I had an appointment with Dr. Schneider for Invisalign and implants. From start to finish I had an awesome experience

Dr. Schneider took the time to explain the process of both Invisalign and Implant. I was very pleased with the fact that he does all these procedures in his office.

I was nervous at first but after going through my procedures, it was very painless and saw immediate results.

The Invisalign treatment was very effective, and I was able to see the results in a relatively short period of time. The implant procedure was also a success, and Dr. Schneider made sure to check up on me afterward to ensure that everything was healing properly.

I’ve been visiting Richmondhill Dentistry for awhile now and to say going to the dentist is easy for me is a complete understatement I have no idea why a visit to the dentist is so nerve wrecking for me. Needless to say I had to visit Dr. Randy Singh, I had a couple of issues happening with my teeth, and he truly made my visit a breeze. I did not have any discomfort or pain, I had my problems fixed and teeth healed perfectly. Thank you to the staff for making my last minute appointment possible and thank you to Dr Singh for making my anxious visit a breeze.

Was looking for a dental practice for my entire family and was fortunate to find this Top-notch one. Everyone from the reception staff till the partner doctors are experienced professionals and are pleasant to deal with. Had deep cleaning done by Kim and she was great. Consulted with Dr. Jandoo and was impressed with the thorough checkup and detailed advise for each of my family members.

Appointments are punctual, the receptionist always greets us by name and with a pleasant smile, the hygienist is friendly and does a thorough job, and the dentist is knowledgeable and does only what is necessary.

I've been to this Dentist Office a Number of times over the last Number of Years. Facility and Staff are Incredible. Everyone has such a positive outlook and generally enjoys seeing you. I was only in a few times every year and It was always a pleasure. Amenities are very clean and bright. Dr. Randy Singh is So Incredibly Personable, the Only down side is not being able to speak while in the dental chair. He and His staff Keep the Experience So Light and Enjoyable, One can almost Not wait to return for another visit! I love the kindness and attention that my family receives at Richmond Hill Dentistry. No one is ever excited for a trip to the dentist, but the RHD team is attentive and knowledgeable. They are superior dental professionals and we still keep coming back even though we don’t live in Richmond Hill anymore! I would recommend them especially for families with young children. They make it a very positive experience!

I have been visiting Richmond Hill Dentistry and Dr. Marty Sekand for the past year. I was referred by my friend who's family has been seeing Dr. Sekand for many years. I can not speak highly of Dr. Sekand's skills as a dentist, his professionalism and kind personality. My teeth have never looked and felt this healthy and bright. Big shout out also to his extremely kind and accommodating staff, Monica! My trip from mid town Toronto to Richmond Hill is totally worth it. If you are looking for an expert in oral care and cosmetic dentistry (veneers) visit Dr. Sekand.

The office manager Priscila is an absolute nightmare. She acts way out of her scope of practice and should stick to administrative tasks only. Actually, she shouldn't even be client-facing. Priscila - YOU ARE NOT A CLINICAL STAFF. YOUR OPINION DOES NOT MATTER! How have these numerous complaints not resulted in your termination?

I am very happy to have switched to Richmond Hill Dentistry. The facility is extremely clean, up to date and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly and pleasant. I recommend Dr. Suarez, she is wonderful!

Richmond Hill Dentistry: Worst of the worst of the worst. Fake reviews abound, particularly after a poor review. You are fooling no one, no one at all. To be avoided at all cost, unless you don't mind having your records misplaced, mishandled, thrown out or intentionally not forwarded to other offices. The office staff is the nicest group of people, and Priscila the office manager always go above and beyond to make sure we get the best service. Amazing place! If what you are looking for is a competent dentist and helpful staff - look no further! This office has everything - advanced technology (they even do CT scans!), experienced doctors and hygienists and fantastic front desk people! They really know everything about Insurance coverage and will help you in any way they can! Priscila (the manager) will help you understand the treatment and facilitate payments - all you need to get your smile back! I love them and totally recommend a stop here so you can see it for yourself!

I love my teeth! Thankfully I found this clinic! After reading some reviews online I decided to book an appointment. I was so surprised at how kind and knowledgeable the entire staff is! They are not only good at making you feel at ease, but they truly care! They care so much that my dentist even called me the day after my appointment just to check on me! The training must be excellent, it's very rare that you find quality dental work combined with caring staff. This team is phenomenal! Ever since I became a patient, I've brought my friends and co-workers! Great place

Dr Randy Singh and his team are very caring and well-coordinated in delivering dental surgery services. My family have been visiting the dental office for over 10 years. I had various surgeries done including removal of wisdom teeth and alloderm to restore receding gum. They were all successfully performed. Dr. Singh takes good care of me and my family. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for 4 years now. I used to live in Richmond Hill but moved to Newmarket but still go back because I'm very comfortable here. They do direct billing so I've never had any hassles. My hygienist, My, is an absolute delight, friendly, efficient and professional. They text me appointment reminders which is convenient, they're open relatively late so I don't have to take time off work. I need some extra cosmetic work but they never try to pressure me into it. Over all I've never had a bad experience.
