Have my cat with them, and they are always good to him. The vet I saw the most recent time was fantastic. She cleared all my questions and didn't make me feel like a lacking pet parent!

Not impressed. Curt, not accommodating, lacking any sense of customer service (had to wait 30 min inside treatment room for scheduled appointment, with no apology). I’m transferring to Arnold Crescent, where they seem much friendlier, interested, and accommodating.

I needed to make sure of something before writing this review. Now I am sure of that. This review is not about the doctors in this animal hospital. This is more about admin and regular staff. I don't take my dog to this clinic because of amount of errors and confusion I experienced in the past with their admin. But I decided to order a medication from them. The first time when I received the medication it wasn't in the original pack and the syringe was not even the right size to use. I knew something was wrong and medication never worked. We had used this medication before and my dog got better immediately after the first dose (Metacam). I shared that with the clinic. They apologized but no refund was offered. I ordered the original brand again from my pocket and that didn't help either. I took my dog to his vet and told him medication was not effective anymore. He was surprised because this medication is a pain killer and he used the phrase" it is like water on fire" and he gave us the same medication and it worked immediately. I mean the very first dose! This review is not about money. This is about why a receptionist should be involved in bottling medication in the first place? Why two times their medication didn't work? This is about the email I received from this clinic saying we get the product back but we just dispose it and no refund! I found it very unprofessional and insulting. Will never go back or order anything from them.

Dr. Kadri is genuine and great with animals. You can tell he truly loves them and it shows in his work. I have had bad experiences with other vets and am so happy I took my cat Eva here. He saved her life 2 years ago, and continues to make sure she’s as healthy as she can be! The staff and techs are also all great and friendly. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for your furry babies!

After months of searching for a good vet for my cat Apollo, I’m happy to say I’ve found one. Apollo has had several health issues in the 7 months I’ve had him, and every vet I took him to never provided any sort of affective treatment. In the short time I’ve been taking him to see Dr. Kadri we’ve been able to fully access and figure out exactly what he needs. The level of care Apollo has received by Dr. Kadri is unlike any other I have seen. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered, and my worries are taken seriously. Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing and make the experience so much more pleasant. Whenever I bring Apollo here I can always trust that he is in good hands.

I have been a pet parent (to both cat and dogs) for over 15 years. I lived many places, and as a result tried many vet offices. Trying to find that perfect vet, balancing the care and costs and feeling of trust too. You want to do what's right for your pet, but you also don't want to run unnecessary tests and have a say in your pets care. I feel this is the place that checks off all those boxes and has even more perks. I love the app that helps you manage your appointments, your pet medicine reminders and 24/7 hotline if you need someone to speak to during an emergency. Dr. Kadri and Dr. Ibrahim are both full of warmth and caring and great at providing information so you can make an informed decision!

This animal hospital is a wonderful service to the community. They are looking g after all of the res ue dogs from just paws a d as well as their own patients. Dr. Kadri and staff are amazing. 5 stars for excellence

The staff are plesent and super helpful, Dr. Kahdre saved my cat's life twice when he was going through a tough patch.

Where to start…… I’m not one to cause problems but this time I have to say what I feel and what happened.
Our beautiful little Bella suddenly had two seizures out of the blue on Thursday and horrific vomiting. She was having much difficulty breathing and sounded very raspy, lethargic and was extremely weak. We couldn’t get into see our vet right away so we took her here.
To start they didn’t let not one of us to go in because of Covid, even with a mask not allowed.
Second the they charged us over $300 for the emergency exam and consult, emergency fee and IV placement.
Did that and told us everything sounded fine but in order to find out more we needed to do bloodwork.
Then proceeded to tell us if we wanted blood work it would an additional $600 plus. Really? And if we wanted ex rays hundreds more.

So we opted to go see our vet and took her home.
This was around 11: 30-12: 00
Our vet was unable to see us as they were booked but she had stopped vomiting for a a few hours or so, so we thought maybe it was something she ingested.
Unfortunately around 6: 00 it started again. This time worse than before. She couldn’t even hold her up up or walk or stand. We tried our vet again but they were closed at this point.
We had no choice but to go back to emergency. Very reluctant to do this but what else could we do.
Got the blood work done, paid over $700 and they sent us home with seizure meds and antacids.
Saying that it wasn’t 100% that these meds would even work.
Said they didn’t know exactly what was wrong and all the blood work was fairly normal. So no conclusive answer.
But if we wanted to pursue it to go see someone in neurology.
At this point we were done with this place. $1100 later.
Kept her comfortable through the night as best we could and took her in the next morning to see our vet. They did a thorough exam and ran ex rays. They heard her breathing and coughing as soon as we walked in. They found she had lungs full of cancer.
With a heavy heart and completely devastated we had to put her down yesterday.
They did call to see how she was doing and I told them she had cancer and were putting her down their response “so sorry to hear “
How did this place not see and hear all of this when they examined her? They said she had normal vital signs and mental status.
I could go on but I won’t. Just everyone be ware as our experience was not a good one. My heart goes out to everyone who’s experience here wasn’t what they needed.

