I brought in my daughter to be assessed by Dr.kirsch The first assessment was done 6 months ago, I followed up with the receptionist on two separate occasions and after one month the receptionist informed me that Dr kirsch still has not “looked over the notes” I explained to her that I’m on a time limit due to the fact that I feel my daughter is having a growth spurt complication. I explained to the receptionist and the doctor several times that I’m on a time limit and before January the treatment has to be given to her prior to her bones being fully developed and nothing can be altered. They have yet to reach out to me regarding this issue, if you’re thinking of going to Dr kirch Save yourself the headache and go to another doctor that will take your concerns and urgency seriously. According to the receptionist the Dr.is “so busy” that she can’t attend to her patients in a timely manner. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed as they only allow 1 parent inside the clinic with the new born (my baby is 3 weeks old) as we walked in we were very quickly asked for only one of us to stay inside (they make you feel like something is wrong with you like you have the plague they don’t make you feel very comfortable) and the clinic only has 1 person waiting in a very big sitting area. So please keep in mind that tmrw kids go back to school with out any mask mandates but 2 masked parents are not aloud to stay in the doctors clinic with there new born baby with a scheduled appt. This doctors office to me seems like they care more about what’s wrong than what’s actually right.

Dr. Rezvani is amazing. His advise is really helpful. Also when I am asking about any problem about my kid, he always talking nice and patient, so It’s help me to feel better and don’t feel stress.

Worst children's clinic ever. Even before covid it was difficult to book an appointment. No online or phone consult is available with the doctor when my child is sick? Only seeing healthy kids? I mean what's the point? I bet you have an appointment when someone wants to get the kids vaxed.

If i could give a zero i would the receptionists are very rude not kind at all never understanding or warm to the patients they all talk about personal life theres one that talks very condescending i felt very talked down to and the doctor brushes any concerns i had about my son i dont recommend this place at all abd we waitied for almost 2 hrs

This clinic has many good doctors, but unfortunately very disrespectful and unhelpful receptionist. The main receptionist does whatever in her power in order NOT to help you. It doesn't matter if you explain the situation, she does not try to do anything fir you. I wanted an appointment for my daughter, and it was necessary to be on the specific day, she said they do not have any available appointment on that day. I explained to her the doctor said we had to get that appointment on that day, she said it is not possible. I talked with one helpful nurse there, and she checked the calendar, and she said on that day we are available, and she was surprised by what the receptionist said, and then they gave me an appointment.
This was only one event that I explained here, I came a cross many situations that she was very disrespectful and unhelpful. Also, to talk with the receptionist, you need to stay a long time on the line.

I have always been very pleased with the service that this clinic has given our family. Unfortunately today I received an email stating that they are now giving the Covid vaccine to 5-11 year olds and 12-18 year olds. There are zero trials to prove the safety of these vaccines with these age groups long term. The companies producing the vaccines have liability insurance. So if anything happens to your child you are responsible not the pharmaceutical companies. I am disappointed that the high quality dr's at Children's Clinic are promoting medicines with no proven safety. Especially in light of the fact that children have almost 0% chance of serious illness or death from Covid and in light of an Omicron variant that is like common cold. Shameful.

Jeff Weisbrot is not recommended. He does not take his profession seriously and constantly makes the children uncomfortable by his unprofessional remarks.

Love the staff! Awesome receptionist who are always so happy to see the kids. Dr Smith is so good with our daughter and I can’t imagine bringing my daughter anywhere else.

Had to get the doctor to fill out a form for my daughter.
Called clinic, they don’t accept email, it can only be faxed or dropped off and then picked up. Then they mention it’s a $50 charge.

Called NEXT DAY, the price suddenly changed to $60!

We go to pick up the completed forms just to be informed that they only accept cash and to drive down to the gas station to the closest ATM machine! RUDEST RECEPTIONISTS.

Could give zero star to the monster receptionists whith no good manners and zero star to the incompetent Garber Dale who has no acknowledgement and pretends to be a doctor. Horrible place and horrible staff. Never never choose this clinic.

I had an appoinment in the middle of the lock down and they didn’t email or call me for the appoinment and they didn’t told me anything about how can I contact them for my appoinment but and then they told me that I missed my oppoinment and they charged me for the amound of 50$. They reschaduled for today, aug. 20. I called the office thousnds of time to make sure my appointment today but they didn’t answer the call and I didn’t even recieve any email or call, and when I call their office it says the office is closed. They are terrible.

Receptionists are extremely rude. Dale Garber has less then zero acknowledgement or interest in children, only tells to search online. Obviously I changed for way better doctor somewhere else

Dr. Rezvani is very respectful, extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable.
We always had a great experience.

It’s almost impossible to talk to receptionist, and they don’t call back the voice mail, not happy with them

It is rather hard to believe that there are any negative reviews about Dr. Rezvani. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with the parents concerns. He listens to you and really explains things to you with confidence. He is very good with my boys and they love seeing him. He himself always calls to repot the test results and explains them in a very easy and professional manner which so many doctors don't. Would highly recommend.

