately the staff is ruining his reputation and scaring people away.
Sorry Dr Boozary, but you might want to speak to your staff about how to interact with patients.

I'd like to thank Dr. Boozary and his staff on behalf of my parents. Since we came to Canada, my parents chose Dr. Boozary as their family physician and I'm so proud of him and his excellent diagnosis. Also, his staff are so polite and professional. They remind my parents of their appointments every month and care about the paitients.