Dr Kadri and his team are knowledgeable, kind, and they seem like they really care for the animals they work with (they always phone me after a visit to make sure my dog is doing OK, which, honestly, sometimes is really really needed and always appreciated). I've been taking my dog here for 5 yrs. I've driven from Brampton and newmarket just to go visit them. My fav vet in all of Ontario.

This has been my go to vet for years. They have very nice staff and they are great with cats. They even have a cat carrier if you don't have one to help you bring your animal from the car. Everyone seemed excited to meet my bengal Louis when I brought him for the first time.

Dr. Kadri is the most caring, patient vet. He ensures every pet owner has the knowledge about their pet’s health and he patiently answers all questions. I previously took my family’s cats to this place and now I am taking our puppy! The staff at this clinic are also another reason what makes this place the best.

We have 2 dogs and can recommend Dr. Kardi without reservation. He's professional, and he's sweet with my dogs, it's clear he cares about them and they aren't just $ signs to him. I'm impressed and would recommend Dr. Kadri and the wonderful staff at Richmond Hill Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

Dont waste your time. Either the vets dont know what their doing here or are just straight up uneducated. Gave the complete opposite advice of what was needed for my dogs recovery from an injury.

It's clear that Dr. Kadri and the rest of the folks at this clinic are animal lovers - they are all there to provide the best possible care for your pets. Their focus on the animals is so clear that sometimes I think I'm only there as a "translator". I love their compassion and commitment.

They're doing something right. Our cat used to scream in the car, now he can't wait to go to the vet. Purrs all the way there.

I took my kitten here for vaccines and deworming. The entire staff was very kind and knowledgeable and they care about your pet very much. Dr. Kadri was very professional and provided me with great tips for a first time cat owner. This place will be my go-to for all my cats health needs.

A little on the pricy side but they genuinely like animals here, if you know what I mean. I love when the vet and vet assistants converse with the animals, it shows they actually like and care about animals. Also love the fact they have free roaming cats in the office, yet another indicator of how much they care.

They took my cat Jeff in right away when there was an emergency and guided me very effectively how to manage his chronic condition since:) I'm very grateful and in these times of covid they are doing an outstanding job at providing care for my pets and others while holding wonderfully high standards to keep themselves and us safe. I've had a great experience so far with Dr. Kadri and his team. My pup has been well taken care of and as a first-time pet owner, I have been given the proper guidance that I need to ensure my pup has the best care.

I've been taking my cat to Dr Kadri for over 3 years and he has always treated my cat who has FIV with gentle and delicate hands. They did more than I wanted, they charged $240.00 for $50.00 worth of vaccines on 3 month old kittens that had been examined 1 month prior to them giving the shots. Ridiculous in my opinion.

Dr Kadri and his staff are truly caring people and my animals and I have been visiting for almost 12 years. My dog CC never feels his needles and I was happy he recently got a mild sedative for xrays, blood tests and his infected ear cleaned, so he never felt a thing. I drive to the Richmond Hill Animal Hospital from Aurora and it is worth the trip as they are great!

Called in and spoke to Kayla about taking the puppy in we were dog sitting. We didn’t have an appointment. Lucky for us Kayla was able to get us in to see Dr. Kadri. Both Kayla and Dr. Kadri were super helpful and friendly. Dr. Kadri was very thorough and provided us with options on treatments and was great with direction on the treatments.

We love Dr Kadri. We adopted our Edward (a cat) from him and he has taken such good care of him (and us). In fact, Dr Kadri's office gave Edward his name and it really suits him! This past week, Edward had his physical and seemed to be upset about being touched on his lower back so he hissed and tried to bite (not his usual behaviour). Dr Kadri spoke to him in a gentle tone and scratched his head and didn't leave until Edward was calm and content. As we were leaving, his staff came over and said goodbye to Edward. We are blessed to have such a great doctor with great staff to care for our fur-baby.

To say the least, Dr. Kadri is a Phenomenal doctor and his medical team are exemplary! I brought my dog, Canela, who suffers from epilepsy, in a critical condition. We had given up hope, having been turned away from other clinics or given grim diagnoses. But the doctor and the nurses welcomed me and Canela with open arms and devoted their hearts and experience for a solid hour and a half to treat Canela and figure out the best long-term treatment plan for her. They reacted swiftly, demonstrating impeccable knowledge and practice, to handle one of Canela's seizures that occurred during our visit. The doctor gave me several options for treatments, keeping in mind the financial aspect, which is so thoughtful as well! The next day, the doctor called me and my mom SEPARATELY to explain the test results he run for Canela and to plan our next steps. In other words, me and Canela have never been treated with so much care, support and professionalism the way Dr. Kadri and his medical team treat us. He saved Canela, and now she is happy and healthier more than ever before! My deeply heartfelt thank you, Dr. Kadri and his outstanding team! You are sent from above!