Asked to dr Garber to help to clean stuffy nose of my son. She said she do not do it and I have to figure out by myself. Also she reccomend a solution good only for children from 2 years old. My son is 2 months. She also mocked about saying I could invent a device for. Dear dr. That device is already existing, costs $20 and works perfectly. Too bad u are a doctor and don't know that.

The least you can do is change your hours of operation publicly and announce you are closed for lunch between 12-1PM! Not make parents waste their time coming to Richmond Hill with sick kids!

Recently I found out that I dont have to trust these 5star ratings at all.this was the 3rd time I recieve the same wrong diognose from Dr. Rezvani. He simply CAN NOT find and see the ear infections. He is always in a rush and doesnt spend the right time to diagnose correclty and patiently because he is very self confident but with no knowledge and also not even kind with kids! Not a simple smile on his face. He also never checks tempreture for fever.only by using his own hands he tells you if your kids fever is high, thats all show off that causes lots of trouble and mistakes for children and parents. Avoid this doctor.dont trust meaningless and simple short high rated sentences about this doctor.

Dr gerber sale, is just horrible, no knowledge, and disent do anything for your children, only prêtent to be nice, any questions she needs to check online. For 3 years my kids suffered from the same symptoms, and I had to bag for any test that was done. Always making promises to send referrals but doing nothing. I highly recommend not coming near this doctor.

Wait times sometimes can be long. But I have nwver had issues withe tbe staff or any of the dra. Evweyone seema welcoming and drs are helpful and I am happy with Dr weisbrot. My son responds well to him. Great pediatrician.

Yes, you may have to wait. This comes with same day urgent appointment availability and the fact that treating children is not the same thing as running shoes off an assembly line. Some things take longer than expected, and some medical problems are simply more important and urgent than others.

Suffice it to say Dr Weisbrot literally saved my kid’s life in that office. It probably inconvenienced others. I’ve waited here and will have to wait again in the future. 5 years after that day, however, I’ll gladly do so.

I love my son's doctor who we've been seeing for approx. 8 yrs but the office staff/service is just terrible. Im seriously considering switching doctors for this reason alone. EX #1 my son see's his doctor every 6 months. After each appointment i try and make a 6 month appointment but am always told they are not booking that far and to call in 2 months or 3 months and EVERY time when i do guess what? They are booking past the 6 month time my son should be seen. EX #2 it is very difficult to get a hold of someone when you call.you are constantly being placed on hold and just sit there. I've called on a land line and been on hold and then tried from a cell phone and that call gets answered first. EX #3 the office closed for lunch from 12-1pm everyday, I call at 11: 35am and their out for lunch message comes on that the office is closed from 12-1pm, its not noon yet! EX #4 - referral was made from sons doc here to another specialist - i follow up with other clinic to confirm they received it and was told it was hand written and they faxed back its not acceptable the day they faxed it. Which was a month ago! I call this office and they said they never the fax back from other doctor. Honestly I'm sooo tired of the struggle dealing with all these nuances and inefficiencies. Its been like this since day one. I'm still here b/c the doctor is amazing. I'm going to speak with his doctor about my concerns and if she works out of another office I'm going there or finding another specialist.those are just some examples and last one was recent but I'm really tired dealing with the personnel here. If i could rate the doctor i would give 4.5 stars! I hate the administration! I wouldn't even give the admin a star! So i settled on the 2 star rating.

Terrible doctor. The wait time is very long. Why do you take Appointments if your going to get patients to wait for 1.30min long specially with a toddler being very sick and 8 months pregnant mother. They don’t care and everyone is just another number$. Very poor service and system, useless doctors. Stay away from this place. The place looks old and dirty.

I am very happy with dr Weisbrot and his nurse. However the secretaries are so unhelpful and never take extra steps to understand patients need.

The wait here is RIDICULOUS u have to wait hours before u can see the Dr and even then they rush u out so quick. So what are they really doing in between that time.

Appt schedule for 11 didn’t get in till 2 hours later
Money making business and making normal people wait.

And if u ask why so long.drs running behind but then they are quick to charge you for missed appointments etc

Front desk on the weekend was friendly and got us an appointment quickly. We didn't have to wait long for Dr J. Gubbay, he was thorough, quick and good with our 1 yr old who had an ear infection. Thank you Richmond Hill Childrens Clinic.

It is unbelievable the attitude and rudeness you get from the front desk people especially from Sabrina. They have no sense of customer service. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone one, you get rude and attitude answers.
Secondly although you make an appointment, you still wait for 1 hour. We go 15 minutes early to every appointment so we have to budget for 1 hour and 15 minutes or more wait time. Never ever we were called on time.
Third, my daughter was seeing a doctor at this place for last three years. Two years in raw she fall extremely sick and ended up at sickkids hospital. This is after seeing her doctor at onset of the sickness and second time for walk in. Third time just decided to take her to good hospital where she was treated.
Fourth, place is so small and crowded.
I changed my doctor for first three reasons.
