Richmond Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I was very impressed with the service, the team and specifically the service manager Joshua Pitcher at Richmond Hill Chrysler. I had a major issue with my car that would have run me up over $6000 on my Grand Cherokee in order to have the part replaced. Instead of Josh simply saying that was the cost and leaving it at that, he not only worked with me to speak to Head Office to try to get it partially covered, but came up with a perfect solution to fix the issue for approx $1600 when head office refused to help (even though this was an issue head office admitted was the manufacturer's fault to its customers in a letter). Josh didn't have to take those extra steps, but he and his team not only figured out how to rebuild the part, but did it perfectly. He also didn't charge me for all the prior diagnostic work that needed to be done (and there was a lot). Because of Josh, I will now be a permanent client of this location and I may also possibly stay with Jeep when it comes time to change my Grand Cherokee (a 180 degree difference in approach compared to head office customer service who were extremely unhelpful and rude, and don't at all understand the benefit of retaining long term customers). I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I 100% feel Josh and his team deserve it.

I mentioned that I had an engine ignition coil misfire, and you gave me a thorough explanation of possible outcomes, and scenarios of possible relevant repairs.
He took care of me by giving me a reasonable price, and proceeded to repair my Dodge Caravan efficiently, and the repair was completed sooner than I expected then.
Therefore, Josh Pitcher, and his dealership are both wholly commendable, and highly recommendable, henceforth, and futuristically then.
I used to go Downsview Dodge, however, their client service has gone down hill, their hourly labour rate is obscenely high, and I had to wait 2 hours before they would bring my Van in.

I cannot say enough about the great service at Richmond Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I bought my Ram 1500 at Stouville because of a referral, big mistake, their service was terrible, making commitments to valet service and dates.that never worked out, this went on for a couple of years. When I had finally had enough with their terrible service, I decided to check-out the dealer closer to home, Richmond Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I meet with Josh the service manager and told him about my ongoing issues with the Stability light and the history of the service. He looked at the history and booked me in for a service along with a loaner car. They were not able to fix it the first time but did communicate very well advising me that there was a part on backorder. I returned once the part was available, again a small delay occurred again Josh called me to tell me, I think this is what people appreciate, how many times have you been sitting around told that you will be called with an update that never happens? Communication is critical and Josh and the team at Richmond Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram understand this. Thank you for providing great communication and service. Will be back for all maintenance if this level of communication continues.

Just had my Wrangler serviced here. They were polite, professional, helpful and a whole lot quicker than I expected given all the delays in getting automotive parts.

Tried overcharging me some clips for 5 dollars EACH when they should’ve been 5 dollars for 4 as listed anywhere else, for example Mopar Parts Canada etc. I needed 8 and they tried justifying the price of over 50 dollars for them.
Scammers.

I was stuck trying to get my wheel lock off and came here to Richmond Hill chrysler for help and the service was amazing. Advisor David Chung was great and quickly resolved my problems. I'd definitely recommend coming for service at this location, and I know personally if David is your advisor you will receive great customer service!

I have had a great experience with this team so far. My Jeep has a noise that other mechanics at different locations just write off as something else, but the mechanic (s) here actually seem to care and are working on my issue while taking me seriously. Nothing worse than mechanics that treat you like you are crazy.

Bought my first car here with Domenic! Got a 2022 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Rubicon in the sting grey colour and has been nothing but amazing. Really enjoying the vehicle and haven't had any issues. Would highly recommend seeing Domenic if your in the market for a jeep.

The after-sales service is very good! The saler Lance still Eager to help answer and solve problems after the sale, the receptionist in the after-sales department David was very patient until all the problems are solved.

I decided to buy a brand new 2022 Ram1500sport after walking into the shop and cancelling all future appointments with other dealers. The sales guy name Lance is professional, and I got a significant discount. I drove the car in next day.

Service is fantastic. I arrived they did not make me wait offered me all the comforts of home while I waited and kept me up to date as to the progress of the work being done.
